Fantastic location, clean room with everything we needed. Breakfast had a great variety for a good start to the day.

I got offered both an early checkin and a late checkout. This made a significant difference to my experience and I am a very grateful customer. The location of the hotel would be hard to beat - it is right in the centre of everything. The hotel is so new that the bathrooms are sparkling and everything is just lovely. The room service meals were outstanding, and they arrived promptly and with the same quality I would expect if sitting in a restaurant. The room was super quiet and the blackout curtains really did the job. Loved the modern lighting switches and the beautiful bathroom tiles. They could make a couple of minor improvements in the speeds of bar service & housekeeping requests. I hated the AI assistant at the end of the phone, but the humans were all very responsive. I will definitely book this hotel again, but will request a courtyard or city view next time (my outlook was onto a derelict building & couldn’t even see the sky).
