The worst stay ever. The couch bed was all springs no matress foam. My kids couldn't sleep on it and the hotel couldn't accommodate us with a cot or another couch. My kids slept on the floor with exta covers. The pool was small and didn't work. They never came to clean the room nor did they give extra rags and towels. The bathroom is small and the toilet is low on the floor. The covers was used and old. This place isnt a Marriott its garbage.

On arrival we had no wifi service, TV. Billing services were down Thank god there was aor conditioning and a great front staff. This is not what i expect as a marriott reward member. I would expect contact from corporate.

The pool was disgusting, flocks of hair where floating in the pool , and the water was not clear either , after i noticed all this and turned around , no swimming at this visit . Room was okay ,staff okay ,no coffee station visable in the morning at the lobby , lucky there is a coffee shop nextdoor

The room was ok - but the carpet definitely was not vacuumed. Did not find remote to TV until we left, a new one was given to us and we returned it at the desk. Bistro was never open. We went down at check out (10am) and it was already closed.

This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel and the first time was perfect. The second time the refrigerator in my daughters room had a pizza in it and yogurt left over, so clearly they didn’t clean the room properly. We decided to give them another chance this year. This time unfortunately, I requested a room for 3 people and they arranged the room for 2 people leaving my daughter sleeping on the sofa-bed with no sheets nor blankets. Also the body soap in the bathroom was empty and they ended the breakfast a half hour before without notifying us. It is a very nice and clean hotel but it’s unfortunate that I was unable to have a good time these last 2 visits.

House keeping is horrible. They took the dirty towels and put them with the clean ones. Didn’t even bother to clean one of the rooms; spill in bathroom was not cleaned and they left the dirty glasses and ice bucket in the room, didn’t bother to change or clean.

My family and I stayed here many times before. This property has significantly declined. No housekeeping over 4 days. Even when we asked for fresh clean towels... nothing. We asked for tissues.. nothing. We will never stay again

The bathroom shower wasn’t well cleaned, had hair from the previous person. Also i found a big toes nail clipping on the carpet next to the bed. Please vacuum before letting someone else check into the room. Overall it’s a nice hotel.

In my bathroom their was hair above the door. When taking a shower the bottom was extremely slippery that caused me to slip and fall and their was an open corona beer bottle kicked or hidden beneath the side of the single chair.

This was a disastrous night! First, the entire room vibrated, and I mean the floor, the walls, the couch and the bed. Made sleeping nearly impossible! Second, the shower drain had clearly NOT been cleaned in a very long time... hair, mold, soap scrum. Needless to say, I did not sleep AND did not take a shower!

Wow..this is a great place. The room is huge. The televise is huge. The only that isn't is the bathroom but at least it is a walk in shower. They gave us water bottles when we checked in and there were also two in our. Why don't more hotels do this? There is a 7-11 and Dunkin Donuts on either side of the hotel. Bonus: using my Expedia points the room only cost us $7

This hotel is very convenient to the highway. Our room was clean and spacious. Although, the bathroom is quite tiny. Our bed was hard as a rock. If you like that, you will be quite happy. For me, it was just simply too hard for me to sleep comfortably. Since I have back issues, this was a problem for me.

Stayed here for a visit to University of Albany. Location cannot be beat - directly across from the school. Adjacent to a Dunkin' which is a huge bonus for me. Only downside is our room was right along Rt 90 - so lots of auto noise.

This is my go to hotel to come to when I’m in Albany. It’s close to everything and in a nice area. The only thing I didn’t like this time was my room. The room overall is spacious and nice. But the rug in the room had an old smell. The tv kept turning off and on by itself. And the ac also appeared to be on eco mode and often turned off during the night and I couldn’t change the settings. I would still come here as the other times I had excellent rooms.

They have whittled away amenities. No bottles of water, no more plastic cup in the bathroom…. The water pressure is a tickle, they have no usb ports and the outlets are so broken the plugs fall out - and the lights are dim and things take forever to charge because they have throttled the electricity. It is clean, the rooms are a little worn but serviceable. It is the decent place to stay for work but not where you want to go on vacation.

After traveling 480 miles celebrating our 11th Anniversary The facility did not have proper dining for our dinner. There was not adequate spacing in the bathroom you couldn't even close the door to use the bathroom properly, and to make makers worse the facility had NO HOT WATER after I discovered there was NO HOT WATER 2 staff members came to our room. Verifying that there was NO HOT WATER upon speaking to another manager. He did not want to address the issue because he felt it should be addressed by booked 3 party Expedia The Marriott, Courtyard, should regularly check their facility before renting there rooms out. It is not our place to go in and pay full price for a room and then discover that we're being taken advantage of as seniors. The manager who's name was Mark did not want to discuss the issue with me. And then made a statement.do you have water problems at your own house, which was totally out of character.

Took 20 minutes to check in . They tried to give me a room with a broken dead bolt until I asked for a new room. I asked the front desk if they had any water , the answer was no . The area around the hotel is dirty and filthy and you can hear all the traffic on the 90. Stay anywhere else

We paid for a room with two queen beds for 3 guest. We we arrived late in the evening after a long day of driving. Our room only had two towels for three guest. We called the front desk and was told that we had to wait 30 minutes for another towel. On top of this, we were told we had to go to the front desk for it. This was unacceptable since it was after 8pm. The staff should have brought this to the room since we weren't asking for anything extra.

We picked this hotel based on location and the inclusion of breakfast. We had to leave early and wanted to get a bite before hitting the road. Imagine our disappointment when we went to breakfast and it was not being served, not even coffee! The indifferent person at the front desk said “oh well, there person didn’t show up; yawn”. I was extremely irritated and will reconsider where I stay next time. The hallways were rather cluttered.

I liked that the room was clean and the hotel is really quiet, I didn’t like the front desk staff specifically the manager. He was rude and did not seem to want to give us a room that we paid for in advance just because my boyfriend is 20 despite me being 21. They were rude, dismissive, and not helpful. He even told us at one point he wouldn’t give us the room for no reason, but we full ended up getting it when he realized he couldn’t deny us without a valid reason.

Room was clean, staff very nice, beds comfortable. I was just surprised at being a top scale name of motels, that it did not offer any anemities at all. No complementary coffee any place, no complimentary breakfast. I was very surprised that we had to pay for these things at a connected bistro inside the lobby.

Nice, clean modern place. No breakfast included, but you can get an egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich and fruit cup for $10 - they also have oatmeal and bagels for a charge. Also, Dunkin is right next door. Housekeeping was great, and i like the big window with view of the university.
