予想より良かったです。難を言えばお風呂です。片方が、湯船が一つ人が多くて、混雑していました。サウナがあって、嬉しかったのですが、何分入ったか分からず、時計を置いて欲しかったなと、水風呂が無い。これはサウナに入ってた人が口々に言ってたし、そう思いました。残念でした。山川の部屋は少なく、海側が多く、最上階だったので、ステキな景色でした。

駅までのシャトルバスがあり移動が楽でした。ナイトクルージングも利用しましたが少人数で写真など撮りやすくとても良かったです。売店は品揃え豊富でした。部屋の作りや設備はビジネスホテルと大差ないですが、大浴場は綺麗で広く使いやすかったです。お湯がぬるめなので長く入ることができました。

今回は、観光目的で母と2人で利用した。全体的に、とても快適に過ごすことができ、いい思い出に残る広島旅行となった。特に良かったところは3つ。まず、スタッフの対応がいい。帰り際、「ありがとうございました！」と深々とお辞儀をして元気よく最後の挨拶をしてくれた時はとても嬉しく、また来たいなと思わせてくれた。 2つ目は、景色。部屋が海側だったので、ベランダから見える厳島神社の大鳥居は最高だった。 3つ目は、最寄りの駅での無料送迎サービス。最寄りの駅からホテルまでは歩いて15分近くかかるので、無料の送迎サービスはとてもありがたく、何度も利用させてもらった。 1つ改善点を挙げるとすれば、エレベーターで一気に1階まで行くことができなかったので、大浴場やレストランを利用するときに不便だった。足が不自由な方は気をつけた方がいい。

Gorgeous views and comfy room. Loved the night time boat tour to the Tori gate at Miyajima. Staff all brilliant and lovely and shuttle service to and from the train station was great.

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits il n’y avait pas de place pour manger dans l’un des 3 restaurants tout était complet alors que nous nous sommes présentés à 18h30 le 2e soir, piscine et terrasse extérieure qui ferme à 17h, impossible d’en profiter après une journée de visite. Idem pour bar et coin thé. Les bains présentés sur la photo sont des bains privés qu’il fallait réserver et payer en plus mais bien sûr rien de disponible ! Bref nous n’avons pu profiter de rien ! Heureusement belle vue et personnel sympa même s’il ne parle pas un mot d’anglais. Bref une adresse pour les habitués mais pas pour ceux qui passent

従業員の皆様本当に素晴らしいサービスでした。手違いで2名での宿泊なのに1名で予約されてしまっていたのに到着まで気が付かなかったのですが、チェックインの際に手早くご対応いただき、部屋のセッティングをすぐに変えてくださいました。また夕食、朝食も全体的に美味しかったです。ただ夕食の炊き込みご飯は小さい鍋とコンロで行うせいかあまり美味しく無く…ここは改善していただけたらと思いました。期待していた温泉は加水、加温の為かあまり効能を感じることができませんでした。また施設が全体的に古い為か、隣の音などが夜間かなり気になりました。ファミリーで利用される方も多いので、ゆっくり部屋での時間を過ごされたい方には残念かと思いました。お部屋の清潔感はかなりあり、リフォームなども入れて頑張っていらっしゃるようです。クルーズも堪能でき、全体的には満足です。

Very nice room with a beautiful view on Miyajima. Onsen very clean and very agreable. Staff courteous, polite and helpful. Boutique also very nice. Shuttle service from the Miyajimaguchi station much appreciated. Restaurant is not up to 4* hotel: expensive and ordinary. Despite that, i do recommand warmly. We had a very beautiful stay.

昭和レトロな雰囲気で広い館内でしたが、清掃もいきとどいており、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。マウンテンビューの予約でしたが、宮島側へアップグレードしてあり、対岸の景色に感動しました。ナイトクルージングも最高でした。

宮島が目の前に見えるホテルで、ナイトクルーズに惹かれて伺いました。厳島神社の鳥居の近くまでクルーズ船で行き、ライトアップしてくださり、幻想的でとても綺麗でした。また朝食がバイキングで、普段は朝から食べられない息子が、たくさん食べていました。特におにぎり！めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！あとだし巻き玉子も美味しかったです！他にも瀬戸内ならではの牡蠣などの食材がたくさんあり、どれも美味しくいただきました。ただ冷房が全館調整なのか、温度は各部屋では設定できず、布団をかぶって寝てちょうど良かったです。ありがとうございました。

電話応答接客申し分ないです。凄く良い。ただ建物が年数たっているので部屋の空調が個々で調整できない事、隣の部屋の騒音が響く、お風呂が貸切しか海が見える露天風呂がない。そこが非常に残念。ホテル周辺に歩いて行けるような夕食を食べる所がない。夕食無しだと非常に難しい。ホテル内にレンジを設置してもらえると夕食無しでも温められます。

This hotel caters to a Japanese clientele which may have different expectations. Our room, furnished in the Japanese style, had a magnificent water view. The fixtures were well maintained but outmoded. We slept on futons on the floor. It had a shuttle bus that ran on a regular basis to the train station and ferry.

従業員の皆様本当に素晴らしいサービスでした。手違いで2名での宿泊なのに1名で予約されてしまっていたのに到着まで気が付かなかったのですが、チェックインの際に手早くご対応いただき、部屋のセッティングをすぐに変えてくださいました。また夕食、朝食も全体的に美味しかったです。ただ夕食の炊き込みご飯は小さい鍋とコンロで行うせいかあまり美味しく無く…ここは改善していただけたらと思いました。期待していた温泉は加水、加温の為かあまり効能を感じることができませんでした。また施設が全体的に古い為か、隣の音などが夜間かなり気になりました。ファミリーで利用される方も多いので、ゆっくり部屋での時間を過ごされたい方には残念かと思いました。お部屋の清潔感はかなりあり、リフォームなども入れて頑張っていらっしゃるようです。クルーズも堪能でき、全体的には満足です。

宮島の鳥居までのナイトクルージングは最高でした。昼間の宮島までの移動に船上タクシー？を利用したのですが、鳥居の近くまで運転してくれて、値段はフェリーより高めですが、味わうことができない雰囲気もあり、とても良かったです。お勧めです。

Perfect location to enjoy the Itsukushima shrine over the sea water. Expensive but excellent food at their Japanese restaurant. Try the oyster oyster rice bowl so that you would know famous Hiroshima oyster. Their free shuttle bus to Miyajima-guchi station is very handy. I appreciated customer service at the reception and restaurant people. Also I enjoyed relaxing nostalgic tatami room.

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The staff is super friendly and willing to help, the rooms (Japanese style) are amazing and really large. You have a view of the ocean and the Tori in Miyajima. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the private onsen was a great experience after our hike to Mount Misen. There is a very convenient shuttle to the Ferry Station. I can't recommend this hotel enough, we really liked it!

フロントチェックインして部屋まだ来てスタッフが説明して欲しいです。布団敷くタイミングも食事中にして欲しかったです。あと夜の食事会席のメインであるローストビーフはおいしくなかったです。食事する場所までの階段の上り降りがきつく、年配の方は辛いと思います。

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits il n’y avait pas de place pour manger dans l’un des 3 restaurants tout était complet alors que nous nous sommes présentés à 18h30 le 2e soir, piscine et terrasse extérieure qui ferme à 17h, impossible d’en profiter après une journée de visite. Idem pour bar et coin thé. Les bains présentés sur la photo sont des bains privés qu’il fallait réserver et payer en plus mais bien sûr rien de disponible ! Bref nous n’avons pu profiter de rien ! Heureusement belle vue et personnel sympa même s’il ne parle pas un mot d’anglais. Bref une adresse pour les habitués mais pas pour ceux qui passent
