The property is well-maintained, rooms and bathroom are nice enough. The elevators are small. The staff are friendly however, they need to be more knowledgeable about the property and its surroundings. They had difficulty organizing a taxi to the airport which should be a standard procedure. They only offer breakfast, however, the outsourced room service company they use for other meals was efficient and the food was very good. There is not much happening in the area however it wasn't very far from the Metro station.

Camera pulita, letto comodo, abbastanza illuminata, silenziosa, poche prese di corrente disponibili ma sufficienti. Bagno pulito, accessori buoni. A 5* service experience My mom and I recently enjoyed a fantastic second stay at this fabulous hotel! The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, especially considering my mom is elderly. We were delighted when Filipa graciously checked us in early at 10:30am as we had a 6am flight, a big thank you to her. Gilberto and Idrìcia from reception were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were especially grateful to Idrícia for taking our luggage to the room as well. We stayed in room 212 which was new, spacious and comfortable, with a convenient dining area and sink. The bathroom was spacious with a walk-in shower which was a plus for us, and the beds were pure bliss! A big shout out also to Anselmo and Bruno, the talented bartenders, who crafted delicious cocktails that perfectly complemented our stay. Their hospitality added a delightful touch to our evenings. The porters, Pedro and Batista, were attentive and provided valuable information about the area. Their service was exceptional. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transports. Overall, we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The AC was not working. They came to the room and said nothing was wrong with it, but it was only blowing our warm air. We had to sleep with the window open and still the room was warm. the bathroom has smell of Mold. We stayed at many hotels in Portugal, this one was disappointing for what we paid

The sheets were dirty, and there was nowhere to charge my phone nearby. I had to plug it in next to the TV, which wasn’t very convenient. You also can’t control the temperature of the AC, and I was too cold. 😞 On the bright side, the staff were really nice and friendly. They also help with bag watching after you check out.

Room and washroom were decent sizes and had a lot of natural lighting. The hallways are carpet which made it a little hard to roll your luggage, it’s also pretty dim as there are only wall lights lining the hallway. There were also only two outlets on the opposite wall where the bed is which makes it a little inconvenient to charge your devices.

Mainly fine but.. shower is in a bath tub & step from bath to floor quite steep, bathroom floor tiles extremely slippery when wet. Hotel clean & tidy but desperate for refitting. Only 2 electric outlets in whole room, neither by beds & no USB ports at all. Coffee is only 2 sachets, 1 normal & 1 decaf, milk or creamer not provided?? Hotel is directly on aircraft flight path (plane’s are extremely low !!) very noisy if windows open. Not well sited with 45 min walk to tourist centre. Overall ok,

La posizione non è ideale ma comunque più che accettabile. Pulizia ottima. Camere un po' datate e scomode sotto alcuni punti di vista: televisore vecchio di 10 anni da 18 pollici, pochissime prese elettriche e totalmente assenti vicino al letto, finestra che chiudeva male quindi l'isolamente acustico è risultato scarso compromettendo la qualità del sonno.

Seh sauber, relativ großes Zimmer. Leider die luftungsanlage zu laut, nur mit geschlossen Fenster Schlaf möglich. Auch, wenn jemand sich im Flur unterhält, ob das bei dir im Zimmer ist... Sonst sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit. Würde trotzdem empfehlen .

From the moment we arrived, this was a great stay. Everything about the place works. The staff are friendly, alert and helpful and the price was right. The location was good for getting on the Metro and Lisbon's public transit is fast, clean and cheap. The neighborhood was nice and walkable with a lot of places te eat nearby as well, as three supermarkets within walking distance, so that we could shop for things to take home and to eat in the room. We avoided the old part of Lisbon, because it is so full of tourists and businesses catering to them, but took trains to Belem and Cintra as well as seeing museums in town.

The hotel staff were extremely professional and welcoming. The area isn’t in a bustling part of Lisbon. It appeared more of a business area with office buildings. There is a metro station nearby which is convenient. If you are looking to be in walking distance of a lot of landmarks and activities, this wouldn’t be the place to stay. However, if you are looking for a big if a quieter location that is still within ten minutes of public transportation, this location works.

Property was okay except for dining options -- it reports limited room service and that's being kind. But the reason I give it a poor rating is the shower! Water is not very hot and it's hard to get anything out of the soap and shampoo dispenser but I really didn't like that you had to hold the shower wand rather than being able to set it up on the rod and the wand was the only option.
