Excellent hotel and a great location. The only problem is they should specify that pool is not in the hotel it’s a different pool which is open to public - and you can go there as well. With a charge of 80 Lie which is a lot of money. Small gym inside the hotel which does the job, aircon kept getting very loud from time to time which was annoying. And average breakfast - Mostly bacon. Would recommend the hotel as it is good for Iasi.

I wanted to update my reservation for one week later. They asked for the double price. Then I re-booked the room for the updated dates and my money for the first week was gone. The room was for two but they only put one set of towels. Towels are super old and grey, not soft at all. They have an iron and iron table which is super good. Room service is tidying up the bed, fold the SAME towels and that’s all. They are not even putting a bottle of water. When you try to buy one reception said they don’t have any water! Breakfast is ordinary, I can not say good but enough. Good staff, 7/24 open mini bar in the reception (paid of course) no room service and nothing to eat.

Unlike the advertising, there is no pool in this hotel !!! We booked a summer vacation with little kids and we chose this hotel especially because of the pool! Luckily, after a complaint to Expedia, we received compensation -money for another pool . It's not comfortable, but at least our vacation wasn't completely ruined. The girls at the reception are lovely! They understood us and wanted to help but they had no way to solve the problem..

The property has the right to ask the price, but check reviews before booking. Pool is for extra cost which doesn’t specify anywhere, building seems newly renovated but a lot of fishy stuff. No flipflops, no hot water in the shower. Everything comercial and nothing towards the customer.

The best 3 stars in Iasi for sure! Excellent accommodation, good breakfast! No restaurant in the hotel , only breakfast available. However, you need to change the category Amenities : swimming pool! the hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool. There is a swimming pool in the vicinity but belongs to a different commercial entity and if you want to use it you need to pay extra like 20 Euro per entrance , directly at the swimming pool ! So this is not together with the hotel in any way!

Le chambres sont grandes et confortables, le personnel est professionnel souriant et avenant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. L'absence de frigo ou minibar dans la chambre m'a déplu, le prix élevé de la piscine aussi.

Leider gab es den in expedia ausgewiesen Swimmingpool nicht direkt im Hotel. Es ist eine Kooperation mit dem Spa in der Nähe, wofür man aus dem Hotel heraus muss. Was bei dem vorherrschendem Wetter nicht ganz optimal war. Weiterhin ist es auch separat zu bezahlen.

La piscina cubierta es de pago y NO se aclara en ningun lado, ni siquiera luego de comprarlo. Sale 18 euros por dia por persona, por 3 personas es mas del 50% de una noche, una verdadera estafa

Man kann zu Fuß Iasi erkunden. Es gibt leider keine Restaurant oder Bar vor Ort.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting friends and relatives. The hotel generally lacks atmosphere and is not welcoming in the bar and reception area. Reasonable breakfast and staff were reactive to problems raised. However the general state of the rooms is very poor. Our first room on 12th floor had a rubber window seal hanging out and with freezing blizzard conditions it meant we had zero sleep due to wind noise and draught coming through the gap. We were moved next morning after complaining at front desk, to floor 4. That room was better for noise but the toilet roll holder fell of the wall as soon we used it. When we went to bed in the evening we noticed the sheets and pillow cases were ripped and threadbare, too late to do anything about it but showed pictures at reception when checking out. We were offered an apology but nothing else. Overall a pretty awful experience for a 2 night stay. I have stayed in many Hilton hotels (all types) and the standards here are not what you would expect from Hilton chain. I have stayed here in the past (last time 3 years ago) and I would say it has really gone downhill. There are much better hotels in Iasi based on my recent and previous visits, better off trying Unirea (same standard) or International (4 star). I expect this hotel will not be under the Hilton name for long unless they improve the standards.

The hotel used to be better maintain. Last time I stayed the hallways were dark poorly lit and there was a smell on the hallway

Large and spacious room, clean and new , good breakfast, location close to the city center

Lovely hotel. New and clean. Large rooms, however space not properly utilized. Small closet and drawers. Lots of room for more. We were on the sunny side of the building. Room was hot and could not regulate it with the AC. Faint sewage smell was pervasive. Good breakfast included. Internet was fine. Although we did not need it, there was free parking. Close to central attractions, food, markets and bars. Overall good.

The worst Hampton I have ever been. It is really a avarage three star hotel. Low pressure in shower, cheap materials. Toilet broken, no toilet paper. WiFi weak, cold in the room even with heating.

Very clean and modern, excellent breakfast with hot and cold food, scambled and hard boiled eggs, cheese, salami, bacon, fruits, yogurt, many types of coffee, orange juice, waffles and so on. Great water pressure, nice view, you can open the window. The parking lot is kind of small for the hotel capacity and the hallway could have moe lights.

Odadaki duş teknesinin gideri çalışmıyordu, duş alırken su neredeyse tekneden banyo içerisine taşacaktı. Ayaklar su içerisinde kalıyor.

We stayed at the hotel for a mid-April weekend. The hotel is in a great location. A 10-minute walk to the Plas mall and the beautiful cultural center and a 20-minute walk from the Julius mall and the huge shopping center behind the mall. The room was very spacious Comfortable bed and very clean room. The breakfast is delicious and abundant and with a huge selection. Delicious coffee. Belgian waffle. We really enjoyed ourselves. The reception staff is very kind and especially Yoana who gave us a great explanation about the place with kindness and a smile. See her photo. It would have been nice if the lady in the dining room was a little more smiley although she did a great job and everything that ran out was taken care of by her. The towels are great and huge. Highly recommend this hotel Hampton by Hilton and we will definitely be back.

What we liked: This is one of the best hotels in the city. The location, cleanliness, interior design and aesthetics, and staff were excellent. What we didn't like: In our apartment, located on the 12th floor, the hot water was cold every time we turned on the faucet, and we had to wait about 20 minutes for the water to get hot enough to shower. The air conditioning temperature was not adjustable in the room; only the fan speed was adjustable. The air conditioning seemed to work in all common areas except the breakfast room.

The breakfast is really lacking in quality and the service was not very friendly when we asked for more food at the buffet.

Et super fint hotel. Her får man noget for pengene. Receptionisterne er utroligt søde og hjælpsomme, men ret unge og virker ikke til at skulle andet end henvise til værelser og være imødekommende. Hvilket de også er !!! Morgenmaden er okay. Der er lidt af det hele. Dog ikke så meget grønt. Alt er meget rent og pænt.

Iaşi city centre was a short walk from the hotel. Hotel was quite modern which is something I personally like. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay here. The service was excellent. My room and floor was quiet every day and night. I also loved the location, within 10-20 minutes walking distance from most tourist attractions and the Palas Mall. Its also within a 20 minute drive from the airport.

Super hotel. Der er god morgenmad, der var med i prisen. Nogen vil nok mene at udvalget er begrænset Pæne værelser - og badeværelset er meget pænt Hotellet ligger 500 m fra Palads Mall og tæt på flere historiske seværdigheder. Jeg kan anbefale hotellet.

Iaşi city centre was a short walk from the hotel. Hotel was quite modern which is something I personally like. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This was a lovely hotel, with a great breakfast selection. It's really easy to get an Uber within 3 minutes to go anywhere in the city.

Bed was good, but hotel next to very busy, noisy road. Bathroom door was really heavy and creaky - almost got a back injury! Breakfast was okay! Overall, okay for the price!

Familienzimmer war groß und sauber. Klimaanlage hat bedingt gut funktioniert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher einfach und keine Abwechslung.

The breakfast was not enough for all the guests, had to wait more than 30 min for an omelette. If you want to eat breakfast at choice you need to be there before 8:30.
