A great long weekend at the Offshore for their opening weekend. Rooms were new and clean. Prime location in Montauk, across the street from the beach and right in town. Staff was beyond accommodating! Beach chairs on the beach was an added bonus.

Amazing! Super clean, room modern/beachy. Staff was excellent. Customer service line respond extremely quick over text even on off hours and always helpful. Amenities they have a nice wellness area used the gym, red light therapy and sauna it was great. No complaints at all :)

Great clean hotel with excellent location in MTK! Newly renovated. Great facilities with gym, sauna, cold plunge, pool. Right across the street from the beach with chairs and towels ready to go. Bikes also available to take. Slightly small rooms, wish we got one on the second floor with a balcony (our first floor room was fairly dark since we felt the need to keep drapes closed at all times). Would highly recommend!

Offshore was lovely however because it is new they have a few details to iron out. The room we stayed in was clean and appealing. The bed mattress was comfy as well as the comforter cover. Shower was divine. Small details like running out of ice was strange and no locks on the doors leading out to our balcony. I would def stay again. They have plans to build a restaurant next to the pool which would be a great asset to the property.

It’s a brand new hotel with a great location - the beach entrance is just across the street. The hotel has beach service providing umbrellas, chairs and towels. We stayed in a room at the first floor. The room was nicely decorated and shiny clean. However the room had no place to sit or relax other than the bed. Also it would be nice to have a small fridge to keep drinks cold and may be for a some basic breakfast. It felt pretty nice to experience a brand new hotel in Montauk, which is a rare experience here.

This is a great remodeled property with modern decor and furniture. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. Very dog friendly. Close proximity to my town, restaurants, and shops. The property also provides beach, chairs and towels, as well as umbrellas, which is one of the few hotels on the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The property is clean and new. Walking distance into town and beach across the street. Staff at beach to set-up chairs, towels and umbrellas was nice. Pool was very pretty with lots of loungers available while we were there. We did have a nice balcony to sit on but I would say that a common sitting area with a fire pit would be a nice addition to the property. Overall a pleasant stay!

Ocean view was a little disappointing, it was more of just dunes. location was very good, walking distance from everything in town and beach. Having no mini fridge was crazy to me, luckily it’s cold out so I put my drinks outside! Couldnt imagine how frustrating that is in the summer though. Otherwise room was clean and bed was super comfy.

I received a different room. My original booking said "Suite, 2 Queen beds, Kitchen" The pictures showed 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and a SEPERATE room with a FULL kitchen and Livingroom. What I received was just one room with 2 queens and a kitchenette. About 1/2 the space I reserved. The guy working the front desk explained that they made a mistake and later corrected the description and pictures on Expedia. They knew there was an error but still did not give me the room I actually booked even though it was available. If you advertise one thing and you make a mistake the right thing to do is honor it especially when the room was available. There was no recourse at all. They didn't attempt to fix this is any way. Just said sorry. Oops. Hope you enjoy your stay. This is a new hotel and if this is how you plan to run it then I suggest everyone be careful when booking. You never know what your going to get.

We ended up booking this hotel last minute to extend our stay in Montauk. While the hotel shows a lot of potential, there were several issues that impacted our experience. The positives: The hotel is fully remodeled, so everything appears clean and new. The pool area is lovely, and both the towels and bed were comfortable. Unfortunately, there were some major downsides: Underneath our room, a sump pump was vibrating and going off every 10–15 minutes until around midnight. The walls are paper-thin — we could clearly hear what seemed to be staff talking loudly until late, and the sound echoed through the walls and air conditioning unit, making it hard to sleep. At checkout, when we mentioned the noise, the front desk attendant explained the hotel had only been open for two weeks and suggested we come back and try a different room next time. While I appreciate the honesty, that response didn’t exactly address our concerns in the moment. The location is great, but with so many better options in Montauk, I’m not sure I’d choose to return until some of these issues are resolved.

My family and I stayed at Offshore Montauk and it was just perfect! The rooms were great, the staff were extremely accommodating, we were able to check-in earlier than we thought. Once I told them I was expecting family members, they were quick to try accommodating for us to be near each other. The pool area was clean, music was nice, the hotel is located walking-distance to many shops and restaurants plus like 2 minute-walk to the beach, literally across the street! I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning Montauk this summer

We ended up booking this hotel last minute to extend our stay in Montauk. While the hotel shows a lot of potential, there were several issues that impacted our experience. The positives: The hotel is fully remodeled, so everything appears clean and new. The pool area is lovely, and both the towels and bed were comfortable. Unfortunately, there were some major downsides: Underneath our room, a sump pump was vibrating and going off every 10–15 minutes until around midnight. The walls are paper-thin — we could clearly hear what seemed to be staff talking loudly until late, and the sound echoed through the walls and air conditioning unit, making it hard to sleep. At checkout, when we mentioned the noise, the front desk attendant explained the hotel had only been open for two weeks and suggested we come back and try a different room next time. While I appreciate the honesty, that response didn’t exactly address our concerns in the moment. The location is great, but with so many better options in Montauk, I’m not sure I’d choose to return until some of these issues are resolved.

We were the first guests on opening day and had a wonderful stay. Staff was very attentive, the location is perfect—steps from the beach with chairs and towels provided, and walking distance to shops. We’ll definitely be back!

Ocean view was a little disappointing, it was more of just dunes. location was very good, walking distance from everything in town and beach. Having no mini fridge was crazy to me, luckily it’s cold out so I put my drinks outside! Couldnt imagine how frustrating that is in the summer though. Otherwise room was clean and bed was super comfy.

My family and I stayed at Offshore Montauk and it was just perfect! The rooms were great, the staff were extremely accommodating, we were able to check-in earlier than we thought. Once I told them I was expecting family members, they were quick to try accommodating for us to be near each other. The pool area was clean, music was nice, the hotel is located walking-distance to many shops and restaurants plus like 2 minute-walk to the beach, literally across the street! I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning Montauk this summer

Great clean hotel with excellent location in MTK! Newly renovated. Great facilities with gym, sauna, cold plunge, pool. Right across the street from the beach with chairs and towels ready to go. Bikes also available to take. Slightly small rooms, wish we got one on the second floor with a balcony (our first floor room was fairly dark since we felt the need to keep drapes closed at all times). Would highly recommend!

The property is clean and new. Walking distance into town and beach across the street. Staff at beach to set-up chairs, towels and umbrellas was nice. Pool was very pretty with lots of loungers available while we were there. We did have a nice balcony to sit on but I would say that a common sitting area with a fire pit would be a nice addition to the property. Overall a pleasant stay!

Offshore was lovely however because it is new they have a few details to iron out. The room we stayed in was clean and appealing. The bed mattress was comfy as well as the comforter cover. Shower was divine. Small details like running out of ice was strange and no locks on the doors leading out to our balcony. I would def stay again. They have plans to build a restaurant next to the pool which would be a great asset to the property.

It’s a brand new hotel with a great location - the beach entrance is just across the street. The hotel has beach service providing umbrellas, chairs and towels. We stayed in a room at the first floor. The room was nicely decorated and shiny clean. However the room had no place to sit or relax other than the bed. Also it would be nice to have a small fridge to keep drinks cold and may be for a some basic breakfast. It felt pretty nice to experience a brand new hotel in Montauk, which is a rare experience here.

The coffee maker was great, but they had no cream or sugar in the room or downstairs at the front desk/lobby. A mini-refrigerator in the rooms would be a great addition as well. Otherwise it was a great stay and the staff was incredible!

Booked a king spa and was given a double queen. They corrected the issue online and I got the room i originally booked. Unfortunately, the steam shower did not work and that was the whole reason for booking that room.
