Everything was great, from initial greeting to multiple people at reception, number of elevators room cleanliness and size. If you don’t need a haram view this would absolutely be my go to place in madinah! Staff was friendly and attentive - didn’t feel rushed at check out either. Really a very nice, peaceful stay. I hope this reaches the hotel because they really nailed it on the property and training their staff! THANK YOU!
