スタッフの方々の対応も非常に丁寧で、客室も清潔で良かったです。市電の駅が目の前にあり中心街も近いので利便性もよく、次回も利用したいと思うホテルでした。ホテル専用駐車場の台数が少ないので、最寄りの契約駐車場まで徒歩で移動でしたが、1泊24時間利用できるので、翌日の観光も追加料金なく駐車できました。チェックアウト後も車を駐車しておきたい方は、契約駐車場利用をおすすめします。

Staff were very kind and found me a non-smoking room after I had mistakenly booked a smoking one! Yes, smoking was still allowed on certain floors of the hotel so there was a bit of a smell throughout. The hotel was conveniently located near the tram that goes to the train station and to the Peace Park in Hiroshima. The included breakfast had many options to choose from. I walked to the hotel from the train station when I first arrived ~22 mins.

いつもお世話になっております。電停銀山町から至近で広島駅からも徒歩15分弱ととても便利。すぐ近くにはデパートや飲食店街が広がり素晴らしいロケーション。客室もきれいで清潔でとても良い感じです。

Sorry but I cannot recommend this hotel. The room was very dirty when we came in. The AC was dusty all over and when we turned it on because it was cold, the dust spread all over the room it looked like it was snowing. When we took a bath, disgusting white stuff like dead skin where floating around disgusting! We had to complain and although they did clean the next day, our two night stay was not pleasant. The walls where so thin we could hear the people next door. They did provide coffee packs but their toothbrushes are too cheap. The only thing I liked was their shampoo.

Staff was apologetic and politely offered fan but that didn't help. Room windows cannot be opened as well. Whole room was stuffy and warm. I left immediately after securing another room elsewhere.

This is a perfectly fine, no-frills hotel if you just need a place to lay your head at night affordably. Definitely can't complain for the price! If you're looking for comfort and space, look somewhere else but the room is just fine if you're spending your days exploring all Hiroshima has to offer and only looking to sleep.

히로시마 역에서 그다지 멀지 않고 히로덴 가나야마역 바로 앞이라 관광이 편리했습니다. 무엇보다 치선호텔에서 제공하는 아침식사는 최고였습니다. 음식 하나하나 정갈하게 정성을 다해 제공하려고 한 것이 인상적이었습니다.

히로시마 역에서 그다지 멀지 않고 히로덴 가나야마역 바로 앞이라 관광이 편리했습니다. 무엇보다 치선호텔에서 제공하는 아침식사는 최고였습니다. 음식 하나하나 정갈하게 정성을 다해 제공하려고 한 것이 인상적이었습니다.

目の前にトラムの駅があり、どこへ行くにも便利でした。また繁華街も近いので食事にも困ることはないです。仕方のないことですが、朝食スペースが狭く、私の場合、ツアー客と一緒になってしまったので、朝から騒がしく席を探すのが手間で落ち着けなかったのは残念でした。

Easy check-in and check-out. It was right next to the Kanayamacho Streetcar stop. Breakfast was adequate with a selection of food - sausage, eggs, bacon, fried fish cake, pastries, salad, cereal, rice with a variety of pickles and furikake, miso soup, meat stewed potatoes (Nikujaga), homemade tofu, udon. Beverages include juice, milk, ice team, coffee, tea. The room and bathroom was small as expected, but clean. There were towels, pump bottles of soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but if you need any other amenities including coffee and tea, you will have to take it from the lobby. Walkable distance to Hiroshima Station and also Hondori Shopping Street. There is a Family Mart adjacent to the hotel.

Nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are compact with limited luggage space. The tram stop is in front of the hotel so travelling to/from the railway station is a doddle. Plenty of places to eat and atomic dome and gardens are walking distance.
