Parking was good. Pool was closed even though it stated open in May

The staff was amazing but having to wait 10-15 minutes for our hot water to heat up to take a shower or was your face was too much.

Staff were friendly, parking was easy, and our room was clean.

The exterior door on room 103 is askew. As such, air and light streams through a large gap. Hinge meeds to be adjusted and weatherstripping added. A couple hairs in the tub. Zero excuse for that and has happened 3 times on stays there in recent years. Mentioned both issues to the woman at checkout. Do like the new light switches by the bed. On future projects, I would put them on wall beside the bed, rather than above the bed to make them easier to reach but they were much better than lamps in that situation. With that being said it was the best room I've had there.
