I didn’t like not being able to park in the properties lot. Oversized vehicles made each spot get smaller and smaller

We had a stop over on our way to the Oregon Coast. We had four young grandsons with us and the room we got was perfect. Two queen beds and an adjoining room with bunk beds. The boys loved the pool! The beds were comfortable and there were some great choices at the continental breakfast. All at a reasonable price.

I was driving a large UHaul and arrived late at night. The man working came out to guide me to an appropriate parking spot. He was very kind and helpful.

Unfortunately, it's as bad as the other negative reviews say. There were ants in our room and crawling our beds. Hair on the bathroom floor, stained bedsheets, spiders in the tub, and a stained shower curtain. There is a musty smell when you walk into the room. Also, the pool was not filled during our stay. Good walking distance to old town Pendleton.

I think the hotel was nice and a good value. I would’ve given five stars but being a pet friendly hotel, they did not have anywhere for my dog to relieve himself. I was out walking the streets at 10:30 at night trying to find a place for him to go to the bathroom. I think they should at least have a small area of artificial grass or something. After a very long day of driving, I did not enjoy walking for 20 minutes on dark streets in a town that I am unfamiliar with.

Nice and quiet, very friendly staff. My only problem was parking. Tight parking for a larger pickup but doable right outside the room. There is other parking besides the pool with plenty of room.

Fairly quiet and safe. Room was adequate. Pool was very cold but refreshing. Nice people, great location will stay there again.

Walked in and had to call a phone # to check in. 1st thought was oh boy what hotel did I book. Then he told me the pool is not working. I have 3 kids that wanted to swim hence why I picked a hotel that has one. We walk into the room and noticed a dead spider splattered on the wall. One of the lights don't turn on. The shower was dirty and yellowish so my wife didn't want to take a shower. We checked the bed and they had smears of ketchup on them. If it wasn't so late we would have went somewhere else. I think this hotel should be a 1 star instead of a 2 star especially for the $120 we spent

Excellent location, walk to everything you need. Pool is clean and secure. The room was clean and comfortable but the building is showing it’s age.

Pool was what I needed after a long hot day driving Quiet is important too. The refrigerator was helpful for keeping road food cool. The staff was friendly and efficient, and fun in engaging in conversation. The Wifi was wiffing along at 65 Mb, fast enough for most things during a short stay, like quick email check, catching up on things etc.

Smells like urine, dirty carpet, old bedding, and towels. The room stank so much that I had to spray my perfume on my bed to go to sleep.

The room wasn’t very clean. There were ants and old food in the fridge. Ants on the floor getting into our luggage. The pool was nice. Staff was friendly.

Family we traveled with had bed bugs in their room.

The accommodations were reasonably priced given the event in town. The breakfast had my favorite breakfast sandwich. What concerned me was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Hair in the tub and on the floor. The tub enclosure was kind of grody. The air conditioning unit had a loud fan even on low. If you aren't use to that sound at night it can be annoying.

Room was very clean but hotel is old & could use updating. Breakfast was included and more than adequate.

First cleanliness, blanket was stained and had cigarette burns, shower had soap from previous guest, as well as long black hair in shower. Floor was gross, very poorly vacuumed. There was no hot water, bathroom had luke warm water, owner reaction was "in this hot weather" like either we didn't need a hot shower or he thought the weather would warm the water heater. No resolution.

The carpet in our room was filthy. It seemed as if it had never been deep cleaned. Our feet and socks and shoes were visibly covered in brown grime for our entire stay. It made us feel dirty and ruined an otherwise adequate experience. It was completely unacceptable. We won't return.

The room was very much neglected, with stains on the sheets and pillows.

Really noisy, no blinds so the light was piercing the curtains all night long. Air conditioner made a ton of noise. Not great amenities but the staff was very kind and helpful! He did great and was awesome.

Newly renovated, very modern inside, pleasant surprise

Wanted to stay another night in town but had so.e issues with my credit card and needed to move some funds around. It did take a awhile but they called every ten minutes, knocked on the door and as soon as I got the issue resolved they made me pack up and leave instead of being patient and working with me. The rooms are 100+ a night and I offered what cash I had to them until my card started working. They refused and then told me I was no longer welcome to rent there again. I get that money is a must, but sometimes things happen that people can't control, so instead of working with me on this already embarrassing situation, they made me feel even worse and weren't patient at all. I had to pack up my sleeping toddler and go when I knew my card issue was about resolved and I tried telling them this many times, my bank was even willing to call and speak with them on my behalf to reassure them. I just think customer service has really gone out the window especially that day. People are people and we all need to remember that not everything goes perfect all the time and some kindness and patience goes a long way to keeping customers coming back.

The staff was welcoming and kind. If we needed something they were there to help. Will definitely stay there agin.

Staff excellent

We did not stay there because we were told no air conditioning upon arrival. The staff was fantastic and helped us book another hotel. Was so pleased with their treatment of us.

The man on the front desk was very unfriendly. He made me feel like i was a criminal and our toilet in the room was pullged up

The owner answered our request about a nonfunctioning air conditioner and arranged for us to move rooms almost immediately.

Very pleasant one night stay. Clean room, but the bathroom can used a little modernization. The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. I will stay at this hotel again!

Older hotel but clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was good. Enjoyed variety of breakfast items. Angel was very helpful getting us checked in and out during a very busy weekend.

Handling the front desk was the owner. Very friendly to talk to. Check in was fast.Breakfast was great, with much selections. Everything in room worked. Bed was comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Nice hanging flower baskets outside.

The staff was excellent. Good breakfast options. My son's loved making their own waffles. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I couldn't get the hair dryer to work one day but was brought one to use right away. I would definitely stay here again!

Honestly you pay for what you get. The breakfast was horrrible everything either had no flavor or was burned. The orange juice actually tasted burned. I have no idea how that is possible. The bathroom was kinda dirty and the towel actually had dirt on it. I wouldn’t stay here again. But for 120 bucks what can I expect.

Nice employee, clean property, super clean pool. The room was clean just stale smelling but exceptionally clean property full of beautiful flower hanging baskets and tables and chairs to have coffee.The breakfast was wonderful waffles,sausage gravy & bisquits fresh fruit,bagels, yogurt, boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches apple juice orange juice coffee . Very quiet too

Well kept, you can tell management takes pride in the property. Breakfast had many good options. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, highly recommend Hamley Saloon and Steakhouse

Room was basic, but breakfast with waffles was excellent.

The food was excellent. Biscuits and gravy exceptional!

Very clean and well maintained. Excellent choices at breakfast. The only negative for me was I was on the first floor below the owner's apartment and there were children and excessive furniture scraping noises each night (I'm assuming from chairs). Had I been in a different room, I'm sure that it would not have been so noisy. Other than that, no issues.
