Difficile d’accès par le parking surtout avec des valises il faut passer par des escaliers … Pas de moyens de garer à l’entrée Les chambres sont propres , l’accueil est sympa Ça manque de convivialité.. Les parties communes escaliers , couloirs ont des remontées de fosses c’est désagréable !! Pour un hôtel considéré 4 Etoiles et le montant de la nuit on s’attendait à un peu plus

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un danno grave alla macchina, ci è stato rotto un vetro della macchina nel parcheggio "custodito " e a pagamento dell'albergo. Per accedere al parcheggio vi erano 2 codici, quindi, indicativo di grande insicurezza. Purtroppo avendo pagato tramite Expedia , non ci è stato rimborsato alcuna notte non usufruita dato siamo scappati. Deludente sia dal punto di vista umano che di sicurezza. Eravamo con dei minori.

A hotel very close to the metro to gain access to all of Paris but without staying in the middle of the city. Shame evening restaurant is no longer using the breakfast room to allow the current room to return to being a bar/bar snacks room for sitting and chatting. The lobby area is impersonal.

the restaurant took around 30 mins just to bring the menu, and when I ordered a bottle of water they never brought it. they took my order after 45 mins, and due to all tables around me complaining about the service I decided to leave and cancelled my order. The gym has limited space.

Hotel is conveniently located next to a large mall and subway station for easy/convenient access to central Paris. The room was large and clean with a great, unobstructed view of central Paris, including the Eiffel Tower. Staff at the front desk were all very present and helpful

We liked the convenience of Hotel across road from Metro station, M1 direct into Paris, Hotel was clean and good selection for Breakfast with plenty staff clearing tables so no waiting, The room was good we had good view of Eiffel tower from bedroom window, Reception staff excellent giving advise on how to get to attractions easily,

I’ve stayed in many Paris hotels, and if you’re expecting a 4-star, avoid this one. It should lose a star, and management needs to address the poor state. Clearly, guest experience is not a priority. I paid £500 for 2 nights in a “superior” room with a view, but it felt more like a dated 3-star motel. Check-in was bland—no interaction, no explanation of services, not even a confirmation of my booking. Staff seemed untrained. The 10th-floor corridor was dark and outdated, and the room wasn’t any better—cramped, gloomy, and unclean. The only positive was the view of the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. The depressing color scheme of browns and grays made the room feel even worse. Nothing about the room was "superior." A few Rituals products don't compensate for the lack of basics like robes, slippers, or water. £250 per night for this? The bathroom was tiny, with a faulty showerhead, and the loose socket was dangerous. The towels were so thin they were practically see-through. Clearly, the room wasn’t maintained. WC wurde während der Zeit nie geputzt, Frühstück entspricht nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen, es gab zwar Rührei, Würstchen etc, aber in der Wurstauslage gab es lediglich ein paar Würfelchen Schinken. Kein Aufschnitt, Salami, Lyoner oder ähnlichem, Gleiches beim Käse. Das Platzangebot beim Frühstück war auch sehr überschaubar für ein Hotel dieser Grössenordnung.

Hotel was reasonable clean and in a nice area, but very dated. Rooms need renovation, looks like it hasn't been done since the 80s with wood chip wall paper. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Stay was not good for the price paid. On the first night I could not sleep as room was too warm. I was told no air con do not start till April. Next day morning I could not get hot water in the shower. When complained I was told many people staking shower in the morning causes nonhot water. What a terrible system which can not manage it's capacity.

Extremely tiny rooms, rude staff especially the restaurant staff. As such nothing is there in the restaurant but on top of that the staff is mostly unfriendly unavailable snd rude. The frontdesk is unwelcoming too and makes you suffer for anything & everything!

We liked the location which was close to the metro and a short walk across the bridge to Neuilly which we really like. However, we thought this was a poor 4 star hotel. - air conditioning in the room was poor which was not ideal when it was so hot over our stay - the safe in the room was broken - the hotel and room generally seemed in need of update - we stayed in this hotel many years ago and it does not appear to have changed since - reception staff seemed not interested, and certainly not welcoming. On arrival, 2 reception staff were sitting talking in a separate room - certainly not business from body language, after some time waiting they came out, no bonjour, no welcome, just a look as we had disturbed their conversation. I may be wrong but it seems this hotel is so full of large group tours, they forget the individual. - On leaving, reception again - wanted to charge a second time for city taxes which I had already paid on arrival. However, it was for me to prove I had paid so had to open my bank app to prove it - it seems they had problems with their IT systems which had not updated the payment - a minor but indicative point, 2 small paper cups in the room for tea / coffee.

Lors de mon séjour, j’ai rencontré un problème sérieux avec la réception, en particulier le jour de mon départ. J’étais accompagné de ma femme et de ma fille de deux ans, ce qui a rendu la situation encore plus désagréable. Mon badge d’accès à la chambre a été bloqué à plusieurs reprises, m’obligeant à redescendre à la réception. La raison invoquée était le paiement de la taxe de séjour. Or, mon départ était prévu après le petit-déjeuner et je comptais régler l’ensemble de la facture (taxe de séjour, parking, etc.) au moment du check-out, comme cela se fait habituellement. Après être descendu prendre le petit-déjeuner avec ma famille, je suis remonté pour récupérer nos affaires, mais l’accès à la chambre avait été volontairement bloqué. On m’a alors imposé de payer la taxe de séjour avant même de pouvoir remonter chercher nos effets personnels, malgré le fait que le check-out se faisait de toute façon à la réception et que tous les frais allaient être réglés à ce moment-là, y compris le parking. Cette insistance excessive, combinée à une attitude peu agréable de la réceptionniste, a créé une situation inutilement stressante, d’autant plus en présence d’un enfant en bas âge. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cette taxe devait être exigée avant, alors que les autres frais ont été réglés normalement lors du départ. Il y a clairement un problème de communication, de relation client ou une règle interne à revoir. C’est regrettable et cela nuit à l’expérience globale du séjour.

the restaurant took around 30 mins just to bring the menu, and when I ordered a bottle of water they never brought it. they took my order after 45 mins, and due to all tables around me complaining about the service I decided to leave and cancelled my order. The gym has limited space.

We liked the convenience of Hotel across road from Metro station, M1 direct into Paris, Hotel was clean and good selection for Breakfast with plenty staff clearing tables so no waiting, The room was good we had good view of Eiffel tower from bedroom window, Reception staff excellent giving advise on how to get to attractions easily,

Qualidade Novotel. Limpo e constantemente renovado. Excelente custo/benefício. Fique atento para o fato da estação do Metro ser Esplanade de la Défense (linha 1) e não RER A Defense. O acesso da estação do metro para o hotel ( e, pior ainda, do hotel a estação de metro) tem muitas escadas. Assim, carregar malas nesse trajeto pode exigir algum esforço , principalmente para gente com mais de 50 anos (eu tenho 63)

A hotel very close to the metro to gain access to all of Paris but without staying in the middle of the city. Shame evening restaurant is no longer using the breakfast room to allow the current room to return to being a bar/bar snacks room for sitting and chatting. The lobby area is impersonal.

I’ve stayed in many Paris hotels, and if you’re expecting a 4-star, avoid this one. It should lose a star, and management needs to address the poor state. Clearly, guest experience is not a priority. I paid £500 for 2 nights in a “superior” room with a view, but it felt more like a dated 3-star motel. Check-in was bland—no interaction, no explanation of services, not even a confirmation of my booking. Staff seemed untrained. The 10th-floor corridor was dark and outdated, and the room wasn’t any better—cramped, gloomy, and unclean. The only positive was the view of the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. The depressing color scheme of browns and grays made the room feel even worse. Nothing about the room was "superior." A few Rituals products don't compensate for the lack of basics like robes, slippers, or water. £250 per night for this? The bathroom was tiny, with a faulty showerhead, and the loose socket was dangerous. The towels were so thin they were practically see-through. Clearly, the room wasn’t maintained. Breakfast was chaotic. The food was poor, and the hot dishes weren’t even warm. The dining area was unclean. This hotel isn’t any better than the IBIS next door. I’m just relieved I only stayed for 2 nights.
