I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. My husband made the reservation under my name, and I arrived with my 7-year-old child, my photo ID, and all the information needed. Instead of trying to help, the staff immediately dismissed the situation. They repeatedly interrupted me, argued with me, and wouldn’t even take the time to check the reservation or verify that my name was on it. The customer service was some of the most unprofessional I’ve experienced. Rather than looking for a solution, they seemed unwilling to lift a finger to help. I understand that hotels have policies, but there is a respectful and professional way to communicate and assist guests. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Based on the poor customer service alone, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Got in at 9:30 PM and was told our room wasn’t ready even though check in is at 3:00. I was told check in is from 3:00-11:00 and anywhere in that window is when I could expect to be able to check in. Room was finally ready at 10:30. Got in the room and there were no towels and no pillow cases on the pillows. I asked for both and were told they had no clean towels. Got a severe rash overnight while in the room. Not sure of the reason but my dermatologist said it was most likely due to too much chlorine in the sheets. It was a cheap place to stay and a new build so I took a chance. Never again. Maybe the suite/extended stay just isn’t for me. Just a strange vibe compared to a normal hotel. I never leave a review, if I do it is always positive. I give places the benefit of the doubt but after reaching out to them to voice my concerns and getting no response I felt compelled to share my experience.

Absolutely trash. One person runs the desk with their running around in the back behind them. The person running the desk wouldn’t give us towels or extra blankets EVEN THOUGH THEYRE BEHIND THE DESK and they said it was because “it’s after hours”. Creepy crawly people all over the property - loiterers. Whole hotel ran out of towels. Will never come back. Go tigers!

Entered the front door to a pungent aroma of Marijuana and the staff was completely dismissive to. Checked in with the person while her child wandered through the reception area. Got to our floor and found several q-tips on the floor in the hall that stayed there the entire duration of our stay. In addition, the hallway smelled strongly of Marijuana the entire time we were there. Entered the room to find the floors were grimy and sticky to the point we went to buy shoes we could trash to avoid walking around in socks. The room smelled strongly of body odor and musty. The drawers were nasty so we had to live out of our suitcases. The shower curtain was dingy and dirty as were part of the towels. The bathtub had a line of mold across the molding on the outside from moisture. The bed was a mattress on a wobbly metal frame with two pillows that were so flat a folded towel gave more support and cushion. This was the worst hotel I have ever experienced. While I understand they say it is meant for more long-term stays, but these conditions were ridiculous. When. We checked out, the woman just took our keys and said "have a good day" followed by turning away dismissively. I AM ANGRY AND EMBARRASSED THAT I PAID MONEY TO TAKE MY WIFE TO THIS HOTEL!
