Enjoyed our stay. Clean and new. Staff were all extremely nice. Close to restaurants. Highly recommend.

The room was immaculately organized and clean. The decorum was modern and slick. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. This is a great stay for everyone!

Great place and location

So my wife unexpectedly had stop for the night we booked a room here , and apparently there some type of big event in Kokomo Indiana this night because ALL the hotels were ridiculously priced and booked, scored a room at Livsmart seeing it had good review and was basically brand new. Checked in around 6 pm, got to the room, settled in , NO TV remote, after 3 trips down to the front desk the night manager finally assisted, we went to get something to eat and he had one waiting for us at the front desk. It gets worse, when I wake up, and because it was an unexpected stay, we were not prepared with our hygiene supplies,I wake up and go take my morning shower, I am In the shower and realize the shower gel provided is Empty, so I get out the shower and grab this little bar of soap which I already know is gonna do nothing but dry my skin out, ( current cancer patient) after that I go to wash my hair and reach for the shampoo bottle provided and it is empty too!! Then my wife and I go to the Lobby to see waht is offered for their ( Grab and Go ) Breakfast and there is basically nothing the Hotel coffe machine had nothing left but decaf on the machine ( 3 other Guest were there at the same time ) 3Rd strike, when checking out and expressing my grievance’s the morning desk clerk stated sorry I cannot do anything you will have to call management. 4TH strike DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Charged me over $200 for a super 8 quality stay And offered no refund

The only complaint I had was to make sure the shower supplies were filled and maybe an extra roll of toilet paper. The worker didn't speak English but did get a phone to translate to replace the shower soap. Otherwise, the stay was great.
