We stayed in mid-November, after much of the town has closed up for the season. The front desk provided us with a list of restuarants that were still open, which was helpful. The Oasis lounge was still open and where we ate our first night, everything was delicious. We were upgraded to an ocean view room and enjoyed watching the snow flurries blow in over the water. Beautiful property with great views! We really enjoyed the quiet!

Everyone was friendly, the staff went above and beyond whenever they could. Beds were really comfortable, the view from the room balcony was incredible! The included breakfast was excellent. A big variety of pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, hot and cold cereals, hard boiled eggs, yogurts and juices. Free coffee, hot tea and hot coco in the lobby 24/7 in the lobby and cookies! Would love to stay there again!

Our favorite place to stay in or around Bar Harbor. Attentive and responsive staff, clean and spacious rooms, and an excellent location. We were surprised with great weather Mother's Day weekend and I believe we were the only hotel in the town with an open pool and hot tub. Will stay here every time we return!

We loved the breakfast. It was a nice mix of fresh fruit, meat, cheese and pastries. The coffee and juice was good too. The pool was beautiful and everything was very convenient to the shopping downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 1 night. We arrived on a foggy day. Our check in was quick, service was great. Our room overlooked the bay. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean, water was hot. Plenty of food options within walking distance. I absolutely loved this Inn. We felt safe.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are pretty much immaculate and the staff is so professional and welcoming. A breath of fresh air. I only had one night booked originally but an hour of being here I booked a 2nd night. A pleasant staff and cozy room will do that. I look forward to coming back in the future.

We were on the first floor of the ocean front room and could hear substantial noise from children running down the stairs you were stunning and scenery. During meals in the rainbow room was exceptional. Food was good, but not as exceptional as I had expected. Would stay here again just have different expectations.

Loud dripping noise that proved to be a detached gutter that water was dripping on. Also, the toilet kept running off and on all the time. Also, you were supposed to have coffee 24 hours, we came in at 415 and no coffee. No rest and no coffee is not what I paid for.

My wife and I visited the property for our 10 year anniversary. Unpon walking in, the staff was beyond amazing and were treated like family. They went over and above what we could have asked for! We extended our stay 2 more days because of the property being amazing as well as the caring staff. Will be back again soon!

Everything appeared fine until I got home and noticed that my credit had been charged an extra one hundred dollars. thinking it was a mistake I phoned the hotel and was told it for "incidentals" and would be refunded in two to seven days. I was never told anything about this charge at check-in or check-out and I have never had this done at any other property I have stayed at. This charge never appeared on any statement I received from the hotel, and I certainly never approved the extra charge. I think this policy should be explained very clearly to customers upon arrival or check-out.
