You need to be driving to stay here. There's nothing much around the area. Rooms were comfortable, swimming pool was out of service. A bit of a drive to Disneyland Paris and Val de Europe Shopping Centre.

Rooms were clean, and the staff very friendly. Had challenges charging my electric car, as 4 out of the 6 chargers weren’t working. Tye big disappointment though was the lack of variety in the menu at the restaurant. Considering it’s next to Disneyland, surely someone could have put proper thought into the kids menu, not to mention it’s France.

Went for a trip to Disneyland Paris with the family. Picked this hotel which was above average rates due to the swimming pool and eating. Very disappointed with the whole experience. We knew it was a seasonal pool, however the pool was under reburb. Kids were really disappointed. The service was rubbish. The hotel ran out of milk (room ones) and we're not re stocking until Monday when we were due to my leave. We requested a few things through room service and we're left hanging. Such a shame when the infrastructure is actually nice.

Excellent location, especially because we were going to Disneyland. Breakfast was delicious. The garden with the swimming pool, playground for kids and mini golf creates an holiday atmosphere. Rooms are clean. I definitely recommend it!

The hotel was very clean, rooms were well equipped, comfortable beds and the fact that the sofa bed folded out into two single beds was ideal for travelling with children. The bar was small and very busy, the breakfast was fine. The only issues we had were that the room was extremely hot and no amount of fiddling with the room thermostat helped. The sink in our bathroom also struggled to drain. Easy drive to Disneyland and plenty of places near by to eat (both restaurants and fast food) including some that are walkable.

This was by far the worst hotel we’ve ever lived on during a trip.. rooms smelled very bad ventilation, dirty rooms also the rooms were causing bad reactions for me and the baby. We couldn’t bread so we asked to switch room. Even tho they switched to the room beside the one we had, my eyes kept gettin swollen causing my asthma also got very bad. We suspect it’s mold or something that made us sick during our 4 days at the hotel. My body got rashes from the bed Aswel . Me and my son’s symptoms vanished when we got outside but when we get in again it’s really bad.

Das Novotel Marne la Valle war das 3. von 3 Novotels auf unserer Rundreise. Es gibt genug Parkplätze und die Lobby ist schön, so dass man denkt, dass die Zimmer es dann wohl auch sind. Fehlanzeige. Wir haben anscheinend das schlimmste Zimmer im ganzen Haus erhalten, ich kann mir zumindest nicht vorstellen, dass es noch schlimmer geht. Unser Zimmer lag neben irgendwelchen Rohren, so dass wir durchgehend jeden hörten der auf Toilette war und spülte (auch Nachts)! Das Zimmer selbst war dreckig, was wir ja jetzt von den Novotels gewohnt waren. Meine beiden Kinder hatten komplett schwarze Knie und Kleidung vom krabbeln auf dem Teppich. Flecken überall an den Wänden und auf dem Teppich. Das Schlafsofa ist eine Zumutung. Ich habe erstmal alle Oberflächen gereinigt, weil klebrig und schmutzig! Das Badezimmer war eine Katastrophe. So stelle ich mir Badezimmer im Gefängnis vor. Ekelhafte Dusche, alles verdreckt, 2 Handtücher für 4 Leute!! Das ist aller höchstens Hostel Standard, kein 4 Sterne Standard! Wir werden auf unseren nächsten Reisen die Novotels meiden. Sie sind das Geld einfach nicht Wert. Positiv war, dass wir nur 12 min brauchten um zum Disneyland zu fahren. That‘s it!

Lovely hotel.. rooms are pretty small once sofa beds open up.. there was no shower gels I did request this and was told someone was going to get some but never did. Staff was almost non existent. Lifts took forever need more than one. Never saw what was around the area but seemed like was in middle of no where and no free shuttle into Disneyland paris park

We were able to check in easily. Staff were friendly. As soon as we got in to the rooms, the AC were not working for all three rooms and we were told no other rooms were available. We were given fans instead. Next day we realised the rooms and toilets were covered with ants. We were able to change one room that had the most ants but had to keep the other two

Het is enorm warm in de kamer. De airco heeft een vast ingestelde temperatuur, afhankelijk van het seizoen. De airco heeft heel de dag warme lucht geblazen, waardoor bij aankomst de kamer een sauna leek. Dit slaapt niet lekker….Helaas niet de eerste keer en dit is een beleidskeuze van het hotel. Wij zijn al meer dan 20 keer in dit hotel geweest, maar we gaan nu toch verder kijken

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits cette fois-ci, la chambre donnée pour la première nuit était acceptable mais vieillissait. Cependant, à notre retour le soir, la chambre n'était pas faite même si nous avons spécifiquement informé la réception le matin. En fin de compte, nous avons eu de la chance que l'hôtel ne soit pas complet et nous avons reçu une autre « chambre surclassée/rénovée » pour la 2e nuit. L'hôtel pourrait améliorer la gestion de l'entretien ménager.

There was building work going on and steps up to the entrance which were difficult with dogs and luggage. No luggage trolleys available because of the steps. Our room was on the ground floor which was great but everyone walked straight past our window to get to the pool/bar/ restaurant. We had to keep the shutters down for the whole time we were there.

The hotel was okay, nothing too special. The room we were in, was in the add on section of the main hotel and was rather dreary, nothing like the photos advertised. It was comfortable and clean but just quite dated and basic. The main hotel photos were a little deceiving too, as it’s just one small section that’s aesthetically pleasing.

Pour toutes nos précédentes réservations RAS. Pour celle-ci. Accueil très froid... De plus, nous avions demandé, deux lits bébés qui n'étaient finalement pas dans la chambre. La réceptionniste nous indique qu'elle fait le nécessaire... au bout de deux heures toujours rien. Finalement, nous devons relancer et aller avec elle pour prendre les lits et les amener jusqu'à la chambre…

Nous avons séjourné dans cette hôtel, février 2024, nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants, pour une seule serviette de bain pour 4 dans la salle de bain !!!! Nous avons essayé de contacter l’hôtel par téléphone, avec le téléphone de l’hôtel, mais celui-ci était hors hors service, je décide donc de prendre mon téléphone personnel pour les appeler, mais là aussi leur téléphone fixe ne fonctionne pas !!! Je tombe donc sur un personnel à l’étage à qui je dis que nous avons seulement une serviette pour quatre personnes pour pouvoir prendre nos douche, celui-ci me dit qu’il va en informer quelqu’un, après une heure d’attente, nous n’avons toujours pas eu de serviette pour s’essuyer. Nous avons donc dû nous essuyer quatre personnes avec la même serviette. Je pense que les étoiles sont à revoir sur cet hôtel, et que c’est pas parce que l’hôtel est un NOVOTEL que cela veut dire que tout va bien se passer, il faut sélectionner du personnel à la hauteur du nom que vous portez !
