Staff were friendly and helpful. However the hotel room was not in the best condition. When arrived the bedsheet was dirty and once I notified the staff, they immediately changed the bedsheet.

Climate-controlled so being the end of October, the hotel puts on the heat after 5pm. The hotel advertises "air conditioning", which is misleading. We will not come back in the colder months.
