the fire pit would have been my favorite feature although we couldn't use it because there was a group out there sitting side by side and there wasn't enough room. it would have been nice if there was another one that wasn't up against the fence so more people could have enjoyed it.

While the hotel isn't in any walkable distance to the wineries everything is close. We stayed to experience the hot air balloon festival. The staff was all kind and hard working. Great breakfast. Super clean pool. Room was comfortable and clean. We thought it was a great value for what we paid.

Hot tub did not function properly. Pool water very murky. The "Bar" is not operational. Noticed a lot of minor maintenance items that need to be addressed. (Ripped hallway carpet, stairway door insulation half falling off, etc.) However it was reasonably priced.

Not sure why this hotel thinks they should be able to say they have a pool and a bar. Those things are physically there but not operational. I usually don't pick Comfort Inns to stay at and now I know why. The only redeeming factor is that it has a nice outside patio area

Very happy with our short stay here. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel like this. Nice indoor pool and spa. Friendly and helpful staff.

Plenty of places to take your dog outside. They even have a water bowl in the main lobby and hand out milk bones and potty bags as needed! The staff were accompdating and very nice!

The gym was dirty, didn't have any water and the treadmill was broken. Definitely not what it looked like in the pictures! Otherwise, we had a nice stay and it was clean and inviting. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

Very clean, good breakfast, great staff. Our only disappointment was pool & hot tub being closed on the Sunday when we arrived. Opened next day but pool was too cold to enjoy.

A bug was found on the bed as well as a dirty sock in the bathroom. Like the room had not been cleaned. My daughter took a couple of our volleyball kids to stay there and did not complain at the time. Super disappointed.

For $320 I expect a CLEAN room, that looks and smells clean. The Chair and ottoman were filthy dirty and had a huge obvious stain. The remote was disgusting, and had food on it, had to disinfect it myself. Fridge was dirty with spills. The shower had mildew. For a weekend getaway I was soo disappointed. Left a note to front staff and in the room. Hope someone takes the initiative to really clean the room for the next guests

Nice staff, breakfast was good, room was clean for the most part with exception of the bathroom. There was lots of black hair all over the floor and especially along the baseboards. The phone charger (USB) in the room didn’t work.

Beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable, room was quiet, but carpeting and upholstery were stained and old, as was the mattress in the pull-out couch, to the point of not wanting to sit in the chairs or lie on the mattress. I have stayed here before, and had a wonderful experience, decided to stay again, as I would be frequenting this area often in the next four years. Check in staff was super friendly, and a tentative, we get to our room and it’s super hot and it’s apparent their conditioning doesn’t work, we can move to a new room and after 15 minutes of turning on the air conditioning unit it stops working. We checked in late so we were super tired from driving and just said enough to us for another room at this point but it would’ve been nice to sleep comfortably in a cool room .

I spent more than 3 hours trying to find a local channel on the TV. No locals to be found. Otherwise everything was ok. I work outside and wanted the news and weather. Let's see how the breakfast is in the morning.

They changed my reservation upon arrival without any explanation. Furniture was badly stained, curtains were stained and had been slashed, TV way outdated so basically useless. Mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable. Not what I expect when paying over $200 a night

Charge on the credit card is a nightmare. Still not settled. Manager told my friend it could take 5 days. Staff didn’t response very well to request for more towels and Kleenex. Got SOME towels no Kleenex. The girl at the front desk even wrote it down when I was standing there in front of her.

Check in was not pleasant. Desk clerk said our room wasn’t ready and check in was at 4 (we arrived at 2:10) even though the sign there said 3. After prompting on my part she called housekeeping and was told the room was ready. No cheerful greeting, no thank for being a Gold member. The TV did not work, called front desk 2x and no answer. Disappointing.

Had a fantastic experience at the hotel with special thanks to Tony and the general manager. Due to the time difference from where we came from, my 3 young children were wide awake by 4am and I was doing my best to keep them entertained and quiet for the other guests, when Tony offered to open up the breakfast hall so we could sit somewhere other than the lobby. He turned on cartoons, brought out coloring supplies, and even some small snacks. Really appreciate everyone going above and beyond. I had no expectation of these extra accommodations so it really stuck with me. Thank you, Comfort Inn! We'll be back for sure.

This was probably one of the craziest experiences checking into a hotel, the person checking me in did not know how to check in and got frustrated and started cussing and calling other employees that were not on site to ask how to check somebody in and then said they were gonna quit and walk off the job and just leave the place unattended, I finally got checked into my room and then got a call to come back and finish paperwork up, when I went back, there was no paperwork to finish up, there was no towels in the room. It was what seemed like a very sketchy operation.

The hotel is just off WA12 and close to Downtown Walla Walla and the Whitman College campus. It is clean and staffed by friendly people who are knowledgeable about the amenities of the facility and also about the region. We found it comfortable and an excellent value.

Big clean quiet and comfortable rooms. Not walking distance on such a hot night but east access road to everything. There is a pay along the canal that is about a 20” walk to the middle of downtown. We we’re pulling a raft so parking was east there.

Front desk manager was kind and helpful and we loved the hot tub! Great lawn out back for our dog, and view of the fish ladder and distant mountains. Easy to get to everything downtown.

Our room stay was basic with 2 queen beds, clean and comfortable, especially nice with the view of the river on the back side of the hotel. Breakfast was the usual simple fare; I'm glad we brought a box of extras to keep us happy. The staff were kind to offer my husband some medication that was needed when stores were closed on Thanksgiving Day. We were grateful!

It’s just an ok place to stay for a night. The bathroom has no counter to put anything. No towels in the bathroom. The pool and hot tub fit only 2 people. Breakfast has no fruits.
