Stayed 1 night

I stayed at this hotel for one night during peak season and paid approximately $450, which is completely unjustified given the level of service provided. The overall condition of the hotel is крайне outdated. The interior and facilities appear not to have been properly updated for decades. Instead of a full renovation, it seems that only superficial cosmetic repairs are done, which do not address the underlying issues. Doors, walls, and furniture are worn out and in need of replacement. There are also noticeable electrical issues in the room: several old outlets are installed, some of which do not function properly, raising both convenience and safety concerns. The level of service is very poor. The hotel appears to be understaffed (essentially only one employee), leading to disorganization and confusion, including issues with parking. The staff’s attitude toward guests is disappointing. Cleanliness is average at best. There is a noticeable smell of chlorine, suggesting that the floors are being cleaned, but this alone does not compensate for the overall sense of neglect. The surrounding area of the hotel is also problematic, with a persistent unpleasant odor that further detracts from the experience. The only significant advantage is the convenient location. Overall, it feels like the hotel is not investing in maintenance or service quality while charging inflated prices. At this rate, the stay is absolutely not worth the cost. I would not recommend this hotel for families.
