TAMARIJN ARUBA ALL INCLUSIVE

A lot of construction going on in multiple areas. Woken up everyday of trip due to loud construction noises and yelling outside doors by staff at early morning hours. Overall the property was nice but there were a lot of negatives to our stay.

This hotel and its staff were amazing. Very welcoming. The beach was stunning. 10/10 The only thing I’d point out was the construction going on in the both lobbies and all around the hotels.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Everything was wonderful... clean and very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast with lots of options, and the restaurants that required reservations also had a very good menu and catered to my food intolerances. The beach around the rooms is not really good for swimming, due to the rocks, but after a few minutes of walking we were at the Divi and could enjoy all the facilities with chairs, palapas, food, etc. And the beach was wonderful. When we were feeling lazy, we could easily take the shuttle that runs between the two hotels. I saw some negative reviews before traveling and was worried, but I can only make positive comments about our time. We loved it and will definitely be back in the future.

Only disappointed with late nite pick up by carts back and forth Also the fact that you always have to go to Divi for dinner buffet. But otherwise it was great

Beach at the Divi resort is amazingly beautiful. Sunset are beautiful. Food is basic. No drinks/waiters service on the beach. No room service. No mini bar in the room. No bottle water. Bed is horrible/uncomfortable. For the entire week we were there continuously renovations day & night. No entertainment even on the weekend. Some staff are very pleasant others acted like we were annoying them. Getting a cup of coffee/tea after breakfast on both Divi and Tamarijin are impossible. My husband and I were both disappointed. We have been to Aruba multiple times but this was our first time at Divi & Tamarijin resort.

There was a ton of construction going on upon arrival in mid September. Check in was terrible, mainly due to Rishma Singh the shift leader on 9/15. There isn’t room service nor welcome drinks. She didn’t explain wifi, didn’t offer any reservations or recommendations. Just asked if we had any questions, like yes of course we do! We’ve never been here. I booked two rooms and they separated us. The beachfront room could either be upstairs or on the bottom level. The bottom level is very rocky I loved the bar they included near the rooms as well. The rooms are updated however, could use a little bit more attention to detail. Very spacious for 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 kid. Divi is more live than Tamarijn. Love the shuttle access to each resort. Wish Divi was open for dinner for the buffet as well. Overall, I’d love to come and visit again. There is plenty of beach to lay out too. There is plenty of taxis as well waiting outside of the property.

Great vacation… Truely all-inclusive, no nickel and diming you with extra costs. Food was great, drinks were great !!! They loaned us e-bikes and snorkel gear at no extra cost!!! choice of about 10 different pools and beaches were beautiful!!!

Positives: Beautiful beach on the Divi side. All the restaurants were amazing! Le Cafe on Divi side had excellent croissants and coffe. Negatives: Construction going on with both Tamarijn and Divi side. Alcohol is NOT available until 11am. No drinks of any kind available in the room. No room service.

Resort is very nice. Still doing construction. Beach is almost non existent. Very little nighttime entertainment.

What stood out to me was the proximity to the ocean! I loved that the beach was essentially right outside of my room door and the direct view of the ocean. Also, the peace and serenity there as well as the kindness of the staff. I also loved the rock climbing wall, access to e-bikes, snorkeling and float devices, and the view of the ocean from the gym. Club Margot also had the best views and the most delicious food and service of all of the restaurants at Tamarijn. I also loved that I had unlimited access to Divi as well.

For some reason one day room was not cleaned. Called at 2:40 was told they were sending someone went to front desk at 4:30 was told maid service was finished at 4. This was my only complaint. So all in all not too bad

It’s okay. We had access to some things at Divi. Food overall is 6/10. I’d love it to have more seasoning and flavor. Drinks overall are 2/10 they’re very watered down even on excursions with different vendors. Passion fruit mocktail at Ginger Asian flavor restaurant is 10/10. Overall The staff treated the white people better. 40% of the staff all over the properties didn’t act like they expected to see black guests. They need customer service training. Towel folks at tamarijn too. Their treatment was less than. When I complained to the buffet staff about the treatment in their area, they immediately apologized, addressed it and sent complimentary items to my room. they checked on us when they saw us. Iwe appreciated that. Our room was ocean front. Liked it except for the toilet and bed. Mattress was hard and the toilet area is small. If we were fat we wouldn’t fit on the toilet. Excursions overlap so be careful choosing or you’ll end up in the same places. Overall it wasn’t a horrible 10 day stay. The shuttle guys and some cleaning staff were very nice and friendly. The vents in some areas need to be cleaned or changed they’re dirty and drip water. Buffet folks must STOP cleaning the coffee and hot water machine with their bare hands that grossed me out and I never drank from that machine again. Service from restaurant staff was excellent. It’s a mixture of hits and misses. Would I go again? Nope. The overall hospitality for us as black folks was too upsetting

The tile in the bathroom and flooring needs replacing-looks dirty in the shower. The rooms are old and outdated. The cleaning staff did a great job with cleaning and trying to make it more comfortable.

Rooms were very small and not as clean as it should have been. Dust caked up around the perimeter of the room, bedding had stains on it and shower was black/moldy looking in some areas. Staff was great overall.

This was the worst resort I have stayed! It was a construction site! The room are very out dated and the construction started early and ended late! The pool was infested with dead bugs! I don’t recommend this resort!

We were very happy with the food and the service at the restaurants. We found the service at the front desk in concierge to be disinterested at best and in some cases simply not available. The room was basic but clean, but the major issue in our area was noise. During the day, a lot of noise coming from people partying on the beach, and at night a rhythmic vibration that made it very difficult to sleep up until about 4:00 a.m.. We were located towards the West end of the resort, although we had requested the other end. We had also requested main floor because of a disability and that was also not granted. Many elements of this stay were beautiful, but for the noise reasons alone we could not recommend it

Room was very nice and plenty of space. However, due to heavy rain the rain did drip onto the headboard. Notified front desk and they took care of us immediately. Many other areas had issues as well due to the heavy rain. Act of God. Food and service was excellent. Staff went above and beyond.

The bathroom was worst set up - not sure how anyone larger than a small man could fit in it. My husband kept hitting the counter when using the toilet. They place is very out dated and getting drinks wasn't always easy. We ordered pina coladas most of our trip and it taste like a chemical was used. They also limit their pours not thinking you can see what they are doing. The Divi was the place to be and that is next to the Tamarjin but I don't believe we got our monies worth.

The views from our room were amazing. Our only complaint was the bed was super hard. The staff brought us a softer mattress cover immediately and had no issues after.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Only complaint would be the phone never working even after multiple complaints. Which meant we couldn’t call for a shuttle around the resort. Also, the loud music until 3 in the morning from the event near by

Tamarijn Aruba Review. All-inclusive but still very expensive. Tamarijn would not give us the rooms we requested many months ago. The rooms were kept clean daily. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom lights need to be brighter. The shower floor was not pitched properly and the water pooled away from the drain. The grout needs to be redone. Breakfast was rather tasteless. Lunch had variety but the deserts were ridiculously small. I ordered a tenderloin steak entree at the Italian restaurant. The tenderloin was close to an inch thick, but it was only around an inch and a half wide surrounded by 3 mushrooms. It was embarrassingly small for an entree. The deserts were also very small. Another restaurant just brought out a variety of food so all 7 of our group were just picking at what was brought out to include two deserts. This just wasted food we didn’t order or want. Barista had good coffee, pastries, and service. The alcoholic drinks were weak. The Tamarijn staff at the outdoor bar near the pool would deliberately ignore guests who were trying to order drinks except for Jorge who was a good courteous bartender. My group would often go to a different bar and pay for better drinks and better service. The gym was very good and the bathrooms there were very clean. The benches for the hand weights need to be wider and stronger for safety. Add a Protein Shake Bar at the gym. I did not appreciate being threatened that I would be charged $200 for losing the Tamarijn bracelet.

Incheckning gick relativt fort och vi lyckades få ett rum på övervåningen i byggnad 1500, som ligger ganska centralt. Stranden nedanför byggnad 1500 är stenig, vilket inte besvärade oss eftersom vi alltid gick till den underbara stranden Druif beach, som ligger mellan Tamarijn och Divi Aruba All inclusive. Tamarijn sträcker sig över ett stort område och bor man i byggnad 2500, får man visserligen en badbar strand nedanför men det blir långt till allt annat på området. Sängen var komfortabel och rummet, som var enkelt inrett, var rent och fräscht och städningen fungerade utmärkt. AC fungerade bra. Badrummet är lite smalt men har dubbelhandfat och dusch, och fungerar bra för 2 personer. Armband med All inclusive status fungerar även som digital nyckel och gör att du aldrig glömmer nyckeln. Om du föredrar låg och mer diskret byggnation vid havets kant, och inte vill bo i ett 15-våningshotell, så är Tamarijn eller Divi All inclusive helt rätt. Vi åt på alla 5 alla carte restauranger och favoriterna blev Club Margot, Red Parrot och Ginger. Frukost och lunch i buffén var jättebra, medan den på Divi har bättre utsikt, mer att välja på och har även öppet på kvällarna. Vi älskade varje minut av vår vistelse!

Our stay at this all-inclusive was very disappointing. The rooms are outdated, the furniture is worn, and the bathroom walls had peeling, cracked paint. You can also hear everything from the room next door, which made it hard to relax. The food was bland and basic, definitely not what you expect for the price. The service at Cunucu Terrace was the worst part — the staff were rude, seemed miserable, and clearly favored certain guests. We weren’t even offered water while others were, and had to wave someone down just to get drinks. There’s also no nightlife at this hotel. All the activity is at the Divi next door. Yes, we had access, but this hotel should offer its own entertainment. It’s also not ideal for a younger crowd — most guests were 40+ and the overall vibe was very quiet. Overall, we were disappointed and I do not recommend this resort.

O hotel é muito bom, a praia é excelente, as opções e qualidades das bebidas e comida também são muito boas, tem bastante lugar na praia, não tem playground para crianças e o espaço Kids é horrível, então se você for com crianças não tem muita opção. De quinta a domingo fica mais cheio e sem espaço nos restaurantes, o que é um problema pois são muito pequenos para a quantidade de gente. Alguns funcionários do restaurante cunucu são bem grossos e arrogastes, o pessoal da recepção não é dos mais prestativos e simpáticos

The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean. I love Tamrijn so much; this is my second visit in 2 months! First, I went on a solo trip to celebrate my birthday in September; now, I'm with my sister and cousin for a mini girls' trip. I love ARUBA!

We stayed for 6 nights. The property was nice. It needs some updating. It's maintained and clean though. The front desk and concierge weren't super friendly or helpful. The rest of the staff was nice and helpful though. I would like to give kudos to Jordy. He is relatively new to the resort but he was always very helpful and kind.

Our stay was incredible! The food was great and the staff was nothing but patient and kind. The rooms were always fresh and clean and even the entertain was amazing.

Yaldo’s service at the Red Parrot restaurant was outstanding.

Checking in service could be more thorough and explain things better. Overall not too bad and not too good

Location is far from town- property is mid renovations and the food is sub par. One of the restaurants kitchen stopped working. Room was far from any food or water. Beach was decent but hard to find any shade.

Beautiful views, easy access to the water, shops and dining. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nestled next to a beach of wonderful white, light sand we enjoyed a family friendly week of relaxation and feasting. Activities outside of the resort were easily organized by the concierge and we also had access to the Divi resort restaurants, pools and beach (a short walk or via a continuous golf cart service). The resort is close to the airport and also downtown.

This was our 2nd staying at this property. The room was clean. The staff was pleasant. Having direct access to beach was perfect. I would stay here again.

We had a beach front access room with a balcony. Views were amazing and room was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with the AC and front desk was able to help immediately. Parking was accessible. Food was ok, the dinner at Club Margot was probably our favorite. The location was great, 10 minutes away from Noord where the other bars and restaurants are located.

The dining reservation app was easy to use but it was difficult to get reservations at decent times. Also kinda deceiving about there being a beach at the the tamarjin. There is not a beach it's all rocks and you need to walk or take the shuttle to use the beach at the Divi all inclusive. You need to offer some type of sugar free selzers instead of all the sugary drinks. Not great choices for those trying to watch their sugar

Delicious food, friendly staff, beautiful views, and very clean!!! Club Margot, Pure Lime and Papparazzi restaurants were amazing. Great resort and island. Can’t wait to go back!!

The food at all of the restaurants was outstanding. Our room was steps away from the beach. We had no trouble finding places to sit by any of the pools on site. Service at the restaurants and bars was excellent.

My husband and I recently just got back from our honeymoon and spent 10 days in Paradise at this hotel! From the service, to the food, to the stunning beaches everything was perfect. Usually, we go to the main area by Gianni’s to eat every night in the past times we’ve went to Aruba…. But this hotel has such great dining options. We actually ended up canceling some of our reservations, purposely to eat at this hotel.. Would 100% come back

Room was clean but simple. Shower drainage was slow (likely from sand) and needed cleaning out. Tamarijn property needs buffet dinner option. At this time it is only available at Divi.

The staff and the resort was spot on. Very clean resort and courteous staff. Food was excellent. Should offer mimosas on daily basis, not just on Sundays and should have beverages included in the rooms. They should have a mini bar in the room.
