Avec 2h30 d'attente pour recuperer la chambre, 2 fois la réception m'a remis des clés des chambres encore occupées par les clients . Le restaurent est fermé, on a été dirigé vers un hôtel a coté pour diner ; A part ça tout va bien . Je suis client Accor depuis pré de 20 ans .

Hotel bien placé avec une clientèle de tourisme. Points forts: taille de la chambre, accès, salle de bail, climatisation. Points faibles: personnel parlant peu français, peu de restauration sur place (affiché dans l'ascenseur mais on ne sait pas où), reglage des ascenseurs (on attend beaucoup le matin° Gros point faible: literie (2 lits réunis en un) et surtout le drap trop petit qui recouvre une alèse fine sui glisse. Trés désagérable

Nice standard hotel and right next to Metro 1 line (stop: Esplanade de La Defence), to be able to get into central Paris easily or connect to Gare du Nord Eurotunnel train station). If visiting Grande Arch about a 15 min walk. Room a bit warm and couldn't open windows but borrowed a hotel fan, no issues. Staff really friendly! Lifts busy around 9am. Breakfast buffet okay limited with more Euro types of food, with some scrambled eggs and bacon. Not too expensive. Would stay again. Recommended.

This was a good choice for me - close to La Defense Arena but it was a long way from the natural world with loads of sky scrapers , shops and acres of concrete . Some buildings had seen better days . Apart from a kettle in the room the hotel was good with helpful staff . Enjoyed the breakfast .

Accueil à l’arrivée : un peu rapide et vite expédié. Un sourire aurait été un plus ! Chambre propre , salle de bain un peu juste en taille et propreté mais convenable. Petit déjeuner : bien même si c’est dommage que les clients voient les personnes de services remplir les contenants car il s’agit de conserves parfois..

Budget hotel so didn’t expect loads and it’s fine for a night or two. The staff at check in was conversational but quite rude to me in that it was me (female) checking in and making conversation, but he was only talking to my male partner? It didn’t really make sense that he was only looking and talking to him, when I was the one talking and with the information - and it was my name on the booking. Quite rude. The room itself was basic but seemed clean. The 2 plugs in the room are so close together that you can only plug 1 thing in at once. The lights in the bathroom constantly flickered and there were hairs around the sink, but I appreciated that soap was available. The hotel is quite confusing to get to but was close to the coach stop to the airport. The reception was leaking due to the rain. Wouldn’t stay again.

Værelset var fint Da vi ankom fik vi nøgle til et værelse hvor der boede gæster i forvejen. Temmelig chokerende og man tænker hvem får så nøgle til mit rum ? Fin rengøring på værelset. Sengen god. Morgenmaden fin og alsidig Men rengøring i morgenmads restauranten var så elendig der var beskidt og gamle mad rester på væggene Ingen opfyldning i morgen mad man skulle spørge hele tiden En gang i døgnet holdt nøgle kortet op med at virke og skulle fornyes Man kunne bare forny sit kort uden identifikation bare sige værelses nummer hvor er sikkerheden henne ?

Des surmatelas simples en guise de matelas pour un lit double, du coup, le sur matelas glisse du lit et vous avec ! Une soit disant box petit dej lorsque vous voulez prendre le petit dej avant 6h30. Boxe qui contient 2 mini viennoiseries, une pomme une compote... Pas de boisson chaude disponible, le tout pour le prix d'un petit déjeuner normal... Des détritus qui se baladent dans les couloirs des parties communes ! Honteux pour le prix payé, je ne reviendrai pas

Séjour solo pour assister concert à Paris Defense Arena. Excellente situation hôtel tant pour cette salle de spectacle que pour accès métro ligne M1. L hôtel est proche des deux et moins de 150m entre sortie Métro et Hôtel. Facile à trouver et passerelle piétonne. Chambre confort simple (vieille déco) Buffet Petit Déjeuner (salle vite comble..pas mal de touristes (groupe pdt mon séjour..). Très bon accueil de la personne à mes Check In et Check Out.

Je n'ai pas apprécié séjourner dans cet établissement. Les chambres sont vieillottes et les bruits des chambres voisines sont très marqués. Je pourrai vous retranscrire la conversation de ma voisine de chambre mot pour mot et quand enfin le calme semble se faire et bien il y a un bonus ronflements. Et le prix est tout bonnement excessif ! Je déconseille cet hôtel.

Check In long et en plus erroné, mon adresse mail (pourtant très simple) n'a pas été enregistrée comme il faut. C'est bien qu'il n'y ait plus de moquette dans les chambres, mais quand le voisin de dessus marche avec des talons dans la chambre pendant une heure à 7h du matin, on participe ! Mais à part en demandant expressément aux clients de faire preuve de civisme et d'enlever leurs chaussures dans les chambres, je ne vois pas comment lutter !

Séjour solo pour assister concert à Paris Defense Arena. Excellente situation hôtel tant pour cette salle de spectacle que pour accès métro ligne M1. L hôtel est proche des deux et moins de 150m entre sortie Métro et Hôtel. Facile à trouver et passerelle piétonne. Chambre confort simple (vieille déco) Buffet Petit Déjeuner (salle vite comble..pas mal de touristes (groupe pdt mon séjour..). Très bon accueil de la personne à mes Check In et Check Out.

Gute Lage direkt neben der Metrostation. Eignet sich gut für einen Kurztrip. Die Hotels rund um den Gare de Lyon sind zu teuer. Im La Défense sind die Preise OK und man ist so oder so mit der Metro unterwegs.

This was a good choice for me - close to La Defense Arena but it was a long way from the natural world with loads of sky scrapers , shops and acres of concrete . Some buildings had seen better days . Apart from a kettle in the room the hotel was good with helpful staff . Enjoyed the breakfast .

Avec 2h30 d'attente pour recuperer la chambre, 2 fois la réception m'a remis des clés des chambres encore occupées par les clients . Le restaurent est fermé, on a été dirigé vers un hôtel a coté pour diner ; A part ça tout va bien . Je suis client Accor depuis pré de 20 ans .

Værelset var fint Da vi ankom fik vi nøgle til et værelse hvor der boede gæster i forvejen. Temmelig chokerende og man tænker hvem får så nøgle til mit rum ? Fin rengøring på værelset. Sengen god. Morgenmaden fin og alsidig Men rengøring i morgenmads restauranten var så elendig der var beskidt og gamle mad rester på væggene Ingen opfyldning i morgen mad man skulle spørge hele tiden En gang i døgnet holdt nøgle kortet op med at virke og skulle fornyes Man kunne bare forny sit kort uden identifikation bare sige værelses nummer hvor er sikkerheden henne ?

Nice standard hotel and right next to Metro 1 line (stop: Esplanade de La Defence), to be able to get into central Paris easily or connect to Gare du Nord Eurotunnel train station). If visiting Grande Arch about a 15 min walk. Room a bit warm and couldn't open windows but borrowed a hotel fan, no issues. Staff really friendly! Lifts busy around 9am. Breakfast buffet okay limited with more Euro types of food, with some scrambled eggs and bacon. Not too expensive. Would stay again. Recommended.

Pfff 2 nuits pour un prix hallucinant de 560 euros. Pas de cafetière ou bouilloire dans la chambre. Des surmatelas simples en guise de matelas pour un lit double, du coup, le sur matelas glisse du lit et vous avec ! Une soit disant box petit dej lorsque vous voulez prendre le petit dej avant 6h30. Boxe qui contient 2 mini viennoiseries, une pomme une compote... Pas de boisson chaude disponible, le tout pour le prix d'un petit déjeuner normal... Des détritus qui se baladent dans les couloirs des parties communes ! Honteux pour le prix payé, je ne reviendrai pas
