Great view of the airport's runway. The pillows were too soft for my liking. Rather convenient to go to the city with the free tourist pass for trams. Free shuttle from airport too. The gym was not too bad but some of the machines couldn't be turned on for some reason.

Do not stay at this hotel if you have a late flight. The shuttle from the terminal stops at 11:40 pm all other hotels keep running, taxi will cost you chf 25. Having had a delayed flight my family and I hadn’t had a drink for 4 hours. We went to the bar and were told he closed 20 mins earlier despite serving drinks as he said it. I asked if we could just take water to the room and he said no he was closed as he continued to pour beef for drunk guests. I complained at the desk, he pointed to the vending machine and offered no water; the machine was broken. Do yourself a favour and stay someone else.

Our family stayed one night at Mövenpick Hotel Geneva. The hotel is very nice, and the staff are friendly. However, we waited more than 20 minutes for the shuttle bus for pickup but finally we had to walk to the hotel.

Very comfortable stay. Excellent breakfast, which started conveniently very early in the morning. But I was disappointed that the hotel shuttle from the airport stopped earlier than the shuttle for some of the other hotels, and I had to get a taxi. I wished I had checked the times before booking.

The hotel is close to the airport but not within easy walking distance. The shuttle bus can be full sometimes and require reservations. There are no restaurants near the hotel and the hotel’s restaurants have their own hours and don’t serve food all the time. So if you arrive at odd hours bring your own food or order from Uber Eats. The good thing is there is a tram (#14 and 18) near the hotel and you can take it to the city center. If I knew about the location, I would have stayed at somewhere closer to the city center.

Very good location, close to the airport, room service is good, there're options of restaurant at the Hotel. The room has a nice size, they provided a baby cot. They have also transfer for the airport. The cons, the parking is paid what I think could be included in the stay, the bathroom wasn't very clean, and could have more pillow options.

In desperate need on renovation. So old and dirty and smelly. Old stained smelly carpets in the rooms and hallways. Mismatched dirty stained furniture. Bathroom smelled like sewer, they apologized and had to change our room it was so bad. But it’s not the staff’s fault, the hotel needs a makeover! The only good thing I can say they had a free shuttle to the airport but you have to reserve a day in advance, limited seating for 10 max.

The smell of jet fuel inside the room was overwhelmingly strong! The smell of backed up sewage in the hallways outside the room were even worse! The staff at The restaurant downstairs were not friendly at all. I was nit a good stay for me. Oct 6, 2025. I will never go back or recommend this hotel.

The room and hotel are clean. The staff are both friendly and professional. Close to airport with an excellent shuttle service, easy transport links to the city. Can't fault it for anything. Given its location, there is not much in the immediate area, but the restaurants provide decent dining options and overall we had an excellent stay.

La tapis dans les corridors ont atteint la fin de leur vie utile. Ils étaient sales et malodorants. Surprenant pour un hôtel aussi achalandé de ne pas faire des mises à jours plus régulièrement des finis de plancher. Il devrait utiliser des tapis en carreaux à l’avenir pour faciliter le remplacement des sections plus rapidement et facilement.

The best thing about this hotel is the food, which is absolutely first class. Take the breakfast option, it’s the best value breakfast in the hotel world for quality, I believe. The staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms have been refurbished and the shower in the room I had is wonderful…so many hotel showers are lacking in pressure or showing their age, not this one! Despite being opposite the airport, there’s no external noise audible from the rooms. Will stay again.

The shuttle took twice as long as neighboring hotels, and the rooms were rough. The card reader had the plastic cover broken off, tables were all in right condition, and it looked like a hotel that hasn't been updated for a long time. I would try other hotels.

Staff and service was extremely rude! There was no customer service at all! NOT AT ALL kids friendly!! I requested them early breakfast for kids because we were checking out early at 6 am due to our early flight. Staff they don’t care about kids if they can’t get breakfast!! But they can’t prepare breakfast box for kids at 6 am instead of regular 6:30 am

Outstanding hotel and the reception staff member who checked us in was exceptional. Offered us a fresh water drink as we arrived at the desk. He was both professional and humorous - a great touch for travellers like ourselves. The room was excellent. I would highly recommend this airport hotel

The room only has wall mounted soap and shampoo. I only expect this is 3 star hotels. Even though we booked for a couple there were only pillows, robes for one. We had to ask for slippers. If took and age (~6 hours) for them to get to the room after we left around 10 am. More importantly we could not reach the switchboard from the phone in our room and we never managed to get a reply from housekeeping. I had to physically go to the front desk each time Last, the shuttle used to have a regular schedule that was advertised in the foyer with a regular pick up at the airport three times an hour. Now, there is no published schedule and one needs to phone from the airport to ensure the shuttle comes out. There seems to be a big emphasis on flight crew service. Lot's of little things are changing and the overall level of excellence of the hotel is gradually getting eroded.

Lovely hotel with easy and free transfer to the airport. Check in staff very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. We were disappointed that the Japanese restaurant wasn't open (Sunday or Monday I think it's closed), so we had to eat in the main restaurant. The food was fine but the service was terrible and slow. Would stay here again but wouldn't eat in the main restaurant!

Perfect hotel for one night, affordable and close to the airport. They provide a free airport shuttle. Breakfast is expensive but it’s Switzerland…a couple of nice dining options including a Japanese BeniHana-style place. Definitely recommend!
