my partner and i were very impressed by how quiet it was on the executive floor. the buffet was unlike any other buffet we have ever experienced. our room was clean. we felt very safe. the staff was so friendly and accommodating. we went for massages 2 days in a row. we really enjoyed our stay and had an incredible time.

Food - exceptional just very large portions when ordering in both restaurants. Hotel - exceptional just very loud in the reception and restaurants due to overly loud music making it very difficult to hold conversations or hear the hotel staff. Lovely flautist during breakfast and good facilities. Room cleaning service wonderful.

Arrived at airport to be collected for our stay, easy check in by reception Ate at Cassava twice and food was excellent maybe a little expensive Stayed here not long after it opened but no alcohol licence made me move on! This has now been rectified and Will certainly make this my new home in Cochin

Just returned after a 3 nights very memorable stay at Marriott Kochi. Lovely spacious room, immaculately clean bath and toilet. Great breakfast and dinner spread at their restaurant Kochi Kitchen. The hotel was maintained very well and the staff provided top notch service at all levels. Right from Parth at the front desk who checked us in and went above and beyond accommodating all our requests to Rose and Aswathy who helped us with checkout. The staff at the restaurant at the lobby (Abhishek and Masud- I hope I got their names right) and the maestro bartender at the poolside bar. If I had one qualm, it would be the door stoppers in two of our rooms were broken and were rolling around the floor by the front door. Minor detail however. I definitely look forward to staying here in my future travels.

One of the best stays I have ever had. The staff were excellent, from the moment We got picked up from the airport. To the checkin and every meal I had in the hotel. It was absolutely amazing. Front Office staff were so nice and friendly, They always greet you with a smile and trust me, it is very refreshing. The security staff and the concierge staff is always there to help you. Whatever you may need they will go out of their way to help you. Food is absolutely amazing, and the spread is excellent. Food tastes authentic and no flavor is over powering the other. Just a heads up, meal times could get the restaurant staff running an uphill marathon, so patience is important if you ordered anything. But its worth every minute, dollar and rupee. I highly recomment Kochi Marriot and definitely not my last stay here.

Staff and service were excellent. We were celebrating our silver jubilee anniversary when we stayed at this hotel and they made our stay more special by decorating our room. They also provided complimentary cake. Food at the restaurant was also delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

We wanted to stay for another week, called down to the front desk, was told the will call us back with details. Gave staff 45 minutes and writer called again. Writer was told to expect a call back within a few minutes. Writer waited until 12:25 Am, no call back. I’ve stayed at this property numerous times per year. We checked out and went to another property. Marriott dropped the ball, big time!!!

The service at this hotel was outstanding! The front desk staff and the restaurant staff went out of their way to greet you and take care of your needs. One restaurant manage even took me around the breakfast buffet to explain all of the Indian choices available for breakfast. The food, by the way, was delicious!

Excellent hotel. Conveniently located near Lulu Mall and the Kochi Metro Edapally stop. Had a great experience here. Great rooms, great breakfast menu, hotel looks splendid and staff were courteous and friendly. Staff provided excellent customer service. This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at and I will definitely stay again in the future. Special thanks to the following hotel staff for making our stay wonderful: Swetha, Achu, Rachel, Linsa, Siljo, Rahul, Daniel and a few others whose names I did not catch. If any criticism can be given, the only problem I can see is that the taste of the meat items in the dinner menu can be improved. For instance, I had dinner there one day and the beef curry was not great.

I booked two rooms for my two teenage boys and I and the other room for my parents and my two nieces. We had such a great time. Food was unbelievable and I was able to eat a lot of traditional Kerala food after a very long time. I was so surprised to see the different types of food they had. Kochi kitchen was excellent where I ate three daysand I experienced Cassava restaurant once. Lulu mall is just 2 minutes away you can walk or they have buggy Services to take you there.
