Quality Inn Lincoln Cornhusker

Our room had a broken sofa that was just sitting on the floor both sofas were stained with hair all over them. The bedding was disgusting stained we had to get them replaced and even the new ones were not clean either. The hot tub had maintenance being done on it and the pools filtration system didnt work and they were still allowing people to swim in it. The breakfast wasn't good we had to go eat out.

The pool and hot tub were cloudy, Mabey too much chlorine. the tv didn’t work. Stains on the box springs. Not friendly or helpful stuff.

The grounds around the hotel were unkept and the lobby was dark when we went to check in. The staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable. The room was stinky and the refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it. It was noisy outside and inside all night. The pool and hot tub were so hazy you couldn't see the bottom. Over all, the hotel is in bad need of a face lift. We also had a cockroach in the bathroom one night. We will not be staying here on our future trips to Lincoln.

The beds and furniture were tidy. The bathroom had been “cleaned,” but it was clearly not clean. Soap scum on the bathroom walls and the facet was dirty. The front office attendant was not friendly. We did not eat the breakfast. It was dry cereal, muffins, hard boiled eggs, etc. none of it was very appetizing. We would not return for another stay. The hot tub was also covered with boards.

Nobody at the check in. Waited for 10-15 min. Hot tub no longer exists. Pool water is an odd color- we did not get in! Room was sooo hot, even with ac down to 65. Love good shower pressure- but this shower was so hard it hurt. Also the tub took forever to drain so standing in water. Toilet had to be flushed several times for it to actually flush (and I’m not talking poo flushes!) would not recommend

Front door glass going in was filthy as was the door elevator glass. The hot tub was broken, ice cold and murky water. Breakfast was bare bones and when I went to check out they checked out the wrong room. Then when I noticed the mistake, the employee argued with me and said it was my fault.

There were a ton of ants in the bathroom on the sink and around the tub. Staff didn’t really care once I told them at check out. The pool was dirty with no working motor in it and jacuzzi had cold water in it! Would not recommend

Well the pool was completely drained of water. But there never said that upon check in or was it posted anywhere before I made the reservation. So imagine our surprise when we walked into the pool area. I would have never went there if I knew the pool was closed. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing continental about it.

Checked out as fast as we could. Terrible outside/yard upkeep of the property. Strong unpleasant smell when we walked in. Pool was dingy/cloudy and so strong of a chemical smell when I went to 'check it out' before swimming. Couldn't see the bottom or sides of the pool at all. Eyes burned when I walked in the area. Didn't stay here, requested a refund immediately and went elsewhere.

7.4 rating on Expedia? How is that possible? The entire facility smelled like “old” chlorine from the pool/hot tub area. I went to the hot tub. The water was murky. There were three steps down to enter the hot tub. The water was so cloudy I could not see my feet after stepping below the first step into the tub. Area around the pool/tub was generally dirty. One vent was missing from the ceiling. Could see the rafters and roof. Other ceiling vents were rusty and dirty. Carpet is old and smells bad. I wore white socks one evening in my room. The soles were black from dirt on the floor. I certainly wouldn’t let a child or infant play on the floor. I did not expect a handicap accessible room but the bathroom door was so narrow my wife’s regular adult wheelchair wouldn’t go through it. She had to use the men’s restroom in the common area of the facility. The women’s restroom was locked and no one would unlock it. “She can just use the men’s.” There were no paper towels in that bathroom so had to bring a towel from my room so she could wash. Handset cord on the room phone was broken. It wouldn’t attach or work. TV remote wouldn’t work but they did give me a replacement. I was in and out of the entrance maybe 12 times. I saw someone at the desk only twice. You had to use the courtesy phone or yell to get assistance. I was able to get some toothpaste from the staff. It looked like it had been years since the landscape was tended to.

Dirty. Stained beds and sheets with pee stains and who knows what else. Had to switch rooms it was ao bas and the 2nd room wasnt much better. Pay the extra 50 bucks and go somehwere else.

It was like my room wasn’t cleaned at all; the sheets we dirty and had holes. All the surfaces in the room - the mirrors, desk and microwave was covered in smudges. Paint chipping on the walls and the chair looked stained and old. Save your money and find another hotel somewhere down town

Blood stains on walls, door and mattress. Layer of dust on sitting chair. Soap scum covering the bath mat in the shower. Room smelled extremely musty. Sex worker living on the property with kids and kids are in the front entrance/parking lot throwing rocks around as people walk in (parent was with them but doing nothing about the throwing). Gentleman at front desk was lovely and great customer service at check in. However, the moment we entered the room we started looking for ANY alternative to stay in - there was no way in the world I would have laid in that bed or gone in the shower. We will be asked for full refund based on the unbelievable state of the room.

Black mold all over the bathroom ceiling

Room was extremely dirty and very smelly. Urine stains on floor and on toilet. Air conditioning didn’t work well. Would not recommend.

Electrical outlets in bathroom and table lamps so worn out that they did not touch the prongs on the power plugs. Mold growing on shower head. Takes 30 minutes for hot water in shower. Breakfast was terrible. Yogurt was very expired, waffles were like rubber when cooked. Toast was only item that was good. My daughter had issues with her electrical receptacles in her room also. They are really neglecting maintenance - didn't used to be this way. My family has stayed in this hotel for many, many years and this is the worst we have seen it. Some bath towels were stained - looked like car grease residue.

Nothing was clean, dirty sheets, towels, Walls… would not recommend this place

I was not happy to find black hair in the tub. Neither my spouse nor I have black hair. There was only one envelope of coffee and one wrapped coffee cup. The other cup was neither sealed nor clean. Those things alone are enough for me to rate below ok?

Overall, the facility is dirty. Unkept. Outdated. Pool not kept up, extremely cloudy looks gross. Sloppy construction. Non-friendly staff. Trash everywhere. Rust on items. Barely hot water.

Hotel was run down

It wasn't well landscape around the property and the rooms toilet wasn't working properly and there wasn't a fire alarm in the room. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The price was good though. You get what you pay for.

Despite some renovations in rooms, the building saw better times and really needs a complete response overhaul.

Bathroom door latch was broken, couldn't shut the door tight or you almost couldn't get out. Smells like smoke.

The facility was overpowered with the smell of cleaning products and air freshener. The pull out couch in our room was all stained up. I honestly didn't want to sit on it. The ac must have needed the filter cleaned out, the air flow was VERY low. The staff was polite. The location was close to the Pinnacle Areana, but the neighborhood looked low income. The grass was overrun. The price for the night was high.

It was quiet but the bed was broke or something I slept on an angle it was annoying

The property is non-smoking but when we entered our room it smelled like smoke. The couch was very worn and looked a bit dirty. The bathroom vanity had a large piece broken off and the piece was just sitting under the vanity propped against the wall. The bathroom faucet was hard to turn on (it was a pull up model) and when we did get it to flow it leaked all over. The carpet in the room did appear to be newly updated and the bed was comfortable enough, but the overall condition of the property was not wee maintained, and I would not stay here again.

Unable to stay, and despite multiple attempts by Expedia to contact the hotel they were unresponsive and still charged my account. Terrible customer service, did not even respond to emails

Our stay was a good one. The breakfast was delicious and you had choices. It was located by restaurants and a gas station. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The property would not communciate as i had a emergency with my child being sick so i waktwd to cancel 4 days before our trip. Could not and have not recieved a reaponse on any type of refund amd Expedia has not be able to resolve. So my childs birthday cancelled, out 150 dollars from this amongst other things! 0/10 Dont reccomend and i didnt even stay there ut Google reviews should tell you enough!

We stayed 2 nights & we kept having to go back to the desk whenever we came back to the hotel to get our key card “updated,” so it would unlock our door. There are worse issues I know, but it’s irritating to have to do it EVERYTIME we tried to get into our room. Front desk people seemed to be struggling with tasks.

I would specially like to thank Jack who made my entire stay and trip that much easier. Jack went above and beyond to meet every ask we needed as we were here for the college World Series. Again thank you Jack for everything truly cares to help his guest

This is the same property that I tried to call and receive assistance and the front desk when asked if there was a a manager on site, when I had implied they should be said "what do you think there is suppose to be one here 24hrs that is @#$.

Don’t stay here! There is never staff at the desk. So you have to wait to check in. The hotel is dirty. Our shower had no hot water and by no hot water it wasn’t even like warm. But there was never anyone at the desk to ask about it. The pool was dirty and murky/cloudy. The outside of the hotel was littered. Just didn’t feel like we were in a good part of town.

Where do I start? No one is at the front desk. Ever. You have to call a phone to get them to come, or just yell. They're literally in the back room, watching tv or on their phone. They are helpful when you find them, so that's something. Next, don't plan on using the work out room, unless you like working out in a sauna, as the air conditioning doesn't work and the room was 84° when I was there. Then to top it off, my key card stopped working, they "recharged" it and it still didn't work. I was told, there's nothing we can do..... Someone must have locked it form the inside. (no one was in my room) Seriously? I can't get into my room? Wait an hour for the manager to come on his shift I'm told. I throw a fit and the manager appears from down the hall. Magic! He uses the actual key to pry the door open. Oh, and the pool? The water was milky. You couldn't see an inch in. Will never stay there again....

close to the stadium and downtown Lincoln. easy access to I80 to quickly get to downtown and back by car.

Overall not bad just be aware that it’s not in the nicest part of town. We were completely safe just want people to know before they go

Overall good price for a place to crash and just sleep between drive days. Property had trash on the side laying around and the surrounding area is kind of run down. But quiet and inexpensive

The staff was amazing, kind, and helpful. The hotel is old and showing signs of being well-used. The pool was out of service, which is the main reason we booked the hotel, but I was pleased with the cost of two rooms for two nights. Overall would recommend it for a budget trip! The parking lot is very well lit and the hotel is very safe. Within walking distance, there are multiple fast-food restaurants and a gas station. Downtown is a 7-minute Uber ride.

It was exactly what we needed. It was clean, had a nice breakfast, it was quiet… and during the Huskers football weekend it was a perfect place to stay- walking distance from the game!

This property for being budget friendly was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable bed and clean . Free breakfast was your basic free breakfast but for the price it was great for sleeping and a quick shower
