I hope they know random people park in the back that are not guests and swim in the pool out front. Also had a guy drive up and fill 2 coolers with ice and take off im sure he wasn't a guest either

The elevator has not been cleaned in ages. It smells disgusting. It made us gag. There was trash around the office. The indoor pool has piles of sand on the steps. There were used towels hanging behind our bathroom door.

Great access to restaurants and attractions, adequate space for our family, but the condition of the unit was poor. Floors falling apart, rusty stairs at the pool, stairs, roped off with caution tape. Our coffee maker had molded coffee grounds in it and was disgusting. It was obvious the property was very old and had been cheaply updated.

Well we came to have a fun but relaxing time with the fam, everything was good we had conjoined rooms which was good, we are a big family, indoor pool was nice heated ,we enjoyed it, only two complaints, housekeeping took one of my personal bath towels and the heater in room 611 wasnt working to good but since we had conjoined rooms the heater from 612 kept both rooms warm , oh yeah, the house breakfast was great we enjoyed our stay overall. Thank you we will be back again.

Your app states all fees and taxes included in price shown. I was charged an additional $2 per day administration fee. That was not disclosed until I registered. A pair of underwear was left from previous guest behind the bathroom door so did they sweep and mop? No do not disturb sign to hang on the door knob. Needed more ice machines. Needed more employees to handle check out AND breakfast. The elevator could have been swept out. I prefer to find another location to stay. The AC did work well.

When we arrived the shower still had hair in it from the guest before, the floor infront of the sink had a huge sticky spot where something had spilled. The ice bucket was extremely sticky...eww. There was dust everywhere and the phone wasn't even plugged in. Once we plugged it in it didnt work. Thr elevator was really gross and had pills on the floor.The good things about this hotel was the outdoor pool was nice and atleast the sheet were clean. This hotel did not match thr pictures online. We were scared to eat breakfast there.

Rooms are older. First room had someone already staying in it, second room was filthy the previous guests towels in the bathroom the floor was dirty, the bed clearly was not fresh. The clerk was embarrassed by both situations and quickly moved us to a much better room by comparison but the over all property was not clean at all.

Just don’t stay here. This hotel was NOTHING like the photos. The room was disgusting. The “updates” are just in the lobby. The pool was disgusting. The beds are fulls, not queens. The shower rod was coming out of the wall so the curtain wouldn’t stay shut. There was rip in the shower curtain. There was a wad of hair in the corner under the luggage rack. There was frozen hamburger meat in the fridge. The fridge was dirty. Elevator was trashed. The property was covered in trash. And the workers just left it. This is PRIME location. But a dump!

The hotel is outdated. The room was not clean and the carpet was filthy with many stains. Because we were driving, we had many cleaning products of our own and put them all to use before we used the bathroom or get near the bed. Had to clean the tub before we used it because there was hair in the tub and on the floor. It was a late check in, or we would have gotten another hotel.

The property is run down and dirty. Our room had tons of bugs flying around and a huge urine and blood stain on the mattress under the sheets. We checked out within and 2 hours of checking in and drove 40 minutes to find a different hotel. Do not recommend.

For the price I paid I was not satisfied with the room at all; there was blood on the sheets, the outlets were corroded, missing lightbulbs, lots of stains all over the place and just not what I expected at all. Pictures are very deceiving.

Food for breakfast was not hot, gravy was very watery and coifee was very weak. Had 2 rooms, #213 had no hot water the evening of the first day. Bath tub in #213 was not clean. Spent a fair amount of money for 2 rooms that were below avarage

Worst unclean, dirty and unkept hotel we have ever stayed in. The shower drain had unrecognizable stuff in it, there was pink lint under the sheet of one bed (makes you wonder if they were changed) the toilet was loose, the air conditioner had a horrible smell, the small refrigerator made noises all night and we found a pair of women’s soiled panties in the room. Nothing Quality about this place!

The front desk lady was incredibly sweet and welcoming — definitely a bright spot in our stay. However, the building we stayed in (toward the back) seemed to be the oldest and not as well-maintained. The AC struggled to keep up with the heat, especially on a hot day, which made it a bit uncomfortable. We were also placed next to a room with a dog that was left inside the entire time. The constant barking made it hard to relax, and it honestly felt like the dog was ready to come through the window at any moment. There were a few maintenance issues in the room as well: the coffee pot didn’t work, and although the hair dryer turned on, it didn’t function properly. Also, the ceiling tile above the shower had a stain, likely from a previous leak, and could really use replacing. On a positive note, the ice machine worked great and the ice was cold — small detail, but appreciated!

Floor tiles in bathroom were lose. Trim on floor/wall was falling off. Half outlets didn’t work properly. Photos on hotel.com are NOT what the hotel looks like. It was adequate at best. Hotel showed a suite with a living room and 2 bedrooms off of that. With a total of 3 beds and a pull out sofa. That was not what we were given. There was no living room area and no pull out sofa. Overall displeased with the stay.

We chose this hotel as it was a convenient location on the strip. The pictures the hotel shared though are not accurate of the actual premises or rooms. We were supposed to have 3 beds plus a sofa bed, there was no sofa bed or sofa at all. There were stains on the comforters. The paint was peeling on the walls and ceilings. The water in the shower stayed cold after 20 minutes. It never warmed up. It felt very dirty, the towels were stained. The indoor pool is not heated, the floors were dirty and the towels in the pool were also stained. It would not be a choice we would stay at again, unfortunately. The staff was kind, however. The only positive.

Overall, the stay wasn't awful. The staff was VERY friendly and acommodating. However, our first night was a little bit of a train wreck. Within the first hour of our arrival, both bedside outlets threw sparks when I tried plugging phone chargers into them. One of them even burnt the male end of my charger. Then, we learned the jacuzzi plug doesn't even fit it's hole properly. Aside from those issues and pur lights flickering occasionally, we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for four nights, July 2-4. The hotel is still undergoing renovations, which is fine. Inside each room is pleasant for the most part. The lot was relatively messy with litter. The staff are all extremely friendly and nice. 5/5 stars for service and polite staff. Given the lot was littered a good little bit, I would rate cleanliness at 2/5. We stayed for four nights, July 2-4. The hotel is still undergoing renovations, which is fine. Inside each room is pleasant for the most part. The lot was relatively messy with litter. Good location and clean. Only drawback, they did not provide enough towel's nor coffee. Everytime we went into the office, they were either not there or they said they would bring it later.. Other than that, we would stay again..

The indoor pool was not well maintained was dirty no clean towels The older lady atvthe front desk was nice but the other lady who was work was not nice at all she was rude and was sitting outside most of the time there was a time whenw e had to call up there and no one answered so we walked up there and she was smoking and acting like we are bugging her because we could not get in one of our rooms

The property manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was good. He switched our rooms as the first one was a bit smokey. You could tell from previous reviews they were working diligently to correct others concerns. The pool was great. The rooms were average but it's a 2 star hotel. We will stay again. If the entire room had laminate floor that would be udeal. Thank you sir for going above and beyond!

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The worker at that front desk on nights had such an attitude the whole time and they started pulling breakfast while people were still eating. The first room we were placed in the air conditioning unit didn’t work the second had a puddle of water on the floor under the air conditioner. And the last one that was supposed to be recently renovated had stains all over the carpet.

The man working at the desk was super nice. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was ok had waffles and biscuits and gravy. Also had eggs but no meat. The location is great. The price was inexpensive. The free breakfast was decent. The room really wasn't the cleanest but the beds were comfortable and the a/c worked ok. The pools were clean and open. The hotel grounds were kinda dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you're looking for an upscale place this is not it. If you looking for a inexpensive decent hotel this ones for you.

The room was dirty, food crumbs on the floor and carpet, the bathroom sink was clogged, the bathtub nozzle to turn on the shower head broke and we could not shower properly, the shower temp never got warm enough. One of the towels had a stain on it. Had to tell attendant during breakfast that milk was out on both days of our stay. Had to tell attendant that plates were out on the last day of our stay. Looks like they only had 2 people working there taking care of everything and are probably understaffed which leads to things not been taken care of properly.

Yes, this hotel is cheap, but you get what you pay for. There was limited staff, the towels are like sandpaper, and the breakfast was disgusting. When my husband poured milk out of the carafe, something black poured out with it. They have no clue on how to make sausage gravy. It was watery and tasted like paste. The only good thing was the hot shower.

All I can say is Location was great. Check in was ok. Room was clean. If you have any back problems, DO NOT STAY HERE! This was absolutely the hardest bed I EVER tried to sleep on. If you barely moved the bed squeaked and made so much noise!! It was close to restaurants and attractions. Shower barely had pressure. Will not stay here again.
