Our room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The hallway was clean. The elevator was clean. The lobby was clean. The sign on the elevator & hallway said "pardon our mess. we are renovating". Like I said, the hotel was clean. We did not see any construction debris. There was plenty of food for breakfast, both hot (eggs & sausages) & 2 waffle makers & cold (donut holes & mini pastries, plus more). Coffee was hot & good. The employees were very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Also, the parking lot was very well lite, which I consider a safety factor. Would recommend this Super 8 at Hershey & would return, in the future.

It took forever to check in, the elevator was out of order, the bathroom was dirty, breakfast was over by 10:30 am, flashing lights on ceiling and it smelled like weed on our floor when we were leaving.

I was only there for 1 night for a work conference. The hotel was very nice for my brief stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed I couldn’t get the Phillies game on TV, for some reason didn’t have the channel the Phillies are on when located only about an hour or so from Philadelphia. And the elevator broke down during my stay there which wasn’t the hotel or staff’s fault.

Good hotel for families going to Hershey Park, just a few minutes away from the park. For $74 per night, this was a good choice for a short stay to go to Hershey Park. PROS: Large rooms, clean surfaces, convenient, very close to Hershey Park, free breakfast, great price compared to other hotels in the area. CONS: Carpet could use a refresh, hallways and lobby had a musty smell (and maybe dog smell), but the room didn't smell, the free breakfast felt like vultures circling around you (not the best atmosphere), the coffee was like motor oil, parking was inadequate and tight.

Overall, great stay. Had an issue with our TV and someone came within 5 minutes to fix it. The hotel was convenient to Hershey Park, parking was a breeze, and the room has everything we needed for all the more time we spent. Everyone was helpful. Breakfast was nice but very limited seating and a policy to not take to your room, so we didn't get to utilize the breakfast option.

Over priced for the overall condition of the property. We pulled back the sheets only to find blood stains! Luckily there was another bed to sleep in! I showed pictures to the staff and reported the issue to Expedia. No refund or remorse from the property. I tried reaching out and so did Expedia representatives. Find another hotel. There are many nice options in the area.

Staff was friendly when we checked in. Our room was okay but my friend had a weird stain on her sheet so she just slept on top of a different sheet. The bathroom seemed fairly nice and clean but in the morning we saw a roach on the floor by the toilet and immediately checked out. Told front desk and showed them the picture I took of it and they just apologized and said they were calling pest control and that was that. If I hadn't showed him my phone, which he grabbed out of my hand by the way, he wouldn't have believed me. So, I don't really think they'll actually call pest control, but either way I'm not staying at a Super8 again

The hotel was definitely WAY overpriced. The breakfast was dismal. The a/c was not working in the hallway on the 3rd floor where our room was located so they’d placed an oscillating fan to help with airflow but still very warm and stale feeling/smelling. Our room was outdated and dusty. The linens and towels were clean but the room itself felt as if it had only been wiped down.

Not clean, I am very aware that the industry is taking a hit on obtaining and retaining staff especially in housekeeping, but if I'm paying a premium price for a room then you should create a positive and lucrative work environment to encourage them to stay. People should not have to stay in beds that were not laundered from the previous room occupants, then expect the customer to change their own sheets.

The staff in the place was very nice and friendly nice room super clean i had no complaints other then the beds were very very bad . The beds were bought from temu they felt like hard cardbord i had to get 3 pillows and lay them longway and i slept on the pillows all night.. you can not sleep in the beds . They are not firm they are hard your paying to sleep afterall and you can not .. other then the beds being the worst i ever felt the hotel was great.. TRUST ME BEDS ARE VERY BAD DON5 GO HERE IF YPUR LOOKING FOR COMFORT ..

The room was clean and affordable. Staff was very friendly. However, the AC was extremely noisy. Would just fall asleep and the AC would restart. Did not get a good night sleep. Probably wouldnot stay here again, because if the heat/AC unit was wicket loud every time it restarted throughout the night.

The drain in our shower didn’t work so we stood in our water taking showers. Also loved the pillows the mattress didn’t feel like it was real, though? The toilet also did not not work right. It seem to have it issues with flushing and running

The room was spacious that we had. Beds are hard as a rock. Pillow are comfy but beds are terrible. We both woke up in discomfort. Walls are thin you can hear a lot. Staff is okay. Good price but would stay somewhere else if visiting again because of beds comfortability.

Our room was great. Perfect for our family. Had a queen bed for us, bunk beds for the kids, and a pull out sofa. We had connect four on the wall and an arcade machine in our room. We were minutes from HersheyPark, and the Hotel wasn’t very crowded at all. Hospitality was great, the parking situation was nice. Very reasonably priced for what it was. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in the bunk bed room and my kids loved it. Nice room only issue was we were on the 2nd floor and we could hear the people upstairs walking around/running around which was an issue at 5am.. make sure you get top floor.

Clean rooms, clean hotel, smaller parking lot. I booked 5 rooms. Three were on the 2nd floor. During the morning the next day all 3 room's shower drains did not drain at all. And i mean not a millimeter. My wife took a shower, the water in the tub was up to my ankle. I took a shower, the water was up to my mid-shin area. 3rd floor rooms were not affected. I told front desk about it, but other than that issue, its a very nice hotel for a Super 8.

Unfortunately, a concert we were to attend at Hersheypark Stadium was cancelled and we could not spend the evening at the property. The stay was non-cancellable and non-refundable, and although the cancellation was not planned, the manager refused to even consider issuing a voucher or consideration for a future stay. Needless to say, with this exemplary customer service experience, we will never consider Super 8 by Wyndham for any future stays. Thank you.

This was a nice stay for two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, different choices of foods. The only bad thing was, they don’t let you take anything to your room. And the room didn’t have a coffee pot.
