This location wasn’t the worst but the stay was uncomfortable. To begin with we get into the room and the tables are weirdly placed to block a conjoining rooms door. There was no microwave in the room only one placed in a common area that was outside. The room had a muggy stale smell to it, I had to go out and by air freshener. I tried to wash a load of laundry since we were in a near by river just before and the machines didn’t work, they just sent me across to the street to a sketchy laundry mat. I had specifically booked the room because it had a hot tub, we showed up and the hot tub was empty. If you’re going to literally just sleep, wake up and leave, it’s a good fit for you. The good thing was that the breakfast was decent, had quite a few options.

If you are looking for a simple stay, meaning you just want a clean place to sleep, then this is the place. The Front Office staff was very friendly upon check-in. The free breakfast was average - no eggs or bacon, but do-it-yourself mini waffles and cereal - also a few pastries, bagels and fruit. The room was comfy and mostly clean (no bedbugs, we always check). There was a dead bug in the emergency light in the bathroom. Pool was very clean and overall, the entire property was quiet.

The hotel room could have been ALOT cleaner! The pillow cases and linings felt rough like towels because I’m sure they don’t separate when washing. The pool was dirty and the hot tub didn’t work. Parking is limited & the breakfast is a joke.

This was the fastest check in and check out I have ever experienced. Everything was fine during checking in but when I went to my room and started to unpack my son opened one of the dresser drawer and was yelling “ mom there are roaches look” indeed there were. I put all my stuff in the bags and left right away. I went to see the manager and he said that he wasn’t aware 😡 . He stated that probably someone put them there😡😡😡he refused to refunded my first night . I told him I wasn’t take them home. I took my receipt and left. Please ! Don’t go.

The hotel was clean. There were many breakfast options available. My only issues were the bed being hard and lumpy. And the shower head was so low it was level with my chest. But it was clean and that is where it really counts!!!

The room they gave us was musty, smelled bad, water from shower smelled bad, the shower did not work. There was spatter all over room on walls. mold on the lamp shades. MOLD on the ac unit vents. I will never stay here again. its absolutely disgusting.

Not a good experience. First room neighbors were loud, room was dirty and the ceiling leaked in the shower all night. Moved to a different room for the second night. Room was a little better but one of the beds had blood stains on the sheets. Shower barely spit out water, the shower head was so crusted with calcification. Baseboards are filthy, made the mistake of moving the nightstand to plug in my phone doesn’t look like anyone ever cleaned behind it. The side of the tub was crusted with what looked like vomit next to the toilet. Toilets in both rooms continuously ran. Glad to leave, would not ever stay there again. I’m not a stranger to budget friendly motels but this was one of the worst I’ve ever seen.

Probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Bathroom walls were covered in urine. Food and stains all over the floors and other walls. In the morning we found a dead roach on the counter that wasn't there the night before. It had likely gotten into a roach trap and made it's way there to die. Pillow cover had holes from cigarette burns. Everything was covered in dust and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Truly a 0 star stay.

This hotel is nothing flashy, but rooms were clean & bug free which is a huge plus! When I checked in @ the front desk the man said my booking was for a smoking room so I immediately requested to be changed to a non-smoking room and he was able to accommodate without any problem or change in rate, which was nice. They have a small breakfast area in the lobby which looked to have waffles, juice, coffee, pastries, & a couple fruit options but we didn't have time to sit down and eat as we were leaving early the next morning. There was nobody at the front desk or in the breakfast lobby to formerly check out with when I went in at 8 a.m. so I just left my key in the "checkout" box and left.

I would not book here again for the simple fact that the rooms look and felt dirty. The pictures on the website are very well edited. I personally would rather book at another hotel next time. It just reminds you of a dirty motel 6.

Beds are ok. Pillows are ok. Took several hrs to cool off room because they donr have AC on when you arrive. No microwaves in room. But they are pet friendly and close to alot.

Greeted quickly and cheerfully. Lobby/breakfast area was very clean and bright Made extra effort to move us to a room which gave me better access to move my dog in and out without disturbing other guests. Shower was great lots of hot water. Winter so we did not use the pool area. Only request would have been to have more than one coffee packet in the room.

I checked in after midnight so I had to check in at a door outside instead of the lobby. I rang a buzzer 3 times and no one came. I kept checking behind myself because I didn’t feel safe outside alone with my purse waiting and waiting for a staff member to check me in. I finally called the hotel to tell a staff member that I was waiting outside to check in. That staff member came through the door that I could see from the window I was standing at! I’m not sure why they couldn’t hear the bell! The room was DISGUSTING!!!!! The carpet was stained, the wall was stained and scratched up, the towels were stained, food was spilled down a nightstand and onto the carpet, there was a dead fly stuck to the mirror, the sheets were stained, etc. “Breakfast” included cereal, pre-sliced bagels, spotty bananas, and little Debbie pinwheels and honey buns. Stay far away from this DUMP.

The room smelled good as soon as we entered. The bathroom was very clean. The sheets smelled good and the bed and pillows were comfy. We stayed here on our way home from taking our boat for a spin at canyon lake. They offered extra parking for our boat. Service was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was good too! We had a great stay.

There was really no major issues with the room. The sink was clogged a bit, but I had never seen anyone to tell after we checked in. They claimed that the pool closed at 9, but there were children screaming and playing until at least 11. The continental breakfast was pretty good though. They had the basics. The waffles were great.

Great service at check in , good clean room and property of Value Inn , Breakfast was standard fare, pastry, juice, waffles, but you want a deal ? on 46 heading to35 {1/4 mile or so}on the left there is a Taqueria $5 Breakfast that can not be beaten. Easy access to interstate 35 would stay again

positives-breakfast was modest but ok. room was clean. a/c effective and quiet. shower stream real nice. room was quiet. negatives-furniture a bit dated. towels thin and non-absorbent. couple minor repairs needed.
