The lobby and outside of the hotel was nice but the room and the pool is where the nightmare starts. The pool is dirty has all the fallen debris in it (leafs and stuff from the trees), the rooms look nothing like the photos that are shown by the hotel and they give you nasty stained comforters to use. Also they have no refrigerator in the rooms and they have a strict no food or drinks policy in the hotel. Which If they really pointed out on the website before I booked I would of gone with other hotel options. Tv is also tiny

Beautiful property - super clean, great location, super accessible to shops and restaurants, very safe area, very upscale as well. Property was super clean as was the room - very comfortable stay. We did have an issue with them saying the dog was too big but they never specified small dogs only - they allowed us to take the dog up anyway. They had a private pool on the balcony but unfortunately, it was not heated and it was a rainy cold night so we couldn’t use it if I had known that I wouldn’t have booked it. I thought it was a heated jacuzzi by the photos.

Excelente ! todo tal cual la descripción de la web. El personal encantador, me recibio Moises, me ayudo en todo y hasta pude comprar un SIM en recepción ya que recién llegaba al pais y era de noche. La cama super comoda !!! silencioso para el descanso.Utilice el Spa en la mañana, ambos saunas y la psicina climatizada, luego del check out me permitieron dejar mis maletas sin cargo alguno.Volveré en un par de semanas. gracias !

Un hotel que necesita un mantenimiento urgente. No funcionaba el aire, no funcionaban las llaves (para abrir y cerrar las puertas de las habitaciones). Tan amables q nos enseñaron a entrar a las habitaciones por las puertas de blindex que no estaban llaveadas. En recepcion con mucha predisposicion a ayudar.

A localização é excelente e o staff nota 10, mas é bem um hotel, menos ainda 4 estrelas. Não oferece café da manhã nem serviço de quarto, não possui arrumação diária (e ainda que eu tenha ganhado uma arrumação completa como cortesia, jamais fora executada) e o elevador estava quebrado em todos os dias da minha habitação. O quarto é confortável, mas não um 4 estrelas. Banheiro limpo e ducha ótima.

Bem razoável. Elevador não está funcionando e é preciso subir 4 lances de escadas com as malas, muito complicado. Escada muito íngrime. A acomodação tem muito potencial porém está sem manutenção, claramente abandonaram o prédio. Em muitos locais se notam parede e pintura descascando. Uma pena pois a arquitetura é legal, o quarto bem espaçoso e os funcionários muito gentis. Senti que ficam até envergonhados da situação do hotel. O box do banheiro estava danificado, aparentemente uma das folhas quebraram e estão usando o que seria a porta como folha fixa. Bem improvisado.

La verdad es q reserve el hotel porque entre los servicios que ofrece es el de spa, el cual no lo están brindando y no aclaran en la descripción del mismo, las habitaciones no cuentan con servicio de limpieza solo con un costo adicional y por pedido, los amenities (shampoo, crema enjuague, jabón, papel higiénico y toallas ) cuando se terminan hay que pedirlos en recepción, no cuenta con servicio de desayuno solo tienen un arreglo con el café que se encuentra enfrente de la propiedad que hacen un descuento del 5 %…. La relación precio calidad no es buena!!!! Por la misma Plata se consigue mejores hoteles

Todo bien en general, la habitación y atención impecables. Lo unico que la piscina cierra a las 21 cuando no es que haya un personal trabajando o etc que se vaya a las 21 considero que debería ser hasta mas tarde o sin horarios. Y el gimnasio de pesas estaba desordenado y con maquinas sin funcionar muy bien.

I booked a two night stay and after the first night I was woken up by several phone calls and a housekeeper who entered the room without knocking while I was nude. I was told I needed to check out or show proof of a two night stay. But it was confirmed when I checked in. Old, ripped towels, yellow sheets, moldy bathrooms, a pool that looks like a green pond… Stay someplace else. Anyplace else.

La habitación asignada muy sucia y la recibímos después de las 2 pm, como decía en mi check in , no tienen personal botones que ayuden a subir las maletas , allí en este hotel te prestan el carrito para que tú mismo lo hagas, agregó fotos lo hizo mi esposo, y sigue más situaciones como , las almohadas muy viejas con manchas amarillas antihigiénicas quien puede poner su cara en ella ! Los cubrecamas estaba en lo mismo, Les informamos al front desk la situación y no pudieron resolverlo de inmediato, teníamos que esperar hasta el otro día , la verdad ya queríamos buscar otro hotel e irnos de hay . La señora de front desk trató lo más pronto posible cambiar las almohadas y sobrecamas y al día siguiente hicieron una limpieza profunda a la habitación. Lo comento en este sitio wed por qué uno paga caro y además venimos de otro país a tener unas vacaciones relajantes, no quisiera decir más cosas negativas pero es pésimo hotel para descansar. Las duchas son muy incomodas porque las llaves para prender o regular el agua están afuera de la ducha y el piso muy resbaladizo! Tengan cuidado, se pueden caer. Sin embargo se lo comenté a la señora de front desk y me aclaró que primero las prenda y regulé el agua antes de entrar a la ducha , es un sistema muy peligroso.

El hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones y esta muy bien ubicado. Lo lamentable, cobraban a parte del servicio de limpieza, inaceptable en un hotel 4 estrellas. Mi pieza tenia el piso flotante roto en una parte y la limpieza general, diria que no es prolija.

Staff was nice, room was clean. Super basic; nothing to complain about. My room had a patio which was really nice. The only draw backs were that it didn't have a desk and the room was fairly small. Images on the website showed desks; front desk informed me some rooms do, some don't. I had the fruit bowl for breakfast which was a nice perk.I didn't get a chance to check out the pool so I can't comment on it Overall, if your looking for a basic room in a good location, this is a solid option.

Estadia de bom custo-beneficio, confortável, boa localização. Como não há limpeza diária nos quartos, ocorrem problemas como poeira acumulada e insetos. Nosso banheiro estava com o ralo entupido, que foi prontamente resolvido pela equipe local, mas precisamos nós mesmos solicitar toalhas extras e limpar o local.

Stort og fint rom. God beliggenhet. Stille gate. Hjelpsomme mennesker i resepsjonen. Dårlig rengjøring. Ble ikke gjort hver dag.Badet ble ikke vasket de to ukene vi bodde der. Frokosten var en skandale. Verste jeg noensinne har opplevd. Fire valgfrie muligheter med lite mat på hver. Skulle vi ha mer mat eller drikke måtte vi betale mer til tross for at maten var inkludert. Vi gikk ut og spiste hver morgen. Dette holder ikke.

The hotel room seems to be old and not clean, the photos are not accurate and the breakfast is just a coffee, I don't recommend to stay there, also there is bar with laugh music until 4 am

Room was large in good condition, staff courteous, and room had a nice balcony. However, 1) polished shower floor is dangerously slippery 2) there was no regular housekeeping service Also, this hotel should publish its rules in the listing so people are aware that no food or alcohol is allowed in the room. We did not bring either into the room, but this would have been good to be aware of at the outset.

Es demasiado ruidoso!!!! No se puede dormir !!! Hay bares con música y gritos todo el tiempo y las puertas de los pasillos se golpean y rebotan en la habitación , los chicos son amables , pero es imposible dormir en ese lugar

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is very good, the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is excellent. The breakfast has several options. Around the hotel, there are many restaurant and bistro options.

The room did not have air-conditioning when we arrived. It was obvious the staff knew about this based on some reviews we found online that were done several hours earlier. The temperature in the room was 28 to 30 C. They did attempt to get the air-conditioning working, but then did not allow us to control it in the room was hot the entire night. I will never stay here again, and I would never recommend anyone staying here. Everything in the room was dated an old. They even left old towels from the previous guests in the bathroom.

I only stayed at this property for an afternoon and a morning (as I had to change my accommodation for one night ahead of going to a different city), however I found it to be excellent! The room was spacious and clean, I utilized the pool area where I fully able to relax after a busy working week with some travels, and the staff were super friendly. Thank you Botique Suites team 🙂

It’s a very nice hotel, love the aesthetic, safe location, so many restaurants within walking distance and overall our stay was great, but let me tell you that the reception staff was AMAZING!!! We are so thankful for the attention and help they gave us booking events, activities and tours, they were truly wonderful!!

I would have rated slightly higher if not for the lack of friendliness from Gabriel at the front desk on our last night. He quoted me a much higher late check-out fee from an earlier conversation with another rep. I asked about why the difference in fees but he just seemed very defensive and couldn’t communicate a sound explanation other than - the other guy did it wrong. Just left a bad taste in our whole experience (6 nights there) Wouldn’t be back based on that experience and would rather pay a little more to be closer to all the bars and restaurants next time (about a 15 min walk).

Amazing service from everyone. Big rooms, Great location. A lot of restaurants around around the hotel. It’s not in the most center, 10 min walk from there. but center enough. Great price. Worth the price. I recommend.

Excelente localização. Por isso sempre volto . Já estão fazendo obras para voltar a ter o restaurante novamente no térreo. Staff bastante educado e sempre atento aos seus pedidos.

Staff was nice, room was clean. Super basic; nothing to complain about. My room had a patio which was really nice. The only draw backs were that it didn't have a desk and the room was fairly small. Images on the website showed desks; front desk informed me some rooms do, some don't. I had the fruit bowl for breakfast which was a nice perk.I didn't get a chance to check out the pool so I can't comment on it Overall, if your looking for a basic room in a good location, this is a solid option.

The hotel room seems to be old and not clean, the photos are not accurate and the breakfast is just a coffee, I don't recommend to stay there, also there is bar with laugh music until 4 am

Alejandro was very helpful. It was my first time in Argentina and I felt like home. It's far from most attractions but with Uber you can go anywhere. I took the hop on and off bus and it was cool cuz you visit all the tourist spots. A lot of policeman in the area. I travel by myself and as a woman

O hotel é muito bom, possui uma excelente localização, com muitos restaurantes por perto. Teria algumas resalvas em relação ao café da manhã, pois segundo me informado após a mudança de gestão mudaram a forma do serviço. Sendo assim, agora ele é servido em um restaurante e o cliente possui 6 opções para escolher, não podendo repetir. O que não me agradou muito, pois não havia suco disponivel todos os dias, se quisse uma poção de ovos deveria pagar, e a quantidade de comida servida era pouca. (seguem fotos do café) Tirando isso tive uma boa estadia, utilizei a academia nos dias que estive no hotel, e achei boa. Além do atendimento dos funcionários serem de muita qualidade.

Stort og fint rom. God beliggenhet. Stille gate. Hjelpsomme mennesker i resepsjonen. Dårlig rengjøring. Ble ikke gjort hver dag.Badet ble ikke vasket de to ukene vi bodde der. Frokosten var en skandale. Verste jeg noensinne har opplevd. Fire valgfrie muligheter med lite mat på hver. Skulle vi ha mer mat eller drikke måtte vi betale mer til tross for at maten var inkludert. La verdad es q reserve el hotel porque entre los servicios que ofrece es el de spa, el cual no lo están brindando y no aclaran en la descripción del mismo, las habitaciones no cuentan con servicio de limpieza solo con un costo adicional y por pedido, los amenities (shampoo, crema enjuague, jabón, papel higiénico y toallas ) cuando se terminan hay que pedirlos en recepción, no cuenta con servicio de desayuno solo tienen un arreglo con el café que se encuentra enfrente de la propiedad que hacen un descuento del 5 %…. La relación precio calidad no es buena!!!! Por la misma Plata se consigue mejores hoteles

I was impressed by the location and the quality of the hotel and rooms, especially for the cost. There are lots of bakeries and cafes in the vicinity and only a few minutes’ walk from Palermo Soho with bars and restaurants. The majority of the front desk staff were helpful. Very clean property and it was fine for us not to have room keeping every day (there’s an extra charge for that). I’d definitely come back if available in the future. I’d like if there was a breakfast offer

Inicialmente fomos alocados num quarto com ar condicionado sem funcionar, toalhas furadas e sem reposição de sabonete. Após verificação pela recepcionista, fomos prontamente alocados em um quarto melhor. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções e com quantidade limitada. Ótima localização e instalações bonitas.
