The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The reason that I scored it low in the category of property condition and facilities is the dangerous level of chlorine used in their pool area. The chlorine smell permeated throughout the hotel, but in the pool area it was so strong that my eyes stung. My kids ended up coughing and feeling nauseous. They must really be careful with who they employ to maintain the pool.

Room was fairly quiet, however the suite while large was run down, cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling causing my dust allergy to act up, and hairs in the shower that were not mine… Housekeeping needs to do a deep clean of the rooms and better overall job. The rooms also need a renovation soon if they intend to keep their nightly rates up. I would not recommend other than the Tesla supercharger site located behind the building making it a nice spot to charge and get a room for the night.

The staff were great. Bathroom needs brighter lights so you can use the mirror to put makeup on. The heater/cooling system rattles and it would have made sleep impossible if I hadn’t propped a piece of cardboard between the top cover and the side. It worked, but a repair person should be able to do this easily to all of the noisy ones. Needs updating.

This was a decent place to stay. As a person with allergies I like the fact they don't allow pets. Not sure what they use for laundry cleaning but whatever it was made me itch wherever the sheets touched. Older room that needed some updating as the shower floor had a large bubble in it. One of the better continental breakfasts offered. Easy to park with trailers

The stay itself was amazing. The breakfast was great for our family and very convenient. It was also a great hotel close to multiple shopping stores and food places. I gave 4 stars because the morning lifeguard (Sun 9/29) was very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. We were the only ones at the pool and she had the audacity to ask if we had late check out because she had already been out of the pool multiple times and hadn’t even been watching over the slide but for 15 minutes. It opened at 9 am and she was ready leave at 11 am. She came in with a nasty attitude and acted like she didn’t even want to be there. She argued with me about my son’s ability to swim after one time of him going down the slide. At one point she was on the phone in the lobby area and was rolling her eyes watching the pool. When she came back in she was angrily cleaning tables and pushing chairs into tables. I highly suggest to this young woman to find a place of business that she enjoys working or come with a better attitude.

The staff made up for the fact that your stupid website changed the date of my booking for at least the fourth time with you. When I showed up they had my reservation for the next night. Thank god they gave me a room. You suck!!!!! I’m deleting your app.

After we checked out of the hotel, the cleaners noticed that I left bathing suits on the door in the bathroom and the front desk employee wanted to know if I would like to come back and pick them up or if I needed them to mail them to me. I have been to multiple hotels and have left multiple stuff and have never received a phone call that I had left something and they were willing to help me get the swimsuit back! Absolutely amazing customer service

I reserved a 2 queen bed accesible for my wife which is in a wheel chair my daughter and i got there and young kid came to the desk gave a regular room went to room to find out. I payed extra for the room to be accesible and came back to desk to show the front desk person what i payed for and he said well sorry i only have a king bed is all. I payed extra for the accesible one! The shower had a major crack in it also so didnt feel safe to shower for 3 days
