Front desk ladies were nice and friendly. Took care of requests for extra towels quickly. Hotel is being renovated.. but still quiet. The parking lot has many potholes, but I guess, they will take care of that.. soon. Used to be called the ugly motel, but bed was comfortable... Just looking for a place to sleep.

It took 20 minutes to get checked in. Then when I went around to where my room was the pavement had significant potholes and lighting was poor. Then I went up the stairs to my room there was no lighting on the staircase and I fell scraping my knee. I get to the room and the door is propped open, there was a brown substance on the bedspread and it was all wrinkled up like someone had been lying on it and the remote was on the bed. there were towels by the door and on the floor in the bathroom, the curtains were wrinkly and worn. the walkway to the room was a mess. trash all over. This was the worst hotel I have ever been at. EVER! I would not recommend. I felt very unsafe. there were lots of people just walking around and driving around the hotel. I went to the front and checked out.

I blame expedia for how made the hotel is. Expedia should do a check of property. Hotel from frobt looks abandoned. And get to the side and back yard, abandoned vehicles, potholes. Broken glass and so nasty to get to room. Once inside room, it wasnt to bad, very hard to get deadbolt to work. Felt very unsafe, the smell of pot coming from next room was so bad. If your by yourself or if your partner dont mind the outside, its not a horrible inside ride. We got one towel for a double room, glad we had some with us, as everything was stained. Hotel doesnt look like anything in pictures. Feels like your in the geto. I wish id of done more resurch before hand, but tried to save $15 a night. Its not worth it.

I've been coming here since I was a kid. I grew up and eventually worked here. This was when the owner had just bought the place. My best friend and I have been staying here and I can't help but get a sense of nostalgia. I can see that hes making a great effort to get the inside rooms back in working order. The hotel has its reputation but I can see changes in leaps and bounds. Just about every night it's quiet as a mouse here. The effort the staff has put into making sure this is a enjoyable place to stay is definitely making an impact. The beds are comfortable. They have slots by the lobby and even a uhaul company. Amazing staff, everyone is so personable and understanding. I can't wait to see what's in store for this hotel moving forward.

First off. I get to them motel and upon entering the parking lot, my car gets stuck in the snow. No one had cleared the snow in the lot. It cost me $50 to have a truck pull me to a parking spot. They didn't have a wheel chair accessable room. I had to pull my girlfriend backwards in her wheel chair threw the snow that hasn't been cleared from there parking lot.

The area was sketchy and dark like being in a warehouse district. The potholes in the parking lot were almost not navigable. The building was very old. The clientele mostly live there long-term I think. I sat alone in my pickup for quite a while watching two old men leaned up by the entrance smoking and sharing something from a brown paper bag. Finally I drove away. I will not be staying there EVER.

The Motel consisted of half of a building under construction. The parking lot was full of bomb craters, many of which may have been nuclear. The door did not secure properly - deadbolt did not fit the slot and the chain receiver was not well attached (it could have been kicked open). The A/C kept cutting off in the daytime even when temp was raised to 72. The toilet water feed was cut one evening without notice; it did come on in the AM. This was not a neighborhood that was secure and safe. The office was well presented, but only the youngest worker actually tried to get things fixed. Totally insecure internet, cable TV did not work properly. Site was well located for me, and I didn't find out about all of the issues until the day after arrival. DO NOT USE.

Front desk receptionist very nice the unit was unpleasant the first room had dog fecies and smelled looked uncleaned. The front receptionist did change the rooms the next room had no microwave toilet paper and had smell again the room didn’t look clean. This is the cheapest room available I won’t be returning

When we arrived in the room one of the first things we noticed was that ceiling had been fallingand they had tried covering it up. When going in the bathroom the tiles were coming off the walls and the towels looked like they had never been washed. We had to go up front to ask for toilet paper because there was none in the room. We also at one point had to return to the front to get our key reprogrammed. They do not have anyone clean the rooms or give you clean towels nor is there even a trash can in the room.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Roaches everywhere. Trash stuffed behind furniture. They never sent housekeeping to clean even after I told them. Racist staff called me a n*gger. Didn’t even she was staff until way later. I thought she was one of the drug addicts hanging around the motel. That’s the kind of employees they have. All were rude except for Jess the manager. Worst hotel ever. Don’t waste your money. You been warned.

This is the most disgusting place ive ever been to in my life. The front office clerk was a prostitute, the room had dead flys rusted sink dead flys on the walls in the light fixtures in the curtains. The door must of been kicked in before. The toilet paper holder nasty. This place needs to be shut down. I want my money back.

The staff was great but my room had a plug in that didn't work so the microwave had to sit on the floor which I have a leg issue due to diabetes made it very hard to warm my dinner there where also cockroaches spotted multiple times and also there was a wall plug that turned the fridge off and on which wasn't informed about that so overall disappointing and I would love my money back but free or discounted room I will give it another shot but until then I will not recommend or stay again until this issue is fixed

This was the dirtiest, filthiest, smelliest room/motel we have ever encountered, and that includes motels in third world countries. The bathroom had feces and urine, literally on the toilet bowl; the tub was dirty, the sink was disgusting, the door lock did not work, and the room smelled like dog urine (or human urine, who knows) When we thought it couldn't get any worse, we opened the microwave since we smelled something bad...There was a container of food in there with black mold and spores, literally the most disgusting and unhealthy thing I have ever seen. We panicked over the health risk, packed up and advised the front desk that we needed a refund and needed to find a different hotel. We were told that they were having trouble with housekeeping, but no credit has shown up yet. We're now disputing with Expedia and our credit card.

This place is nasty! The "nonsmoking" room reeked of cigarettes. There were stains on the bed linens, boarded up and broken windows. I could go on for days about everything that was bad. Needless to say, this property should be torn down. So, long story, short; DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Floor was so dirty that it made your feet black and you could feel pieces of things on bottom of feet. There was a wad of hair on shower wall. The bed sunk in in the middle. There was a constant leak in bathroom ceiling.

The smoke detector chirped every 40 seconds, and the tv didnt have a remote. When I asked about it it was on me to figure out how to solve it including programming the remote and rellacing the batteries myself.. which didnt solve the problem.

TWO stays recent, one terrible, other ‘ok’ while same staff lazy; exceptionally challenging including shifting rooms repeatedly to find even simple tv. Seems as well, remote controls required taken so frequently; seems they gave up n idea maintaining nearly any; at least with batteries or at least correct size replacement for control if able find. Failure stock batteries, really? Having good viewing monitors nice while NO controls good as NO entertainment monitor at all. Seemed maybe particular staff unable satisfactorily and timely resolve if AT ALL. Hope helps owner and understanding on part of employees. Twice in row, different weeks yet NO Controls.

Pillows were the flattest pillows we have ever seen. Bath tub and shower were not clean. Several holes in the bathroom walls and ceiling. Towels were not clean. Microwave was not plugged in and had no outlet to plug in to. No phone and phone jack was completely pulled out of the wall. Curtains were stained and ripped to the point that they did not completely cover the windows. Morning check out staff was friendly and listened and asked for our feedback. Would never stay there again and would tell everyone to stay away

The establishment was horrible. There were junkies outside of the building with multiple vehicle sitting on blocks with busted out windows in the parking lot I would not recommend this place at all Expedia should look into this establishment and not promote it at all. I would like a full refund.

Area was dirty, unsafe, so we just check out minute after checking in. The door to upstairs is only open if a rock is holding it. Room looked ok-ish, but we did not want to leave the car outside that place. Smelled like weed and piss everywhere. Half of building looks like it should be demolished. Would not go again.

It was in a bad neighborhood. Upon check-in, police arrived. I also waited a while to be checked in. Room was stuffy. I couldn’t turn off the bathroom light. There was a trash can that was way full of trash outside my room.

Nice large Monitor w/good Controls, though last user seems switched WiFi to Non-Applicable ‘Cable. HOT & much Water Pressure. Good stay. Convenient, waking to several food/s resources incl ‘fast food’.
