The hotel was comfortable. I expected a reading chair in the room and there wasn't one. But other than that the room was comfortable and clean. The rules about having your dog with you were contradictory and I think some additional thought might go into them.

It is easy to get to from the highway. Close to shops. However, the floor was dirty and I had to clean my feet after my shower vecause they were black from dirt. The door threshold was partiall y gone. Bugs could and did crawl in overnight. I will not stay here again. We did have a small dog and they didnt charge us any extra for a pet.

There were drunks all over the place and shady people standing around everywhere outside. The lady at the front desk was sooo rude. Not only were the ppl drinking everywhere but my husband tried to walk our dog and a group of drunks tried to fight him. Luckily he had a knife and they left him alone. If he didn’t have a knife I’m sure they woulda jumped him. When we complained about them the cops called us and said they had been getting complaints from them all night. The next day the manager came knocking on OUR door at 10am and said we had gotten too many complaints that we had to leave and they weren’t going to refund us. We had paid for 2 more nights. While we were already considering about trying to leave if we could get our money back the fact we got kicked out for no reason bc there was a bus load of drunks who could complain so it looked like a bunch of ppl said something but really it was the group of ppl who tried to attack my husband. That’s wild. Not to mention it was like most trucker hotel. Yuck. The hotel room had sticky spots in the floor and the room stank pretty bad. They didn’t have a coffee pot or anything in the room and the pool was nasty.

The beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The AC worked great. The floors were pretty dirty with dead bugs,dust and hair. The pool was clean, but falling apart. The patch work was shoddy and had some sharp places. But overall, a decent stay for the price.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It looked just like the pictures on line. The room had hard floors which obviously hadn't been mopped in awhile. Because if I was to walk around the room in my bare feet it would make my feet dirty.

It wasn’t horrible. My friend and I stayed in a pet friendly room. Beds seemed clean. Floor was dirty,still had left-over dog excrement from previous guest. Room was damp. Quiet neighbors.

Not sure if I’d stay here again. The floor in my room needed to be vacuumed and mopped clean. Dirt and dust in almost every corner. There were bugs all over the floor and a rather large gap under door that let in air and bugs from outside. I woke up and found potato bugs on the floor quite often. The shower head was very very loose to the point I was afraid if I messed with it, it would break. The same with the water spout. The tub did not drain quick enough so I was always standing in a few inches of water. The bed was comfortable and surprisingly clean compared to the rest of the room. I did not venture around the property much so I can’t say anything about that. The walls felt super thin and I could hear, and smell, everything that was going on in the next rooms.

Room was filthy I have a photo of napkin after wiping up floor for a spill is disgusting. Ceiling plaster coming down. Unfinished floor. Finally, mats in sink. Would love to submit photos.

While the room WAS clean, the light switch didn't work at all, there was missing light bulbs, the tub faucet was loose, and there wasn't much flat space to set anything except the cabinet that was right in front of the TV. The staff made up for the properties shortfalls. They were very nice, polite, kind, and helpful!

The room is in rough shape. Peeling paint, uneven floors with multiple finishes that didn’t look too clean. The AC unit is noisy but effective. The smell of marijuana came through the sizable space at the bottom of the door at 3 AM. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable and the bedding seemed clean. The breakfast was better than expected including having scrambled eggs which we enjoyed. I feel like the property was trying to make things better and the staff was pleasant but the building is old and needs quite a bit of work.

Door to rooms.were not sealed properly. Had to set the temp to 78 in order to keep warm as cold air was blowing through the door side and threshold.

Our room was great and for the price we were very satisfied. We love no carpet rooms the bed was comfortable and everything in the room was nice. Has shampoo and body wash plus hand soap at the sink and lotion which I liked the sink outside the shower and toilet room.

The reservation was easy enough and check in was smooth. Upon inspecting the beds in the room I found dirt (?) on one of the bed sheets. Also, the faucet in the shower was not properly secured. After I had gone to bed, my niece was let into my room by staff. I didn't know this was allowed without my knowledge as she was not on the reservation. Breakfast was sub-par, eggs and sausage were cold. When I checked out, (5:20 am) your clerk was sound asleep in the chair. Did not even hear me come in. Other than all of that, I guess the stay was ok.

While the rooms and the hotel were nice, I requested a copy of my bill and I was told they had no printer to one, but it would be emailed to me, so it has been over a week and I still have not received anything, not the greatest customer service.

Booked the reservation thru Expedia. I drove to a convention, when I checked it. They said "We don’t rent rooms to anyone, that resides WITHIN 60 miles. I had to find another hotel for the weekend. If their policy is no reservations for anyone that resides within 60 miles. Why did they accept the reservation?

This is about the fourth time we have stayed at this property. Waited in the lobby for about 5 minutes before someone came in to help. About an hour after we got to the room, we realized there was no soap of shampoo. Called the front desk and was told there were dispensers in the tub area. I called the front desk back one minute later to report there are no dispensers in the tub area. I was told I could come to the desk to get some. No apologies for inconvenience. Maid service made sure they placed an envelope in the room wanting and tip but didn't place any soap or shampoo. The area is quite which is good. The breakfast is also good. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will be looking for a different place to stay next time I come in.

Room was fine. No hair dryer or Kleenex in the room. Also a trash can in the bathroom is always nice. Staff doesn't greet for breakfast and when an item runs out, it is not replaced. Full breakfast available is false.
