The check-in was quick and easy. The staff is exceptional. I did have a meal and drinks and was very pleased. The waiter was prompt and the bartender was very good. The rooms were clean, roomy, and very comfortable. The front desk day and evening staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with my stay! Keep up the excellent service.

My first time staying at the Brentwood Suites and I will definitely stay again. I was somewhat surprised by the residential location, but a beautiful, quiet and easy to find location. Great parking. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice bar with friendly bartender made for a comfortable place for a solo traveler to grab a nosh and a nightcap after a long travel day

We stayed at this property several years ago and it was not great. I saw that they had remodeled and updated, so we decided to give it another chance. The staff is friendly, and the lobby and rooms look much nicer, but it's still an older property with some issues. The elevator wasn't working when we checked in, so we had to lug our bags to the 3rd floor. (They did get it working later the same day.) The treadmills could use some TLC and the barn door in our bathroom was hard to open and close (and really loud). It was fine for what we paid, but still not great.

Lots of works going on at the hotel during my stay with the fitness center and 4th floor out of use. I wasn't too impressed with my toilets twice breaking but it was fixed promptly. Very friendly staff. Housekeeping do a good job and it's very conveniently located. An Uber to practically anywhere in town will cost under 20 dollars. It's what you'd expect for the price i guess. Great reception staff.

My vehicle along with two others where broken into. You could see the vehicles from the lobby area but the staff didnt see or hear anything. They don't have outside cameras .

I have stayed there a number of times and really liked it. However this time there were basically two things wrong and I will never stay there again. First the rooms have been renovated in a way that makes them much less comfortable. The greatest drawback was that one night three cars had their windows broken and some stuff taken. The next night it happened again to three or four more cars. They have no cameras or security in the parking lot. This is just plain crazy and unacceptable. I will never stay there again.

Properly was conveniently located. Front desk employees were friendly and efficient. Bed was comfortable. I did not like that the floor of the shower was mildewy and not cleaned properly. I’m glad that I remembered to bring flip flops to shower in. I appreciated that a hot breakfast was prepared. Unfortunately , there was a strand of hair in my scrambled eggs.

No one at front desk to check in. Flickering entrance light. Floor was Sponge out side bathroom door. Got bit by bed bugs. Cheap remodel. Bed sheet didn’t look fresh look like they where pulled out of the dirt laundry .

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. Clean rooms and very clean hotel. The beds and pillows were so plush like sleeping on a cloud. Our complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious. They offered bacon, sausage, eggs, hash brown potatoes. They also had dry cereal, pastries bagels and waffles. 3 different juices, coffee, fruit and yogurt. It was outstanding. We were very pleased with our whole experience with Brentwood Suites.

The bed was comfortable and room clean but bathroom smelled like sewage. Room smelled highly of cleaning products too, I opened a window. Breakfast was ok. Had hot eggs so that was good.

Service was excellent and super clean, but the beds are HORRIBLE! They are rock hard. I think I would have been more comfortable sleeping on the grass on the lawn out front. It was like sleeping on concrete. I've slept on steel plate that was softer. Beautiful hotel, just don't expect to sleep. We got up at out by 6am just to park in the mall parking lot to take a nap in our car.

The room was well lit and did not feel cluttered. Enough space for an inflattable mattress. The bathroom door was a strange option, sliding barn door and not attached at the bottom (easily pushable that it lifts off the ground) with no lock. Fit the needed requirements and had a good price.

It was technically nice and updated. But there were some very odd things. The bathroom door is barn style and just falls off the wall when you pull it. It also doesn't have a lock, which didn't work out well with kids. The mattresses were very hard and the pillows were very small, like squares. It's pretty loud in the room with the highway. We woke up to yard work at 6 am, which I know is no fault to them, but the area. The breakfast was probably the worst we've ever had at a hotel. Watery eggs, bacon that tasted like plastic, and everything else was just bad. Last, the staff was kind but we asked for sheets for the pull out and 45 mins later they still didn't bring it... And at 10pm with tired kids, that wasn't ideal. Overall, we wouldn't come back.

Love the newly renovated rooms, however the bed is entirely too high. I had to literally run and dive to get on the bed. I am too old for that! I was told housekeeping would bring me a stool, but no one ever did. But other than that all was good!

Located in a quiet great area, easy and close access to main highways and also to convenient strip mall where the super target along other stores are located. Rooms were newly renovated and are beautiful, modern and clean. Hotel was quiet, staff was friendly and housekeeping did a great job every day. Great size room and great value would definitely recommend.

This is by far one of the best hotels i have stayed at! Rooms are big and beautiful, breakfast is the best ive seen at a hotel! The whole staff was so nice! And it was awesome to be able to get snacks late at night in the lobby. Thank you to Greg and the staff at Brentwood Suites for making my stay TWICE so easy and comfortable!

They told us we could check in early and then the room wasnt ready when we arrived. The room smelled strongly of chemicals but with a musty under smell. Check out wasnt until 11 but the key cards stopped working and locked us out at 9:30. When we asked about it they told us they shut off when it gets close to the time and that we could pay for more time. Will never stay there again.

Upon checkout 11:00 Sunday Sept 15th, there was a sign at the front desk saying the clerk was away. All of us trying to check out had to wait half an hour for the clerk to arrive at 11:30. There was no apologies and she was rude on top of that. No thank you when we did get checked out. That is my final memory of the hotel after having stayed there every time I have been to Nashville.

Hotel charged my credit card for incidentals , which is standard. I didn’t use anything. It’s been a day & 1/2, have yet to see a refund back to my card. I would hope the process would be quicker. Still waiting……..

Likes: excellent rates, good proximity to Nash and Brentwood, and decent rooms. Dislikes: after many stays here, we can definitively say that most of the staff is unfriendly and uninteresting, at best. I suspect the owners coach staff to not smile, to not say "hi," and to not do more than the absolute minimum. The breakfast lady and two front desk staff are particularly surly. We only stay here for the rates and location. Too bad!

The whole first floor is under remodeling/construction so there was stuff laying around everywhere for that. The elevator is very small and rather sketchy. Breakfast was bare minimum. They do have a waffle maker. The eggs were mushy. Bacon was alright. When we checked in, they do not accept cash - only cards. They do charge you an additional $50 deposit/hold on your card for anything that might be damaged. You’re supposed to get it back if nothing was damaged. Their vending area has expired or almost expired items. They apparently don’t have a register or anything to “ring up” those items so they write everything you get on a piece of paper and add it up that way. Odd. The printer for receipts jammed when she was trying to print a receipt which I know was not her fault. so I didn’t get a receipt or anything for the vending items. Don’t think I’d stay here again
