The only parking here is a 65$ vallet, or the lot right across the street for 55$. Wasnt a fan of having to pay for parking. The location if the hotel is amazing short walk to broadway so A+. The ice machine was broken and no vending machines as advertised on the floor signs, also only 1/4 elevators were in service. Staff was very friendly though.

My main dislike had to do with the fitness center. First, the thermostat was set to 75 degrees Fahrenheit. I’ve traveled for 2 decades and this was the hottest I’ve seen a hotel fitness center. I understand managing costs, but that is too warm a temperature to run/workout indoors. Second, the Peloton did not have an active subscription. Hotels typically configure the bike so patrons can scan a QR code and login for a ride under their personal account. Third, the Peloton bike was not even connected to the WiFi. I tried and tried, so a moment I logged on to my personal phone hotspot, but then chose not configure the bike via my home credentials. This is not how riding a Peloton in hotel should be done. This was very disappointing in a Hilton property. I called the desk from the fitness center, of course no one answered. Highly irritating and unbecoming of the brand. I hope this gets fixed. Some of choose Hilton brand properties particularly for Peloton availability.

All services were excellent! Our one bedroom suite was clean and the bed was comfortable. Completely in line with fee schedule. The cocktail party was a fun way to meet other guests. The location was truly a 10 to 15 minute walk to the famous area of Broadway. Valet parking is expensive, but well worth it! We used Lyft to/from airport and to the Opry. We rented a car for just a couple of days.

The room was fine, breakfast was good, however the bar had very limited hours and if the bartender called in, then it just didn’t open at all. Very frustrating- a replacement should have been found for the guests as this is the one thing to do at the hotel.

⭐ 2 out of 5 stars Disappointing Stay Due to AC Issues and Poor Room Conditions We were really looking forward to our stay at Homewood Suites Nashville Downtown, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. Upon arrival, we noticed the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working — the temperature was in the high 70s and rising. We contacted the front desk and were told that “engineers” would come check it out. They flipped a breaker and reset the system, but that did nothing to resolve the issue. In fact, the room only got hotter, reaching into the 80s, making it extremely uncomfortable. When we requested to be moved, we were told the hotel was sold out of rooms similar to ours and that there were no upgrade options either. The next morning, still sweaty and frustrated, we followed up again and got the same answer. It wasn't until we demanded a resolution that we were finally moved — nearly 24 hours later — to a comparable room. While the new room did have working AC (thankfully!), it came with its own set of problems. There was peeling paint on the ceiling, hair in the shower, and the shower handle was loose and made a loud pounding noise when in use. Overall, while we were glad to at least be comfortable in a cooler room for the remainder of our stay, the poor initial handling, delay in resolution, and lack of cleanliness in both rooms ledt us disappointed. We had hire expectations for a Hilton branded facility .

Our stay in this hotel for my birthday trip to Nashville, was more than we could of asked for. The lobby, breakfast room, bar and especially our room was very clean. The staff were amazing. We stayed July 23rd-27th and checked in at maybe 9-930 at night and the beautiful lady behind the desk got us taken care of pretty quick. I wish I could remember her name, big shout out to her. One of the most friendliest people I've dealt with at a hotel. Everyone was great, but we also have to give shout outs to Rachel Kayla, bartenders and the 2 young men who work the desk at night. Our room was excellent. The breakfast every morning was good variety. The only issue we had was there was only 1 elevator out of 3 that was working. Not a big enough of an issue to not give 5 stars. The hotel is very close to Broadway. Maybe a 10 min walk. Country Music Hall of Fame is just another 5 min walk from there and is a must go. There are plenty of things to do and see. We are already planning our next trip back down to Nashville to bring our kids and grandbabies. We will be staying at Homewood Suites every visit. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one!!

Overall, it was a great experience. It is very close to the heart of Nashville. Our sheets had some mystery stains but the staff was happy to replace these with fresh sheets. Other than that the room was very clean. We stayed at the beginning of January so this reflected the price we paid for the room.

Twelve years ago, I stayed at this hotel with great excitement and had a wonderful experience. That’s why I chose to return with my family for a vacation — but unfortunately, this time was a complete disappointment. The room carpets had a strong, unpleasant odor, and to make matters worse, I had to kill a cockroach that appeared on the carpet at night. When I informed the reception, their reaction was shockingly casual — just an “Oh, that’s bad,” with no apology or effort to make things right. For a 4-star hotel and a recognized brand, this level of hygiene and customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I will never stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone!

I liked this hotel. It was spacious, it was clean, however the day we arrived the room smelled like it was cleaned with a dirty mop so that smell was there overnight, but the smell left by the next day. Great staff! I will stay here again.

Hotel was very nice and breakfast was great. I did not like my room street side. With a stop light in front I had loud engines and music which was going on all night. Felt like I was sleeping on a racetrack. My kids had room inside balcony and said it was very quiet.

Friendly staff. The room was clean & has a little kitchenette. It is easiky walkable to Broadway & other attractions. The pnly thing we didnt like is our room had huge windows into theblobby which is brightly lit at all hours. The curtains didnt "seal" the light out.

Large rooms. Great location to Broadway and the Pinnacle yet quiet enough at night. Biggest struggle was figuring out the blinds which we didn’t get until the morning of checkout (how to in the room would be helpful)

Despite the Hilton app confirming the room, it was not ready upon arrival. Beyond that the rooms are in poor shape altogether. The windows and walls are paper thin. The noise levels were equivalent to being on the street, even in the 6th floor.

We loved the staff, rooms and breakfast as well the closeness to Broadway. The only reason it’s not a perfect rating is due to two days of malfunctioning AC in our room and hotel. August is very toasty in Nashville so coming back to a cool room is very important to relax.

We have travelled to Nashville several times and prefer to stay away from the strip. This is a decent value however, we were told that “the type of room that we booked was only available on the 1st floor”. This area on Church is not bad but, there are homeless around and we did have someone bang on our window (at street level) one morning.

Staff were ok, but everything was a bit of a hassle. In a 3 day stay in their larger suite - the blanket/comforter was missing. I called and they brought one up in about an hour. The next day, the roof above the kitchen started dripping water from an open condensate tube. Called and about an hour later, the facilites folks removed a couple of saturated towels from the ceiling and likely put a couple new towels up there. The Valet parking was 59 per night, and on the third night, I recived an additional bill for 40 dollars from the parking garage itself. Just not a great experience.

He told us our options with absolutely not pressure and recommended spots for us to eat since it was pretty late and we were starving. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice facility but most of the staff wasn't knowledgeable or that helpful (except the valet the next day). First, parking is only valet and was a nightmare. There was no valet when we arrived, so I parked my own car on the side street next to the hotel and had to unload my own luggage and haul to the room. They never drove the car to the garage as promised so it remained out all night in the rain. Next day, they charged me $50 for the "privilege". When I went to retrieve the keys, the Valet attendant recognized this inconvenience and had the front desk remove the charge (Thank you). The other issue is I reserved a King Suite, and instead they gave us an accessible room which had a queen and a layout not suitable for my wife and I. This was a one-night stay, and we were most interested in seeing as much of Nashville as possible, so we didn't make a big deal out of it. It was very disappointing having stayed at a HS at Hilton in OK 2-days prior which we enjoyed immensely.

Had a large room for 6 booked and they ended up not having any left upon arrival. Not sure how that’s even possible, it should’ve told me upon booking that there were none left available. The woman at the front desk was helpful and was able to book us two conjoining rooms which was a nice save, just a little frustrating we didn’t get the room we had initially booked.

Overall I would stay there again. However, there was only one elevator operating which led to tremendous wait times and is always a potential safety issue should there be an emergency. Also, I had to go up and down these crippled elevators three times because the employee at the front desk failed to make sure my key cards were programmed correctly and she never offered an apology for the inconvenience.

We stayed at the Homewood Suites Downtown Nashville for a few days and it was a great choice. Literally a 8 min walk to Broadway and away from all the noise. The area around the hotel is very safe and no concerns about walking from Broadway to the hotel at night. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Maureen at the front desk was exceptional, she was so friendly and helpful. We had to request a new hair dryer as the one in the room was not working and she had someone come with a replacement in less then 5 min. Every time we saw her in the lobby she would say hi and ask how everything was...truley above and beyond. The breakfast in the morning was great, wide selection for all types of palates. David, who was the food manager welcomed us and was fun to chat with. One morning we heard him singing in the kitchen which was so pleasant to hear. If he saw us he stopped and said good morning, he was very humble and told us about his family, which was nice. The valet staff were great, they were very personable and approachable. They gave us some suggestions for food options in the area. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we go to Nashville again.
