Stayed 3 nights

The room and hotel was just OK. Our reservation was made for a family of four. Upon check -in, there were only three sets of bath towels. There was a sheet set for the pull-out sofa bed but no blanket. The lighting in the "bedroom" portion of the room was sub-par and only consisted of the bedside lamp. Our room overlooked the interior of the hotel and there was a constant light that shined into the room behind the blackout drapes in the middle of the night. The room never really got dark at night and since there was no natural light, the bedside lamp didnt do much to light the room during the day. The hotel itself was a bit run down with one of the three elevators out of service and the other two looking a bit beat up. Also, more than once, we were unable to get into the elevator once it arrived becuase it was occupied by a housekeeping cart or laundry cart and we were unable to fit. The hotel was OK. For the money spent, I'd probably stay elsewhere next time.

The facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very impressive for a hotel free breakfast. Very close to everything going on. Short walk to Broadway. Will definitely stay again.

Property is aging and not being maintained properly. Staff was rude. Valet took the key offsite after being up the car so we had to wait fifteen minutes for them to bring it back so we could leave
