Check-in process is easy. The room is clean. Would like to see improvement for the breakfast choices . The pool area needs better lighting. In fact, the pool light was not in working order creating a safety hazard for children.

Nice property with all you need for a nice stay near the beach. While not right on the beach, it is easily walkable. Nice pool and work our area, as well as roof top terrace. Full kitchen if you want to cook a few meals and full fridge for drinks and food. Dishwasher and laundry, very helpful for a longer stay. Best of all, a very helpful and kind staff. Recommended.

The hotel was very communicative when it came to an maintenance issue with their elevator, we just made it work instead of cancelling our reservation. The room was spacious, had everything you needed and for the most part clean. The ceiling fan did need to be dusted and the floors need to be mopped. We were on the third floor and we had a soda machine and ice machine which was convenient. You could walk to the ocean, restaurants, there is a small aquarium down the road as well. The hotel felt very safe. Parking is a bit tight, so word to the wise is to be back at the hotel before sunset to find a decent parking space.

Great room with a fireplace and kitchen. Would have enjoyed a bit of a upgrade with TVs that had apps like Netflix and night stands or lights with usb plugs for chargers etc. Also, the pool closes too early at 9p. Maybe they could do 15 years and older 9p-11p??

Coffee maker in room did not work. When I showered, the tub did not drain, took plug out and full of old hair. Breakfast was not good. More like a continental with just yogurts, apples, banana and oranges, gluten free donuts, cereals, coffees and juice and randomly just biscuits and flour flavored gravy. Don't bother, there are great restaurants around. For $200 a night I would expect better. But the staff was great!

LFound a bedbug on my comforter when I was packing my suitcase to leave. Notified the front desk, they said the manager would contact me in an hour when they came in. When the manager contacted me they assured me they follow a rigorous protocol to ensure no bedbugs are on premises but followed up by asking me what other hotels I’ve stayed at and asked me if it’s possible if I brought it with me. For the past month I’ve stayed exclusively at Rivertide while working in Warrenton, I follow a rigorous protocol of my own to ensure I don’t take unwanted passengers with me home to my family. It felt like my concern was not taken seriously and that management instead felt it more appropriate to blame me for finding bedbugs on their bed… not in my clothes, not in my suitcase, not amongst my belongings, in their bed. I will not be coming back.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. This being said we noticed that after spending the first night we noticed the next morning that the floors of our suite had not been swept. For example, there were blond hairs and crumbs on the floor. We swept it ourselves.

The toilet seats were peeling off, felt dirty. They were not cleaned, had to go buy Clorox wipes. Had to wash all bedding before sleeping due to stains and bad odor! The dish washer was loaded with all dishes. Could not find any silverware until I opened it. Did not go in vacation to put a different families dishes away!

We had a dishwasher full of dirty dishes upon arrival, said you could get soap from front desk but I didn’t pay big money to wash someone else’s dishes. We had no shampoo, dispenser was empty, good thing we always bring extra. Floors were so dirty my white socks looked like I walk outside without shoes. Upon check out, all they said was sorry and I said sorry I’ll never stay here again!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was slightly dated, and very dirty. The floor was sticky, as was almost every other hard surface. Furniture and bedding had stains. Pillows were old and lumpy. Balcony was covered in bird poo. The whole place needs an update and cleaning needs to be improved.

Room was great & large. Both the main bed and sofa bed were comfortable. There was a trash truck that came right in front of our room around 11pm Sunday and woke everyone up, aside from that it was quiet though. Room TVs seem outdated and didn't work well, wifi/streaming TVs or at least an option to order movies on it would be a huge bonus. We had house keeping come the 2nd day as there were some things that didnt seem as clean as they could be during check in, 2nd time it was cleaned they did a fantastic job! Pool was small, crowded, cold and dirty so we did not use it for more than a couple minutes. Hot tub was to full of kids to be used. Breakfast had a small variety but it was nice to be able to grab drinks in the morning. Close to town and overall a nice hotel.

Property had jet tubs in the bathrooms that were so loud that when the neighbors ran theirs it sounded like an airplane, so so loud. Unfortunately they took advantage of it during the late late night. Also we were offered an upgrade which we paid for only to find out it was a ground floor suite right next to the lobby, which was also very noisy and loud both with people outside and in the lobby.
Property had jet tubs in the bathrooms that were so loud that when the neighbors ran theirs it sounded like an airplane, so so loud. The 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath suites are almost like being at home. There is a full kitchen, small bar, refrigerator with top freezer, small Microwave & stacked washer & dryer. Our room had 2 separate balconies, one facing South toward the river and the other West. The staff are experienced rather than summer hires and very pleasant…they go out of their way to be helpful. Parking is close to the entry with no bad places to park. The location is within 2/3 blocks of the beach and the popular Broadway Street shops/restaurants. The newer facility (compared to others in Seaside) is clean and above average with a 5th floor observation deck, Indoor Pool and 2 outdoor patio tables on the river side. We arrived an hour and a half early and checked in with no wait. The staff missed cleaning a few places so we were offered a change of rooms or to have them return to clean. The TV’s have no WIFI capability so there is no streaming. For streaming, bring a Fire Stick or Chromecast like device. A DVR is available at the front desk with some movies available for check out. DW soap pods and washing machine soap is available at the front desk(noted on the back of the WIFI pairing instructions). A safety precaution for children. There is limited seating for breakfast so go early or late. Coffee was available by about 6AM. We will stay there again on our next trip.

Studio Room was clean and spacious. Liked the balcony and kitchen. Bathroom was also nice and had a separate toilet/shower room. Pool & hot tub were nice too. Hotel felt safe and staff was friendly. Plenty of close parking. Ceiling fan in room desperately needs cleaned. Thick with dust. Pullout couch is insanely loud when anyone moves on it. Sounds like thunder or fireworks. Had to have my young son sleep on the couch instead of the pullout bed the second night, because the noise kept me awake all night. Breakfast and coffee is not great- glad I brought my own breakfast. Coffee maker is a standard coffee maker with grounds inside a bag- no regular filter. So you’re unable to use your own coffee. If you drink tea- No tea kettle in room. There were plenty of glasses, bowls and plates. Some pots and pans, colander and toaster.

The room had good noise isolation too, we could hear the hallway a bit, but didn't hear our neighbors at all. The staff was communicative and helpful. They texted ahead of our arrival to check if we needed any accommodations. We were also offered a room upgrade. The one thing I'd caution - the tap water in Seaside is questionable (poor tasting), so plan to pick up some drinking water from the grocery store if you're sensitive to that sort of thing.

The unit being so complete ,like a studio apartment made our stay amazing. Complete kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, patio, quietness etc.

Spacious, clean room with a functional kitchen. Really nice view and large wrap around deck. It was a really nice room for our family and I would definitely stay here again. You can easily walk to the ocean, parking is easy.

Nice clean, spacious room with a great view of the river and town. Restaurants in Seaside are seemingly all tourist traps so the fully stocked kitchen was a godsend. My children loved the pool and hot tub, which had puddle jumpers and life vests available for non-swimmers to float around safely and independently meeting other kids so mom and dad can watch comfortably from the hot tub 5 feet away. What a relief for us to land here on a long road trip with no prior knowledge of Seaside!

A beautiful property! Central to the downtown area with some great views. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There was even a nice kitchen that was stocked with all the supplies you need. There was a microwave, dishwasher and full size fridge. There was also laundry in the room. It was a great way to see Seaside and experience restaurants without having to eat out for every meal. Definitely worth a stay.

The customer service at this location was amazing, words can’t even explain the kindness and patience shown. I had called prior to making reservations as we travel with pets, called in requests after making reservations and the service at check in and through out our visit was all top notch. Everyone was helpful and genuine. The showers are the best I’ve ever had at a hotel or even home rental stay. Great location and was quiet. Beautiful view on the river side. One of our new favorites. Spacious room with full kitchenette, fireplace (electric), balcony, separate bedroom, large bathroom. Everything was clean and in good condition. The room had good noise isolation too, we could hear the hallway a bit, but didn't hear our neighbors at all. The staff was communicative and helpful. They texted ahead of our arrival to check if we needed any accommodations. We were also offered a room upgrade. The one thing I'd caution - the tap water in Seaside is questionable (poor tasting), so plan to pick up some drinking water from the grocery store if you're sensitive to that sort of thing.

Clean, comfortable and quiet with friendly service. Our room was on the first floor, directly adjacent to the lobby, and we were concerned about noise. But, it was surprisingly quiet, even on a very busy weekend! We especially appreciated the spacious layout, the in-room washer and dryer (great after a day at the beach), and the fireplace. We will be back!

We came to Seaside for one last family trip before our mother passes. The staff here were so incredibly compassionate. I explained our situation and reason for our trip. Diane (Diana) expressed so much compassion and kindness I was emotional because I was so touched by her empathy and knew it to genuine bc I I could see it in her eyes. The whole staff was great but she is a very special soul. This difficult time for our family was made to be a little easier

I loved how quiet it was. Especially love the setup and big and nice the rooms were. Me and my husband and 18 month old baby were so happy it is one of the best places we stayed at. The prices were fantastic.. we got in close to midnight and the midnight staff was so kind polite and very friendly . She even told us we can check out at noon cuz we came in so late. But the morning stuff was thy worst so means and rude. Didn’t even say hello or good morning nothing at all . She also had really bad attitude. When breakfast just got done I asked if I could still get some milk for my toddler and she said No. when I checked out I even said thank you and have a good day and she said absolutely nothing . That makes me never wanna go there again which sucks cuz I love the property

Really nice location in Seaside! We were there for a show at the convention center, so it was convenient. But it was right near the main strip of Seaside, and everything was a very short walk! Including getting to the beach for evening bonfires and s'mores! Plenty of room... water pressure and temps were great! Place was clean. We'd definitely stay there again when we visit Seaside! If we had to ask for improvements, the only thing would be, the queen sofa pullout... they were comfortable, but made a lot of noise when the kids moved on it... But this was minor and earplugs and closed doors fixed the problem :) HIGHLY recommend!

Coffee maker in room did not work. When I showered, the tub did not drain, took plug out and full of old hair. Breakfast was not good. More like a continental with just yogurts, apples, banana and oranges, gluten free donuts, cereals, coffees and juice and randomly just biscuits and flour flavored gravy. Don't bother, there are great restaurants around. For $200 a night I would expect better. But the staff was great!

This hotel is one of my favorites on the coast! You cannot beat it for the price. Clean rooms, jetted tubs, and fireplaces make for a very nice comfortable and fancy feel while still very affordable! The only complaint I have is the continental breakfast is lacking a little. Hot food options would make this hotel perfect!

We stay here often, couple times a year. Always great, very accommodating. Rooms are large and clean. Everything was great, the one thing I noticed this time is that the breakfast was a little lighter than usual. Usually there is some protein like eggs and meat which was not there this time. For the amount of money that I spent, the bed was very small, there was no Netflix, they said there was a breakfast, but there was no eggs available because they said that they had tried to make eggs before, and it didn’t work out. There was also black mold in the shower, which I reported.
