Elsker BobbyCentrum hotellet i Brno, hvor vi har boet flere gange. Noget af det der adskiller det væsentligt fra andre hoteller er et personale som altid møder os med smil og høj service. Hotellet er på nogen måder lidt mere slidt, men det opvejes af personalets måde at være på. Derudover fremragende morgenmad, adgang til et stort rigtigt fitnesscenter, lille fint spa-område og en afslappende Sky Lounge med snacks.

Hotellets parkering var dårlig, når du køre ned i kælderen rammer bunden af bilen asfalten og det samme gøre sig gældende når du køre ud igen, og vores bil er ikke sænket, oven i hatten havde vi også fået ridset/skrabet vores dør, formentligt af en anden bil da de holder tæt parkeret.

Thr rooms seem a bit outdated and the shower at least in my room wasn't great (always had to hold the shower head). Staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast is great. Metro stop about 10 min walk. Careful, the sky lounge is not really a lounge as there is no staff.

This hotel is excellent value for money. Everything you need is there. The breakfast buffet caters for every want and need and the breakfast dining room is pleasant for a long breakfast. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable and housekeeping welcome feedback and requests and are responsive. The room windows are effective in cutting outside noise . Air conditioning is in each room and is adequate but not the best. We have stayed in summer and recently in autumn. The beds are huge and very comfortable and tea and coffee facilities are provided in each room. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially in the Bruno bar and restaurant. The food there is excellent and service is superb. A special mention for Hana, in the Bruno cafe who is exceptionally friendly and helpful as a server. The hotel is an easy 20 minute walk into town or you can walk 5 minutes to the trams or just across the road to the bus stops. Alternatively, it is about a £3 taxi ride into town via the Bolt taxi app. Kaufland supermarket is an easy walk away as is the Lužansky park if you wan a pleasant morning walk after breakfast. The hotel also has an excellent massage therapist, gym facilites, pool etc. This was our 2nd visit and we will certainly be back.

The hotel says it has hairdressers shops etc, but most of them a shut down! The spa is not the best with a sauna and a small spa pool which is neither a plunge pool or jacuzzi due to water temperature. It’s also chargeable at €9 per person per hour. This is not on their website, I would avoid as it’s nothing great or worth it. The biggest turn off for me was noise. They had some kind of young peoples function going on in the hotel several times during the week I stayed. People shouting, congregating and leaving from 1am til 4/4:30am. Then they had the elevator shaft being worked on from 7:45am for two hours, two mornings in a row! Why at that time of the morning is appalling! I had to use my mobile to call reception as my phone in the room didn’t work and after reporting never got fixed. They did offer me extra hours in the room for the noise as my flight was in the late evening. The food although for Czech Republic was expensive at the hotel, was very delicious and staff attentive.

Excellent perfectly located hotel with very friendly staff and easy check in the lovely Bar and great food from the Bar menu lots of staff at the bar excellent breakfast with complimentary bubbly and CZ liqueur which will wake you up and I think you should include breakfast in your package very clean room with a comfortable bed and room gets cleaned everyday complimentary bottle of wine and water upon on your arrival all the facility for the comfort in the room easy access to public transport and big supermarket and plenty of free parking which is a very important and very excellent friendly staff that make you feel relax to enjoy the holiday .

Ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage, Parkmöglichkeit durch Tiefgarage gegen Aufpreis möglich. Leider ist der Poolbereich sehr klein dadurch nur nach Abstimmung mit der Rezeption kostenfrei buchbar. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist verhältnismäßig klein, dadurch sind die Tische sehr eng aufgestellt. Service und Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Nem egy moder új szálloda, de mindenhol gyönyörű tisztaság van, minden szépen karban van tartva, a személyzet kedves és segítőkész! Szuper bekészítés a szobában: kv, tea, víz, bor, piperék és minibár stb.... Bármikor visszatérnék! 😊 Teltház volt és későn érkeztünk, így sem garázs, sem felszíni parkoló nem jutott, de találtunk a közelben.

Maybe it was a bad luck but the bathtub fixture was broken so the water was coming out from the spout and head at the same time. The card reader behind the door was faulty and turned the power off for the whole room even when the card was inserted, creating couple of uncomfortable situations. Last but not least, there were no easily accessible power outlets near the desk and the only trash can was in the bathroom. All together, not a 4* experience.

The room was quiet, comfortable. Breakfast was fine, I used the bar / lounge in the evening for dinner as I was alone, it was fine, staff friendly, helpful, spoke English. I didn't use the spa.

The public parking was full but luckily the hotel offered their reserved park for free. Would not be, it would not be simple to find a place close to the hotel. Breakfast very good, superior choice. Bed mattress too soft and the same dor the pillows. Room quite hot: the aor conditioner was like a fan with fresh air. No possibility to set any temperature. Moquette was pretty clean but... Still a moquette! Staff very nice and polite. Should the rooms would be renovated, i would come again, cause its a goos quality price, even if the center is at a 30 mins walk. Otherwise, i would never choose the hotel,there is better.

Virkelig dårligt bruserhoved, hvor der ikke var noget tryk på vandet. Virkelig svært at gå i bad. Derudover er der ikke noget bruseforhæng, så man får vand ud over det hele. AC'en virkede heller ikke. Ikke et 4-stjernet hotel værdigt. Dog skal det siges, at maden på steder er fantastisk.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Im Wellnessbereich wurden wir sehr schön empfangen. Selbst die Bademäntel wurden uns persönlich aufs Zimmer gebracht. Abends tolle Piano Musik im Restaurant. Morgens ein wirklich bombastisches Frühstück. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen.

This is a great value for money. Hotel is a bit old but very well refurbished with nice rooms and bathrooms. The view is amazing if you're staying in the upper levels. Easy parking for free, public transport stops at the hotel (you can hear the traffic, though). There is a piano in the lobby/bar where a pianist plays every evening.
