It was extremely terrible they said they were puting me in a new room that had been completely redone they only thing i seen was maybe the carpet the beds are hard has a rock no water in the pool pull the blankets out and covered in dirt and bugs the shower curtain looks like old bed bug marks theres a big whole under the bathroom sink smelled like mold the whole time the fridge was hot didnt work the rv was in and out it was a extremely terrible experience never will i recommend that place or stay it was a wait of money the elevator didnt even work

I really enjoyed my stay at Ambassadors Inn. The room was nice a the bed was comfy. Hot shower 🚿😁 and Air conditioner got the room very cool. Big refrigerator and good microwave. No breakfast though. Staff was super friendly. Close to Virginia Beach. (5 min) Drive.

The key for the room wasn’t working every time I had to take it to the front desk to reset it The floor at the pool had mold and that wasn’t safe or the cleanses but the pool was great it will be good if they do an update to the rooms the bathrooms curtains need replacement asap

This property was close to our destination. The staff was not friendly they only cleaned our room and provided towels one day of our 3 nights. When I called the front desk he advised if I wanted towels i would need to go the the office and request ugg. The internet showed blow dryers and there wasnt any. I had go purchase one. The whole stay was aweful.

Except for the bed and floor, the Front door had to be fixed; bathtub stained, tiles need to be replaced and shower curtain had some mold; leaky faucets on both sink and bathtub; the hair dryer(!) was old and broken. But -- Management was quick in fixing front door and console door; they replaced the shower curtain.

I stayed here multiple times and always had a problem. From the key not working, to TV not working, to literally not having a handle on the shower, to the room being dirty (hair and a used floss pick in the bathroom). I stayed because I was familiar with it and the area in relation to my trip. The lobby doesn't even open until 9am, and that's where the ice machine is.

Absolutely horrendous experience. The room was filthy, with dirt everywhere, and there were bugs crawling around. It felt like the room hadn’t been opened in ages – there was a strong, musty moisture smell, and it was suffocating. The pool was disgusting, with grime all over it, and the view was a complete disaster – just trash everywhere. This place was a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away!!! I am extremely disappointed with Expedia’s customer service. I reached out for help during my stay at that terrible hotel, but they were unable to resolve the issues or offer any assistance. Their lack of support left me frustrated and upset, and I feel like they didn’t care about my experience at all

We checked in between 5:30pmand 5:40 and checked out at 11:36pm. After a long day at the beach, we had a 3-hour drive back home. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies, including bleach and air fresheners for the car, as well as some blankets to get comfortable enough to sleep. Unfortunately, we started noticing roaches everywhere, which prompted us to pack our things and head to the front desk to explain what we encountered and what we could do about it. The staff advised us to either stay or go home. I was in shock, so we chose to leave. Additionally, we had two rooms: one for my husband, son, and me, and another for my mother-in-law, who discovered roaches in her bed and refrigerator. This was the most disrespectful place I have ever stayed in, and I couldn't believe it was real. I wish it had been a dream, but unfortunately, it was not.

I’ve stayed here more times than I can count. This was the worst experience. The toilet seat was up and there was pee on the bowl. And a roach in the toilet. It looked like the bathroom door had vomit splatter, and I was given the wrong wifi password. (I was too lazy to call down for the right one.)

Towels were gross. Went and bought some from the store. Hair in bathroom tub and sink. Not vacuumed. The list could go on. My "favorite" was the hand written sign they re open at 9a while check out was 10a. I slid the keys through the door at 6a.

The room & bathroom size were HUGE for the price range. However there ants crawling around the sink/vanity, there was no hot water, the drainage of the sink was horrible, and there were holes in the bathroom ceiling. The staff was friendly & helpful and the property was safe. Would use again but with lower expectations.

Hotel was great. Pool was great. You could throw a rock across the street and hit the convention center. And 3 block walk to the beach My only complaint would be the fighter jets that are landing at the base fly right over. A they are landing so they are extra low and extra loud. But nothing against the hotel. They can’t help that.

The property manager Mohammad was the best part of our stay. He was kind, empathetic and he went above and beyond to improve our experience. The first room was infested with mold and reeked of it. The entry door did not stay shut. When I asked for a refund so I could stay somewhere else, the owner took my room keys back and refused to give me a refund. The initial paperwork I signed stated that you have 30 minutes to ask for refund… I was back within five minutes! He was not accommodating at all and laughed at me when I told him about the condition of the first room. Next, he told Mohammad to show me two other rooms. One was acceptable. The sheets had holes in them, the bathroom was dirty. There was hair from another guest on the floor and in the shower/tub. There was trash and. The floor at the head of the bed! There was no microwave or refrigerator. No pictures on the walls, it was terrible. Mohammed offered to bring me a refrigerator and a microwave and I accepted on the second day of the day. As far as I’m concerned, Mohamad gets five stars, but the rest of the place was a total dump. Not even worthy of one star.

The lady in charge is so kind and sweet. 1st we got a room in the 1st floor next to a person who had very loud music and they were smoking, the smoke was notable in the room thay we got so we asked to be changed and the lady right away made all the arrarrangements.

Great place for the price they go for. Lady at the front desk was really nice and got my room an hour before my actual check in time. Would definitely recommend to anyone not wanting to pay expensive ocean view rooms. Beach is like 15 minutes walking.
