Hôtel en plein centre , vraiment très proche de la cathédrale, l’Alcazar, de tous les lieux à découvrir, des commerces et restaurants. Personnel à la réception très agréable, l’un d’entre eux parle très bien français mais n’est présent que l’après-midi et le soir, sans cela l’anglais est nécessaire. La terrasse n’est pas toujours accessible, seulement aux heures d’ouverture du bar restaurant qui l’occupe. Les prix sont élevés mais la vue est magnifique ( cathédrale illuminée toute proche ) par contre pas d’obligation de consommer en restant au début sur les tabourets. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus, le serveur le prépare selon vos choix : une boisson chaude ( café très bon ou thé ), pain grillé avec charcuterie ou confiture, jus d’orange de qualité et une viennoiserie au choix. Pour ma part, ne prenant pas de jus d’orange, j’avais demandé à avoir un deuxième café ( payant sans cela ). Petite info : pas le droit de se servir soi-même. Dans l’ensemble séjour correct, pas de bruit de la rue pour nous malgré le plein centre mais couloir carrelé donc un peu bruyant lors des passages des autres clients et clients espagnols bruyants également tard dans la nuit … En résumé, beau cadre , personnel sympa et super situation.

Location was in the heart of all the restaurants and close to sightseeing places. We were there on a weekend and found it noisy as our room faced the Main Street. But the beds were good, staff was helpful, so an overall good experience. If you have a car, there is no way to easily get to the hotel and no parking.

Great location once you’re there. If you’re driving… don’t!!! At least to this hotel. A stone’s throw from the Cathedral and the Real Alcazar. Restaurants and bars all over. A not so pleasant smell emanates from the sinks. But I think that’s standard in Spain having stayed in numerous Spanish hotels and homes. The biggest selling point for this place? Location. Room was clean too.

Fabulous location near attractions and plenty of restaurants. Room was big as was bathroom. Overall hotel Is old style and quaint but a little dusty. The bathroom had a bad supher smell and we stayed in 206 with a large super kind bed but the noise from the people visiting the roof terrace was ridiculous and became very annoying. The terrace is really nice but we were given initially no information and then the incorrect information so never got a drink because it was closed or closing. Quite annoyed about this as we specifically asked to plan our New Year’s Eve around it. Staff were pleasant. Ensure you book ahead for Cathedral and Alcázar as tickets limited

La estancia ha sido un desastre, a las 1:30 de la mañana llegamos al apartamento y encontramos dentro de las sábanas pelos por falta de limpieza e higiene, una vergüenza. Nos atendió una muchacha que no sabía ni dónde estaban las cosas en el hotel y encima tuvimos que ponernos las sábanas nosotros mismos. Para colmo por la mañana siguiente tuvimos que ducharnos con agua fría porque no había agua caliente. Hicimos una hoja de reclamaciones y la respuesta fue que nos dieron las sábanas limpias y se lavaron las manos. Muchísima cara. La habitación tenía un ruido increíble y 0 insonorización. Muy antiguo todo. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Nos sentimos estafados. Tomamos alguna foto, aún así había mucha más suciedad en las sábanas.

Very charming place. Although extremely loud on Saturday night until midnight due to terrace bar. Room is not “sound proof”. However the terrace bar is also a lovely spot to watch the sunset. No air conditioning, hot in room. I think they turn it on later but this was disappointing.

La descrizione dell'albergo non é chiara per quanto riguarda le camere. Le standard hanno una sola finestra che si affaccia sui corridoi di accesso alle camere, pertanto é impossibile tenere aperta la finestra stessa e per respirare si é obbligati ad accendere l aria condizionata. Di fatto sì deve stare con la finestra chiusa al buio ! Per chi non resiste negli ambienti chiusi é assolutamente da evitare. Non tornerei in questo albergo. Complimenti da fare solo al personale della reception: molto gentile e disponibile.

Yes Hotel This hotel charged us $2,542 Canadian for 4 nights in a room with 2 beds and a cot. The caregiver for our special needs sun canceled so we brought him to Spain with us. Upon arriving at the hotel the manager told us our room only accommodates two people (Expedia says 3+1) and we need to book a three person room. She also informed us there would be no refund on our first booking since we were canceling on the day of our arrival, so we lost $892.00 CAD. Tha new 3 bed room cost $1,000 Euros ($1650 CAD) $1650.+$892 =$2542 CAD for a 4 night stay in a room with 2 beds and a cot. I called Expedia and they weren't any help at all. They said they do not control Hotel pricing. This is my first hotel review. I feel I have no choice but to express how devastated we were by the $2542 charge. The rmanager showed zero compassion for our situation, offered us the mostl costly alternatives and, in fact, were actually defensive and argumentative. According to another staff person, they could have allowed us to keep our first booking and pay for a single room, which would be much cheaper. I'm not saying we would have accepted this option, but they at least should have offered it to us. Instead they offered us ehat was most lucrative for the hotel. October 2025.

The hotel maintains the ambience of its 15th century roots. Beautiful indoor plazas with exquisite artwork. I cannot express enough my gratitude for the staff! I have a broken arm, and they made sure I was comfortable, provided ice for my arm & assisted me with my luggage. The room was charming, complete with doors opening out onto a small balcony which overlooked the main street below. Thank you for a very pleasant stay! I will return!

Hôtel très bien situé personnel, très agréable, la seule chose très très mal insonorisé obligé de mettre des serviettes à la porte (voir photo)pour avoir un peu de calfeutrage pour le bruit et les courants d’air Petit-déjeuner très décevant seulement par personne un café, une boisson, un sandwich et une viennoiserie déplus il fait très froid dans la salle du petit déjeuner car c’est un café ouvert.

O café da manhã é fraco e não oferece o contratado. A refeição é feita num bar ao lado do hotel e o atendimento é ruim. Demorado e não entregam as opções do café continental. Esta é a minha única reclamação. No mais, muito bom. Localização excelente, equipe ótima e boa limpeza também.
