Quality Aparthotel Val d'Europe

Thanks for a great stay, the apartment was great and the swimming pool - amazing 😍we celebrate my daughters birthday and she loved it so much- a huge thanks to the staff, they were so helpful and wonderful! thank you again ☺️

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in staff were so rude uninviting ! The shower flooded our bedroom due to poor drainage the smell was horrible ! Not even worth 1 star avoid this hotel like the plague

The room was spotless and very spacious. Modern amenities throughout. Excellent air con. Nice shower. Lovely reception staff. Just a short walk to Val D’Europe station and one stop to Disneyland Paris. (It is walkable apparently, but we didn’t try it, especially as the trains are both frequent and cheap!) One note - remember to let reception know if you’ll be checking in after 6:30pm / 10:30pm (I’ve seen reference to both so not sure which) - we arrived around 11:30pm and I hadn’t realised we needed to inform them, but reception staff were very helpful and understanding. Highly recommend

I booked 2 rooms. Receptionist was nice at check-in. There was no soap in our room. I had to borrow from the other room. I notified staff in the morning, when we returned at night there stil wasnt any.

This is a very odd hotel. For one, it’s also a home for seniors. So you’ve got families excited for Disney juxtaposed with seniors milling about their home. The rooms are also extremely sterile: very white walls, limited furniture, absolutely no decor or homey touches. It is about 1.5 blocks away to the train to disney, which was amazing, as well as on top of a small grocery store. Basically, the hotel has no charm whatsoever but is a clean place to rest your head on a (tiny) bed.
