Gut gelegenes Hotel in der Nähe von Ku'damm. U-Bahn Station in etwa 7 Gehminuten erreichbar. Rund um das Hotel gibt es viele verschiedene Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Badezimmer und die Zimmer-Einrichtung zeigt bereits schwere Gebrauchsspuren und der Lift ist etwas langsam. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und man hört den Zimmernachbarn gut. Vom Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis finde ich aber die Unterkunft fair.

It was a good compromise / good value if you look at price per night. Stays in Berlin are not cheap and the price here was ok. Hotel amenities were not perfect, but there is everything what you need. Minuses: no hot water in shower, only a bit warm; the hotel equipment is old, using an elevator there is a trip to the past ;) Pluses: price per night, not far away from the city center, good access to public transportation, friedly staff

It’s a very rundown hotel and location is 15 minutes from S Bahn. WiFi very intermittent, staff just ignore you as you come and go. Bed very uncomfortable. I didn’t choose the hotel as friends did but wouldn’t stay again. No bar or restaurant as advertised.

Personal und Sauberkeit war ok, der Zustand des Hotels allerdings nicht. Das Zimmer zwar ruhig, aber eher eine Abstellkammer und der Fahrstuhl grauenvoll. Sehr altes und abgewohntes Hotel. Die Gegend hingegen gut.

Very poor experience overall - building was in poor condition to the point of not feeling like a safe or at all comfortable place to stay. There were exposed cables running across the walls in the bedroom, e.g. from the light switch up to the fittings. The glass in the lift was shattered. There was an unpleasant smell around the building and the cleanliness of the room was poor especially the bedding and the hard surfaces in the bathroom. Staff were fine but did not make up for the other issues. Booked for the area as was near to where family were staying, but absolutely would not book again.

Hotel semplice stanza tripla grandissima, tutto pulito personale parla inglese ,cordiali con sorriso stampato in faccia, sono rimasta sorpresa perché era la prima volta a Berlino e in tanti mi dicevano che i tedeschi sono freddi, risrvati... Qui non e cosi... Bravissimi.

Wenn es 50€ gekostet hätte, würde ich nichts sagen. Wenn ich Ost-Flair gesucht hätte - obwohl es West Berlin ist - hätte ich gesagt, toll. Aber das ganze Hotel war in einem miserablen veralteten Zustand, das Bett war grässlich weich, ich musste die Matratze auf den Boden liegen um einigermaßen schlafen zu können. Das Bad war auch wie in einem alten Krankenhaus. Nichtsdestotrotz, das Zimmer war sauber und schaute zum ruhigen Innenhof. Für 80€ war es unzureichend.

in dem Hotel gibt es anscheinet keine Nachtruhr, Kinder haben auf den Fluren getobt und die Türen laut zugeschlagen. Jugendliche haben bei offener Zimmertür laut Musik gehört und laut mitgesungen. Erwachsene haben sich auf den Fluren sehr laut unterhalten und nicht zur Ruhe beigetragen und das alles bis weit nach Mitternacht. Mein Anruf bei der Rezeption wurde nicht angenommen, also bin ich persönlich zur Rezeption und habe um einschreiten des Personals gebeten ,dieses wurde aber offensichtlich ignoriert ,da sich nichts geändert hat. Insgesamt grottenschlecht und überteuert.

Hotellet ligger centralt tæt på KuDamm og meget tæt på Konstantinerstrasse u-bahn. Det er derfor en god base for udflugter i Berlin. Man skal dog ikke forvente luksus og faciliteter i topklasse. Hotellet virker ret nedslidt og rengøringen er i bedste fald sparsom. Der bliver dog skiftet håndklæder dagligt og sengene bliver redt. Selve værelserne er store og der er højt til loftet. Der er roligt i kvarteret. Tæt på ligger både en morgenmadsrestaurant og en spätkauf.
