The place was perfectly fine for what we needed but we found it odd that the outdoor gazebo did not reflect what the ad picture depicts. There is absolutely NO water or ducks. Just concrete and asphalt and some plants.

Hotel is close to the ymca which was convenient for swim meet. Good breakfast selection and clean hotel. Exercise room is small and the only treadmill there was broken.

Very clean, breakfast was good and had large variety. We didn’t use the pop but wished we would’ve brought our suits, it looked very nice and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and the total stay was enjoyable

We called to ask if pool was heated before booking they lied it’s not heated.when we asked why the pool was 70 degrees the lady said it’s not a therapy pool I promise it’s heated. The manager in the morning said the pool is set to 86 I showed him the thermometer that said 72 I told he said yeah I took your call I remember you asking I said we Drove out of our way that’s why we called. They made us put a $250 hold on a credit card because we used hotel.com. We never had that before. At breakfast I talked to a sewer maintenance man who said it’s been that cold for the couple weeks he had stayed there.

When I purchased, I called ahead to find out if the pool was heated I was told it was 84° when I arrived. The thermometer said it was 68° but that was only inside the little filter not the pool. The pool was much colder too cold to swim, disappointed

We came to Kingsport for the Smoky Mountain Terror convention and stayed in this hotel. We got checked in and went to our room. First the bathroom floor was gross, hair in every corner, pubic hair on the toilet. I took a shower and the plug would not stay up for the water to drain, my husband went to take a shower the next morning and had no hot water. We had planned to stay for two nights but decided to go to Gatlinburg and stay. They gave us a refund for the second night with no issue. Very professional, just should do a better job of cleaning rooms and plumbing maintenance.

Had an issue with water dripping out of the ceiling in the bathroom from the room above. After trying several avenues to come to an amicable compromise on room charges, and after being told I didn’t notify the staff at check out (which was untrue!) I only received a $25 refund. I used to be a frequent customer but they lost me after the way I was treated on this occasion. I’ve noticed on prior stays you can hear when anyone flushes the toilet or uses the shower in the rooms around you as well. However, no big issues until this stay and I won’t return.

The room that I had was wonderful. The staff was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Just one thing I paid for a 2 queen bed and sleeper sofa got it but the first day the room was cold the heat didn’t work told the staff about it, they just gave us extra blankets the first night the second night we got another room but this one was a king bed with a sleeper sofa. My credit card got charged for $360 instead of $394. The price for the second room. Other than the heat not working, everything else was excellent. I would stay there again.

We were traveling home and decided to break up the drive. The staff was very helpful, amazing water pressure in the shower, and delicious breakfast! This one night rest was just easy we needed. We are a family of 5 and the 2 queen bed suite with sleeper sofa was perfect.

We were in to see family this weekend and decided to stay at this property. All the staff we encountered was very friendly and professional. The property was clean and in good shape. The only issue I would say was the shower head was a little stopped up other than on the massage setting. Otherwise, we had a great visit and would recommend this property.
