The hotel is near the beautiful back waters of Kochi, great trip there . A bit far away from Fort Kochi, but easily reachable with the car and driver service offered by the hotel . Very nice gardens and swimming pool

Only food is good, proeprty is pretty old and need to be refurbished. During my stay out of 3 small lifts only 2 worked. You need to be standing in the bath tub for normal bath also, definitely a problem for senior people. Would not recommend.

Grounds are beautiful and plenty of area to walk. Occasionally power outages would reset the air conditioning system and I needed to put in the temperature again which was inconvenient during the night. The outage would also blow the fuse so the lights would not turn on. The staff was quick to fix the issue.Service was excellent.

When in Kochi we always stay at Le-Meridien. The hotel has a real character. The staff are excellent. The food is delicious. We love the breakfast buffet at this hotel. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. We usually stay in the club room which has a good size balcony. The club room also gives us access to free drinks and buffet during happy hours in the evening. All in all, this is a wonderful hotel to stay in. We will continue to go back there.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful - you would not think you‘re in the middle of a city. The pool is great for kids, not ideal for adults as it is rather shallow. Food in restaurants is absolutely excellent, both in terms of quality of ingredients and preparation. Prices at restaurants are quite reasonable. Staff is nothing short of amazing - they treat you like family. This was my second visit to the hotel (the first was so impressive) and I will be back. Only wish: that there was an ATM in the hotel.

Had a nice stay at the meridian. Was there on a business trip. The club rooms are nice with a balcony attached. My room was comfortable with everything that’s needed for a good stay. The club Lounge although nice, has limited selection of alcohol. The food and service were good though. The multi cuisine restaurant - latest recipe is good and so is the bar. Special mention for the hosted Sangi at the latest recipe. She remembered my room number despite the hotel being almost 100% occupied. Forever smiling and always helpful, she made the dining experience pleasant. Overall I had a nice stay. Look forward to returning.

It's a beautiful hotel. Service/staff was on par. The major drawback though, which I mentioned to the front desk at checkout, is the dilapidated condition of the bathroom in the room assigned to us. It was clean and spacious, but that's as far as it goes. The shower surroundings needed updating, caulk around was stained and falling apart. For the stars allotted to the hotel and price of rooms, the bathrooms definitely need to be renovated and upkept to look neat/new.

Don’t want your money. This property is being false advertised. May be when it first started it was a 5 star. Today I wouldn’t give it 5 star looking at the room condition. The rooms is not cleaned probably and they are not up keeping with maintaining around the room and property. I think the staff is wonderful but the property itself isn’t and so I am very disappointed with my stay. I check out after a day because I couldn’t stay in a dirty room.

The hotel was nice, clean and offered many services. My only complaint is the charge on my laundry. We asked to have one medium sized bag of laundry to be done. We were not provided the cost until after it was completed only to find out that the cost was more than we paid for a one night stay.

Not a good experience as the front office was not warm or welcoming. For checkin, i emailed the hotel about 3 people in room and to keep one extra towel, coffee mug etc to keep in room but it was IGNORED! The room looks old and dinner was disappointing. The North Indian dishes were good but western and Asian not done well. There was not NO disturb sign outside or no way to display that. The sleep quality poor. The light from the bed switches is too bright and it disturbs the sleep. It is really not good at all. Even the checkout process took lot of time.

I never ever share any bad review abt any hotel in my life. But this hotel owner should strictly pay attention to the condition of this hotel…. There is great shortage of staff there….. Guest don’t feel a vibe of welcoming there…… I would never recommend this hotel to anyone….

Probably the best 5* experience hotel encounter in 25 years of traveling, very gracious and amazing service and customer care . Food , quality and staff were beyond call of duty . Im planning to go next year to the same hotel again.

Le Meridian Kochi is a gem of a hotel in Kochi. I stayed with my parents and my sister at the hotel for a week. We were touched by the hospitality and how wonderful the services were. The two restaurants in the hotel offered delicious menu options. The breakfast buffet was great with so many options to choose from. My toddler nephew enjoyed the kid friendly activities offered by the hotel. We would go back for more family staycations with Le-meridian.
