Hotel was fine, but the parking lot was not safe. All 4 wheels were stolen off our car, other cars were stolen completely or vandalized. The hotel did nothing to warn their guests or help to resolve the problem. I would not recommend staying here.

Air conditioning in the room was not working properly. Elevator broke down and other elevator was slow. Breakfast which was extra was not that good. Still service staff were polite. Not happy with the stay although I have stayed before and that is why I chose to stay again.

Chose this specific airport hotel since its site claimed 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. At check in we were told that the shuttle service did not start until 6 am. However we need to be at the airport at 5:30 am. So we had to schedule Uber which cost us $50. There are many early morning flights at BWI that would require an shuttle earlier than 6 am.

BEWARE! This hotel has a bed bug problem - see photo - and a terrible attitude about it. Both my wife and I were bitten - me seriously - and I had to spend the Sunday afternoon of my granddaughter's 2nd birthday celebration going to Urgent Care and then enduring long line at pharmacy. Management, poorly led by Hilton Garden Inn BWI Airport GM Travis Daniels, refused to lift a finger to make our situation even a tiny bit better other than putting us in a different room. We had to pack and change rooms at midnight. I have bite blisters on fingers, wrist, upper arm and leg that will take weeks to heal. And I am not the first! See other reviews exposing this Hilton hotel's bed bug problem. And see our photo of bed bug that we took upon lifting mattress of my bed in Room 224 at 11:04 p.m, Saturday, Jan. 4, 2025.

The bathrooms in both rooms were dirty. The hotel housekeeping staff gets off at 5p. I had to clean the bathroom myself with 5 wipes provided from the front desk and they reported not having any gloves. It felt as if my inconvenience was a bother to the night staff. In the the morning I was told by the manager that I have to contact Expedia to work it out since that's where my reservation was booked. Had to go to town for a family emergency and then had to deal with the inconvenience I feel like they robbed me. Definitely will not be staying at this property again.

Easy access to freeway.. The area is quieter. Some of the rooms need to be remodeled. I had a situation that the staff did help resolve butvI sacrificed my room for one that needed carpet in hallway renoved. Also the noise from the doors slamming shut by the guest and house keeping was way too much..also house keeping talking in the hall.. Overall a decent stay but it had room for improvement. Limited food choices but your only 10 minutes from the city. The grounds were beautiful. And staff friendly and helpful.

Stayed for one night while waiting for flight out of BWI. Not a bad hotel, staff was very friendly. Check in was very quick and easy. The only issue I had was we stayed in a room the was on the back side of the elevator and the noise from that kept us up all night ( they were old and loud). One of the elevators did not even work, the one that did was slow and old. The pool area was very outdated and almost looked dirty. For a one night it was not bad but the building definetly needs updating.

This hotel was not the quality of Hilton we’re used to. The pull out sofa in the suite had a ridiculously saggy mattress, a rip in the upholstery and no blanket or pillow. When we asked for a blanket at the front desk we were given a blanket that looked so old and gross that I used clean bath towels to cover up with instead. There was no airport shuttle and so the guy at the desk ordered Lyft for us. This was an unexpected hassle since my sisters needed the ride at a different time and all texts were coming to my phone. Very disappointed in the experience for what we were changed for the room.

Overall, the stay was excellent except for one of the employees that works the front desk. Her name is Connie and she worked the night shift. I have already emailed the hotel manager and will be emailing corporate headquarters regarding this employee and how she treated me as a customer. She has no customer service skills and was very rude and condescending. This employee would serve the hotel better not interacting with the public. I would like to give kudos to Andrew who works the front desk during the day he went above and beyond to help me with my reservation before I arrived, and made sure everything was taken care of. This was a family trip and we reserved three separate rooms. My family members experienced the same treatment as I, in interaction with Connie.

Very poor experience. Front Desk Manager was rude, inappropriate, unprofessional and a liar. She refused to check me in and told me to get out. The Manager was called and apologized for the rogue employee and 50% comped my room. It is sad that she is retained and ruins the experience of guests.

Andrew was such a help and very pleasant to speak with. However the night crew, was horrible. The night crew was extremely rude to my mom, my aunt, and my cousin all at different times. Each one of them had the same complaint about her attitude and the way she spoke to them individually. Funny thing is that everyone was alone for each encounter. She alone is why we would choose to not stay at this hotel again.

Check in was ok. Not very welcoming. All business. We scheduled a 0330 shuttle to airport and girl at desk was obviously not happy with being at the desk at 0330. I would look for a different shift or maybe a job where you were not expected to interact with people would be wise. When we walked up to desk she said nothing and just pointed at the key box. When we mentioned shuttle being it was 0310 she stated rudely, "You requested 330. He will pull up at 330." We asked if there was coffee available "no."

I reserved a room for a friend who was stranded at the Baltimore airport due to the recent snowstorm. When she arrived, the person at the desk charged her for the room even though I had already paid for the room and she had a copy of the receipt. Eventually it got straightened out after a second person arrived to help out at the desk. The hotel was slammed due to all the cancelled flights and had only one person working the desk. My friend eventually made it to her room which was lovely, she reported. However she discovered there was no hot water in the room and no heat. She took an ice cold shower and had to sleep in her coat as it was freezing in the room. She tried to address it at the front desk but they were overwhelmed with bus after bus bringing displaced travelers from the airport, all struggling to find a room. There was also no food available at the hotel and no where close by to walk to so she went to sleep cold and hungry. With a foot of snow on the ground, calling for food delivery was not an option. Apparently the breakfast was good.

Room was completely fine and what I paid for. But front desk service needs re-training for their night time personnel handling the desk. First night checking in the lady was very non-attentive and did not greet us or anything. Second night we had to walk back from the bus station because we could not reach the front desk for the shuttle service that was provided by them for whatever reason. It was always the night time front desk personnel that gave us all the issues.

I would have given five stars but not having a hot breakfast was inconvenient. Shoutout to the bartender for her friendliness and willingness to please. Location close to the airport. The Lyft and shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient and stress free. Common areas and room are clean and welcoming. Wi-Fi was easy to access. I’d stay again.

This hotel is one of my regular stops when I’m traveling but I was highly disappointed with this stay because I prepaid for hot breakfast (my favorite) all 5 days of my stay and was greeted with a cold breakfast for all of the days because the cook was having personal problems and couldn’t do their job (so the guests had to suffer with only cold food). And the guests were not given any compensation for this inconvenience. Then my toilet and sink got stopped up and I had to have maintenance come and unstop both. I normally have a good experience ant this property [and I hate to leave negative feedback] but I kept being asked for my feedback so here it is.

Firstly, We booked this hotel that was supposedly pet friendly. We got there around noon but was told rooms were not ready and we were put on a list where there were 5 people on b front of us and to come back within 2 hours, when we go there still no room we came back at 3 at time of Check in and still no room. Waited until after 4 pm and no room. As we waited no one offered a bottle of water for our family or our dogs. They finally gave us a half cleaned room on the ground floor next to a side entrance where there were a lot of traffic and people slamming the door constantly. Then we got home after dinner and just as we walked in, we get a call of complaints that our dogs need to be controlled. One dog barked every time the door slams in the hallway. This is not our fault by any means and the hotel should not put people next to us who do not have pets! Secondly, there was a black out the second evening and no one advised what to do as we were getting ready and n the dark, no lamps, flashlights or back up but there were lights in the hallways and event room. When I husband went to ask, they shrugged their shoulder and I am appalled that no one apologized or stated anything g line it’s a normal thing. I want some sort of co pension for this!
