The shower plumbing was a balance between scalding and freezing requiring constant vigilance to avoid serious burns. The daily cleaning service was also inconsistent - sometimes a bath mat, sometimes not, sometimes cleaning the bathroom countertop, sometime not, allowing a leaking and dripping faucet to soak all of my toiletries. That all said, if you are ok with some imperfections it is a nice hotel with a good bar and pleasant staff in a very convenient location, close to the waterfront, metro and convention center.

Showing its age but still a fine property. The bar is a bit hit and miss up on a quasi mezzanine over the reception and a bit small for the size of the hotel with seats sometimes not available. Great for access to the MEO Arena

Great location you can walk from the train station to this property. Near the big mall, Altice Arena (where we went to see a show) and good restaurants. Very nice bar with great prices and friendly staff. Have already booked another stay at the end of January.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay but the last few days the cleaning ladies did not come to clean my room/bedsheets, I had to call and she was very rude and standoffish. it is a shame because all the other staff were very helpful and kind, especially the bartenders.

Comfortable room with city view. 5 minutes walk from Oriente train station. Direct access to from airport at Oriente so was ideal for a stopover before catching a flight. Restaurants and coffee shops close by if not using hotel's facilities. Mini bar in room... payable. Complimentary bottled water. No tea/ coffee facilities in room. Breakfast payable at hotel. Excellent hotel. I regret I spent only one night in it. It is modern but not minimalistic, clean, and has nice and supportive staff. My flight was delayed, and they allowed me to stay past check-out time. Aria is very interesting, with lots of restaurants and a shopping mall. Very affordable price.

Very nice hotel. Well located at Parque das Nacoes. Short drive to Lisbon downtown. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Nice bed and pillows. Very good Customer service. Not a complaint, but in my opnion the bathroom should have more hanger towels, there is on over the sink, hard to reach and another one close to the bowel brush. The water run from the glass to the bathroom floor because the glass is not sealed. Also the bathtub is super hight. A person short like me or maybe older my have some difficult to get in

For 3 hour early checkin, they wanted to charge 60 EUR. The rooms have practically no sound insulation. You can hear your neighbors that is very disruptive when you try to sleep. No coffee in the room and the tv was outdated. Never going back there. However, we liked the location.

It was okay overall. My room as on floor 1, next to the train tracks, which was noisy. You should warn peopoe about this or charge less. It feels a bit dishonest to do this to people. Also, a kettle and tea/coffee should be a standard in a room. None of it was provided. Or bathrobe either. These are basics of a good hotel. I was surprised about this. And the TV remote is old and doesnt turn the TV off.

Great hotel to stay at, and comfortable in every way. Only check-in and check-out was very slow. Although there were a lot of people working in the reception, they seemed to be occupied with many things at the same time, without attention to making the check-in or check-out run smooth and efficient. Check in took a strangely long time, and no one seemed all that happy to help. The sink was clogged in the room (1016), and when I called down for a kettle (a sign in the room said we had to call for a kettle?), the front desk brusquely told me that I would have had to make a reservation for a kettle? The place is handy but the young reception staff (white female Portuguese) working around 14:15 (8th September) was very unfriendly and has no sense of customer service. I have lived in this hotel for three days with three seperate booking. I requested for the complimentary glass bottle of water that they provide to the room. However, she refused to provide water with the argument that it is provided only on the first day of stay. This is perhaps untrue as it was also provided on my second day of stay. I don’t understand if this is called customer service!! If I can pay around 140 euro for one night, would I not be able to buy few bottles of water from the shop? Was it that difficult to provide a bottle of water, and that too a bottle of tap water?? I wanted to extend my stay for the next three days but I am never going to do that, and I won’t recommend any one this hotel where the customer service and relationship have no consideration.

After a long and exhausting day of driving, I realized that I had mistakenly booked my reservation for Saturday to Sunday instead of Sunday to Monday. This was an honest mistake, as it was impossible for me to arrive in time — I still had 2,800 km left to drive, which meant I was three days away from reaching the hotel. As soon as I noticed the error, I immediately called the hotel to try to correct it, but no one answered. I then contacted Expedia’s support team, and even they were unable to get any response from the VIP Executive Arts Hotel. I also sent a direct message to the hotel through the Expedia chat, but again, I received no reply. In the end, the hotel kept my money and provided no explanation or assistance — not even a simple message acknowledging the situation. I’m truly disappointed to have lost $106 for a stay that was still three days away. This experience reflects very poorly on the hotel’s customer service, and I sincerely hope they learn to be more empathetic and responsive to tired travelers in the future.

La habitación excelente, la comida maravillosa (los desayunos son variados y sus hamburguesas exquisitas), el establecimiento bastante limpio y el personal amable (Especialmente el bartender, una máquina) Si bien esta alejado del centro, su ubicación es buena ya que tienes cerca de una estación de metro, un centro comercial hermoso, el edificio más alto de Portugal (con mirador) y el Oceanario de Lisboa. Lo único que desearía que fuera mejor es la temperatura de la habitación ya que es un poquito caluroso y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho. De resto, excelente hotel, definitivamente repetiría al volver a Lisboa

The property is showing its age a bit. This was our third or 4th stay and this one was not the best. The room needs some attention, especially the old beat up mattress. A coffee maker in the room would be great as well! The breakfast buffet is outstanding! Good service and good food.

O hotel tem uma vista panorâmica, lindo , local maravilhoso, apenas sofremos com o calor do quarto. Ar condicionado não refrescava. Pedi ajuda e disseram que estava tudo ok. Solicitei um ventilador e deram uma ventoinha mínima. Uma pena , o pequeno almoço além de pagar 27€ para os dois tive a surpresa de ter que pagar por um copo de suco de laranja. Justificaram que tinha na máquina , só que não era natural.
