Hotel has 3 floors. Ice machine only works on one floor! Drawers on dresser broken. Fridge frozen over! Had to chip out ice myself! Definitely needs to be thawed out and properly cleaned. TV broken! Volume would not go higher than a whisper. Rusty light fixture in pool is floating in pool! Floating in the pool! Pool debris needs to be removed. Workout facility was dirty, like it hadnt been cleaned in days.

My wife and I had been traveling all day and were very tired when Best Western called at 6:30 pm and said all handicapped access. rooms were full. They had discovered ours after checking everyone and that there elevators were down. We would have to stay on 2nd or 3rd floor. We cannot climb stairs because of leg problems. We had booked the room several weeks ahead and it was paid for. They said they could not help us find a different hotel. So we started calling other motels and finally ended up at LaQuinta at a cost of approx. $200 more for the days we were going to be there. Having booked so far ahead we should have been contacted earlier and verified at what time we would be checking in. We will never stay at a Best Western Motel again.. If you book your stay call them early because the may do the same to you.

The hotel was what I needed for my trip. It was close to the hospital where I was visiting family. It was also close to food and other amenities. However, there were some basic problems. First: the elevator was broken, and I was on the third floor. The ice machine on my floor was broken. Because it allows smoking the whole 3rd floor smelled strongly of smoke. The staff was fantastic.

We had three rooms and had a wonderful stay!! There’s a park with a splash pad directly behind the hotel, and lots of dining within walking distance!! The pool and gym were nice and everything was clean!! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!

Overall very dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom floor was littered with pubic hair and there was dried blood on the bedsheets. The fire alarm made a crackling noise that maintenance couldn’t fix. Housekeeping did not make up the room although I left a sign on the door requesting it, and I saw a bug crawling around behind the microwave in the breakfast room.

If booking through Expedia or Hotels.com beware. The hotel room was decent but the bathroom was unsanitary. There was black mold along the shower grout lines as well as the ceiling. The wall behind the toilet was cut out and held together by black tape that had released exposing the plumbing and insulation. Insulation was falling out of the hole. The sink was leaking and had black tape all around the pipes holding it together. The wall looked like it had been chewed apart by a dog. The door frames were rusted and paint chipping. The smell was awful in the bathroom and the room. The hotel offered to move us but only had a sampling room available. It was late so we stayed and got out as early as possible the next morning. The ratings for this hotel do not align with the quality of the hotel.

Filthy. Our sheets were dirty, there was sand and debris in the bed. Bathroom was dirty. We had to stay because it was late when we arrived. They did come reclean but the whole building needed a good scrub. The bed so hard we could have slept on the floor and been and as comfortable.

I stayed here one night while in town for a church conference at a nearby congregation. The hotel was easy to find and convenient to shopping and tacos. My room had a really great, large, walk-in shower. You literally had to go around a corner to get to the fixture so there was no need for a shower curtain and the bathroom didn't get wet from it. I've never seen that in a hotel before. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

This hotel needs some major upgrades. Shower had cracks in it and it felt like you were showing in a closet. We travel a ton and this hotel really needs upgrades. Ice machine on our floor did not work but it wasn’t posted at all. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The fridge was so noisy. It sounded like it was on its last leg. Staff at front desk never even made eye contact. They were always looking down at their phones. We won’t stay there again. For a Best western Plus, which we stay at a lot, it doesn’t compare to others.

A clean hotel but not the most comfortable. Our bed was old and worn out, you could hear the springs as you laid on the bed and it offered little to no support. The other bed in our room wasn’t as bad. Rooms were pretty clean and the shower offered great water pressure.

This location was renovated 10 years ago but has been kept in great shape. The room was very clean and did not have any smells. I love the shower (which did not need a curtain)—it's like showering in a cave. The only thing that was a little off-putting was the smell from the elevator, but I don't blame the motel. They just need to find some way to mask the smell, as it smelled like Marijuana.

Breakfast spread was impressive. Better than most. We were there for 5 days and housekeeping never came in. Hotels will often do every third day, but we got nothing, no new towels or trash removal. I had to empty the trash several times myself. Yes, I could have requested new towels, but should not have to.

There was a huge water leak where they had to turn off the water, which i understand is not their fault, but they could have called the guest rooms and let them know what was going on. Then when we called regarding there was no water, the front desk lady was not kind or professional at all. We asked if she had an idea of how long it would take to turn it back she responded with “I don’t even know”. We stayed for 4 nights and even though I requested rooms service to clean the room daily, they never came until I went to the front desk to complain. I called the front desk on our first night and asked for an extra blanket. The rude front desk lady responds with “You gone have to come get it.” When I replied “Oh ok there’s no one to bring it” she responds with “yeah we ain’t got no one so if you want it you gone have to get it yourself”. There was an Indian lady at the front desk on our last day and she was very sweet and kind and professional.

The check in/out was a breeze. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice. My only problem was the carpet was gross and i kept my flip flops on at all times walking around the room. The shower control was a little wobbly, but otherwise, all was just fine. The breakfast was really nice too. Hot and fresh. Eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravey plus the waffle and cereal choices. I would stay there again.

Was already in my pajamas, but had to change back into my clothes because they wouldn't bring them to the room. Said no one else was there and didn’t care if I had to change to come back down. Rude when told about the phones.

I arrived around 145pm and asked for an early checkin. the lady at the desk (i feel bad bc i didn’t get a name!) was lovely! very friendly and gave great hotel information. would def stay here again if i needed to stay in the area.

Checked in our room door lock didn’t work. Called the front desk the sweet lady got us a new room tv stoped working in the middle of the night. Checked out told the desk clerk (wasn’t the same sweet girl) and was rude and just kinda shrugged us off. This property is nothing special and certainly not worth 100$ a night. At first I thought this wouldn’t be good because it’s on a main busy street with a lot of businesses but that wasn’t the case. Actually our room faced the road and it was pretty quiet. We had three rooms and had a wonderful stay!! There’s a park with a splash pad directly behind the hotel, and lots of dining within walking distance!! The pool and gym were nice and everything was clean!! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!

Breakfast spread was impressive. Better than most. We were there for 5 days and housekeeping never came in. Hotels will often do every third day, but we got nothing, no new towels or trash removal. I had to empty the trash several times myself. Yes, I could have requested new towels, but should not have to.

Great hotel staff upon check in…pool was great, breakfast food was good if you got there before 8:30…anything after that and the 3 staff members didn’t refill any of the hot items, all while eating breakfast themselves..Will definitely stay again, just will be sure to rise and shine earlier for breakfast!!

Breakfast was amazing!!! They had bacon, eggs, muffins, fruits, waffle maker and much more but that’s all I could eat!!! The hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfortable!!!

The rooms was decent. However, the shower leaked all over the floor in our first room, so we were moved to a first floor room. The entire foyer, first floor, and elevator wreaked of marijuana. It was very overwhelming each time we left our room.

We stayed in this room one evening with the possibility of staying a second night, as soon as we walked in the door, I knew we would not be staying a second night. I would not allow my children or myself or husband to sit on the couch or the bench in the room, it was covered in stains, and completely disgusting. It felt damp to the touch and I can only imagine what was in the carpet. If that’s what the couch look like that we could visibly see. The shower was dirty on the bottom of the floor as well and we did not even feel comfortable taking a shower either.
