Es como una version pequeña de los otros hoteles Riu, la pase bien porque encontré un spot en el PH de una de las torres, una alberca solo adultos muy nice. Pero el resto del hotel muy saturado. Los restaurantes bien normal.

Hotel muito bom! Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis, e os funcionários são muito solícitos e atenciosos. A comida do restaurante buffet também é muito boa, com bastante variedade. Como ponto negativo, os restaurantes temáticos têm poucas mesas e não funcionam todos os dias, com folgas em dias alternados. Durante minha estadia, infelizmente, não consegui conhecer nenhum deles. A praia também merece atenção: é bastante inclinada e, com poucos passos dentro da água, já fica bem fundo, o que pode ser um inconveniente para quem prefere uma praia mais rasa. No geral, tive uma boa experiência e considero o hotel uma boa opção considerando custo/beneficio.

Amazing staff at this location, but disappointed in the food - restaurants were closed & I was unable to book the steakhouse, so had to eat same place multiple nights in a row. I went to visit a friend at another Riu and was denied entry, which left me with a bad taste towards the hotel brand, considering I was also a Riu guest (I was not trying to eat or drink at other property, simply visit my friend). Will be my first & last time staying with Riu.

Todo excelente, solo un detalle, falto carrito de servicio de bebidas en la picina donde estaba la red de boleibol, y para la noche del jueves disco como en el palace.,todo lo demas excelente.
