The pool was in very bad condition. No laundry or ironing service available There are no chairs in the room, you can only sit on the bed the water went out twice The internet does not reach the rooms and the TV does not work

The hotel is incredibly outdated & the rooms desperately need a renovation. I had no hot water! And when I unplugged my phone charger the entire outlet pulled out of the wall

We only stayed 2 nights and that was more than enough for us. To start off with when i asked about pricing a the hotel directly, they were trying to charge way more. Dont pay for the all inclusive, because the food here is terrible and they leave it out for hours. The beach has very little sand, and even though they say they have internet the WiFi doesn’t work. The AC and the rooms needs an upgrade. This hotel looks nice from outside, but once you’re here it needs a lot of work and it’s not worth the money.

While this is an older resort, the staff was extremely couteous and attentive. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping attended them every day. The front desk staff were very helpful and put us in touch with very competent transportation, as the resort is a bit off the beaten track, which added to its appeal for us. The food was excellent and the wait staff made every meal special. There were plenty of options for us. They made a great vacation that much better.
