Hyatt Centric Reims

Very spacious and clean rooms. Stylish decor, lovely shower and toiletries. The staff were wonderful and it’s in a quiet area of the city. Only one lift (out of 2), was working, which created a bit of waiting to get to and from the rooms

Clean room Comfortable bed

Arrived after 13 hour drive ordeal and they couldn’t find my booking despite having paid I full. Was then made to pay another £300/night to secure two twins room for us four, not even next door to each other. Also told the kitchen closes at 11 for room service, yet they closed at 10.30 so we’re lot even able to order proper food after a whole day of driving

Friendliness of reception staff, very helpful. Location and layout amenities, all excellent.
