Bon emplacement beaucoup de restaurant autour de l’hôtel. Belle Salle de sport, chambre agréable et spacieuse? bon petit déjeuner avec effort fait sur des produits locaux type Yahourt Malo, beurre paysan breton manque peut-être un peu de choix salé mais très bien dans l’ensemble.

The location was fabulous. A city playground in front of the hotel was the best surprise! Breakfast was outstanding. I could watch my son playing on the playground from the front window, a great start to the day. Cleanliness and simple parking garage access were also a pleasant surprise.

Modern apart hotel with new kitchen appliances and clean rooms. Good value for money. It is located in a good neighborhood with a nice short walk to metro line 1. There are several restaurants and grocery stores around. If you have a car, better book your spot in advance as the car park was full in our case.

Would have liked to have some extra hand towels in the room. Laundry facility was very convenient. Room was comfortable but very little leg room outside of the bed. I suppose it is too small for 2 people.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room served our Family perfectly. When restaurants are closed, there are plenty of uber eats options. Even though there is construction is progress next door, we heard nothing. The breakfast is perfect….coffee, cheese, meats and bread were something we looked forward to. Loved the selection of wine and beer in the lobby. Mohammed serviced our room and did a very nice job. The location also served us well, we didn’t want to be in the middle of Paris. The room is clean and provided everything we needed for 5 days. Highly recommend!

Great apartment, spacious, quiet and really clean. Good facilities in the apartment. Covered, secure parking a real bonus. We had a problem with the air con and the maintenance team were very responsive, but overall the air con still did not cool the apartment and was just really noisy for no cooling value. We opened the windows in the end!

Det var en fin service og venligt personale. Alt i alt en god oplevelse. Rengøringen var sådan pænt🙏, af køkkenet var der list småting, som et køleskab der ikke var helt rent, der lå lidt krummer i og i køkkenet generelt var der lidt overfladiske fedtpletter på ydersiden af skabe osv, men måske bare svært at vedligeholde materialet? Jeg påpegede for dem at de ikke skulle lukke opvaskeren, da den lugtede og vi derfor ikke brugte den. Samt skabet til skraldespanden lugtede, der burde de også lade det stå åben og se om de kunne fjerne lugten. Men alt i alt rigtig fint hotel med gode funktioner🙏

Very bad location , mostly industrial . They gave me incorrect room and would not fix . Refused to clean the room at all and even just remove garbage and bring towels. Used the same towels for two nights . Rude staff.

Good accommodation but there was some intermittent noise in the room and hallway on floor 5 throughout the first night of our stay, and it was difficult to tell where this noise was coming from. It may have been from the ventilation system in the ceiling. Breakfast could have been better. For example, the pancakes were left out in the cold.

We booked a studio and it was perfect for the two of us. It’s close to tube station (10-15 min walk). Staff were friendly. Clean rooms! It has a fridge, microwave, stove, and even a stove !!! Also a laundry on site. Will stay again

Very comfortable accommodation. Clean, quiet and private. Loved the little kitchenette that was fully equipped with everything we needed including a dishwasher! The staff was very welcoming and helpful when we needed but gave us space when we didn’t. The location was out of the way enough to be affordable but only a short walk or bus ride to the M1 subway that brings you directly to the big tourist sites. Would definitely recommend!

The room was great for us as a family with late teens who were able to have individual sofa beds in our apartment. The kitchenette was very well equipped, the room was spotless and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Nearest metro is within easy walking distance, taking you straight into the centre of Paris. We would stay here again.

It was a great stay at a very competitive price. The property condition is really good. The staff is very friendly and speak many languages (English, Spanish and obviously French). I was there for 4 nights. All good!!!!

Our room was amazing. Spacious, clean and had all the amenities we would need for our stay. Staff at the desk were super friendly and helpful welcoming us on arrival. We would specially like to thank Dessa for going over and beyond in his service to help our needs even though he was finishing in 10 minutes. We booked a twin room however when entering the room we were given a double bed. We messaged earlier during the whatsapp number but no luck. We messaged again and Dessa was about to clock out his shift, he took it on himself to sort the issue out personally and separated the beds.. provided new linen for the beds. Dessa is very friendly, nice and professional. If you stay here please ask for him! He is also knowledgeable as asked him many things to do in Paris and he gave great recommendations!

Everything was great within the hotel stay; nice and helpful staff, good clean rooms, etc. Though gave it 4 stars because this location is def NOT near everything it states. It shows Eiffel Tower is 9 min drive and it absolutely is not. By metro it’s 35-40 min and driving 25 min (had to uber first night). It was very confusing getting to/from metro station the first time and it’s easily at least 12-14 min walk and you have to make sure you pay close attention where you walk or you will get confused. So just make sure you are ok with these things/ distances before booking. Otherwise everything is good.

Nice hotel, fair price, sadly the air conditioning didn't turn off at night (the one on the kitchen work all night), but beside that a good stay. The hotel room was clean, but the floor is not wood, just wood design sadly. The hotel's location is a bit "off" - even vom "La Defense", the best is you take the "Metro" Line 1 to "Esplanade de La Défense" - that is the best station and it will take you 13-15 mins walking what is fine. A supermarket is VERY close, what was great and VERY convenient! The hotel staff was VERY nice and helpful. Merci beaucoup pour tout et au revoir!

Lovely clean room with great facilities if you want to make something in your room or very close to lots of local restaurants and bars. Only 7 mins walk to the local metro line 1 or 20min walk to Jules Verne terminal where you can get the Airobus to Paris Beauvois Airport.
