Property is unkept for what it is. The staff are very good and helpfully 5 stars to the staff. The hotel needs a good cleaning from rooms to pool to waterslide it's got mold and filth. This is not Marriot NA standards sorry. There are bushes by the pool constant homeless smoking drugs you can smell it and needles by the fence. This needs to be fixed. The smell of junkies smoking crack is unbearable.

It was great! Great price, included a buffet breakfast, free parking, no resort fee. The staff were so nice and friendly they really made our stay even better. The outdoor pool was warm even when it’s cold out and my kiddo loved the water slide!

Our room had a large, noticeable black stain right at the entrance. It also hadn’t been properly vacuumed—there were crumbs on the carpet when we arrived. The front desk said housekeeping would return to re-clean, but when we came back, nothing had changed. Additionally, the air conditioning unit rattled loudly when turned on, and both the conditioner and body wash bottles were empty. We’re very disappointed, especially since we gave the team a chance to address the cleanliness issues, but it seems no real effort was made. It was a very tiring night due to the constant rattling noise from the air-conditioning unit. We tried calling the front desk five times, but no one answered. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay.

I absolutely loved my stay from the heated outdoor pool and water slide crystal to the rooms. The rooms were very comfy and accommodated me with a mini fridge and a microwave which made things easy. The bed was comfortable the room had air conditioning, and a beautiful bathroom. I was really happy to see. I could connect to my Netflix on the TV, so I didn't have to be stuck watching the boring cable.

Facility was clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly & helpful. It was nice to have coffee & tea available at all times down in the lobby. The only negatives I can say are the bed was not very comfortable & the rooms don’t have much sound proofing. We were awoken by the neighbouring rooms alarm clock that went off for a good 20 minutes & we could also clearly hear everyone in the hallway.

Our stay was really good, our room very clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent. Our room faced the back of Walmart and we were woken by the sound of trucks unloading and back up beepers in the night. If you have the fan on in the room it helped to mask the sound.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—central and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The staff, particularly Tomiko and Tamara, were outstanding—helpful and welcoming. However, the rooms could use some updating, especially the bathroom showers and tub itself, which need replacement. The loud air conditioning also disrupted my sleep. With these improvements, the hotel could provide an even better stay. Thanks for your hospitality!

The room was spacious and updated and clean. The beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and included hot items which is really nice. The staff was very attentive, our room type that we reserved had a maintainance issue but they took good care of us.

The day of my check out the housekeeper knocked on my door 3 times at 8am and tried to opened my door. Said out loud the room was busy and she still tried to opened the door. I was deeply sleeping after a 10hrs flight and I had to wake up and come to the door to ask what was going on and she said she had in her notes that I had checked out. I told her that I actually request a late checked out. I was so upset. Then at 12:30pm (when the late check out time was) she came knock on my door again and the phone ringing. I’m as already about to leave the room but it was very annoying giving the fact that she woke me up when I was asleep and with jet lag. The worse part is that I came to the lobby to let them know what happened and I mentioned that she came to wake me up at 7:30am and the lady said, 7:30am or 8am because it is when they do it. And I said “what it matters if it is 7:30 or 8am, check out is at 11am and I request a late check out at 12:30pm. Even if it would be 10am. Nobody were supposed to try opened my door or knock like crazy before that time” Very poor customer solve problem skills and I obviously left very unhappy. The shower was very old too and rusty and the water either came out very cold or hot.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites East Kelowna in August with our extended family. The location was great but there were frustrating moments. A front desk clerk charged my debit card due to a mix-up and policy confusion—while mistakes can happen, charging a card without consent shouldn’t be tolerated (the manager admitted this, apologized and gave a discount). My niece and her daughter were also upset when breakfast was packed up while they were still at the waffle station after a line-up, with no warning or even offer of other food. The rooms were fine, the pool was closed the first couple of days and the waterslide was unavailable one morning due to staff shortage. On the up-side, the work-out room was great and staff did let us enjoy the hot tub 10 minutes past closing on a couple of nights. Overall, an average stay with both positives and inconveniences.

They cancelled the reservation 5 mins before check in..saying they are overbooked. It seems they don't prioritize bookings done through expedia. They gave alternative reservation at subpar hotel , i had to accept the alternative booking they had done at another hotel as it was too late for the day to book myself. Poor experience with them.

Your front desk staff at check in were abrupt and somewhat rude with my wife. They were complaining about how busy you were and taking out their frustration with guests. As well, we felt your breakfast service was not up to the standards that the other Fairfield’s we normally stay at and lacked much. Safe to say, we will not choose this Fairfield in Kelowna again.

Super easy check in, and check out. The room was comfortable, a good size and very clean. Only downside in the transient activity in the area is so horrible, a car was being broken into in the parking lot when we were checking out. Not the hotel’s fault just be cautious when leaving anything in your car.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Kelowna and was thoroughly impressed. The location was perfect and right next to Walmart, which was super convenient for picking up snacks or anything I needed during my stay. It’s also just a short drive to the Kelowna International Airport, Costco, and Orchard Park Mall, so shopping and travel were a breeze. I also loved that downtown Kelowna was only about a 10-minute drive away. The hotel itself was spotless and felt very well maintained. My room was clean and comfortable. Loved having a mini fridge and microwave. The staff were fantastic - friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The continental breakfast was another highlight with lots of variety, hot and cold options, and everything was fresh and well stocked. Overall, this hotel checked all the boxes: clean, comfortable, friendly, and in a super convenient location. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kelowna, whether for business or pleasure!

Thank you for breakfast. However people were crowded and pushy. I would try to get something and someone would budge or huddle in front of food they were not even getting. I know this isn’t your doing but maybe having more eyes on the other guests behaviours would help. :)

I’ve stayed at the Fairfield Marriott before & I’ve always been extremely satisfied. The room is very clean & housekeeping was always there cleaning my room, making sure I had everything restocked as most hotels don’t do this. I highly recommend this hotel and the breakfast buffet was really good, lots of selection, clean & always had staff around if you needed anything.
