Clean room. Comfortable bed. Well lit property. Some cosmetic issues --ceiling in bathroom repaired not painted. Older building no eggs with breakfast. Good for us we are just passing through.

Good except for WiFi not working in room. Had to use in the hall or lobby. Hotel was aware of the issue and said it’s that way with some of the rooms. No compensation for lack of service. Very disappointing!

There is a security deposit that is more than the cost of the room - like, what?! It's to cover "incidentals". I'd have stayed elsewhere had this been disclosed. Further, it's 2024. How do you not have USB charging ports anywhere? The wi-fi is slow, cuts in and out and isn't secure. I get it, it's a budget hotel... but c'mon.

Check in was easy and quick. Old building with stairs, no elevator. Clean. No bugs. No coffee pot in room. No counter space in bathroom. Mattress was ok. Lots of eating places close by. Ok place for a one night stay

The hotel was very clean, but a bit rundown. My room looked good and again very clean. The owners would do well to fix abd repaint the door to the rooms- it’s the first thing you see in the lobby and it’s very beat up. Rest of lobby was nice. Breakfast was underwhelming but there is a McDonald’s next door. Note, no elevator.

The staff was great and helpful. The room was decent. Breakfast was cereal, waffles and buscuits with gravy. With some sides. It was good. Two downsides, the place has no pool. And across the street is a 24 hour diesel mechanic shop. I was in a room facing it. Didnt bother me until after i woke up. I had to be up and out by 7:00 am. I was getting ready and the shop got loud. Outside of that, for the price , i have no complaints

It's an older property that is apparently undergone some recent upgrades. Walls were freshly painted, bathroom was remodeled. The room was clean, and everything worked well. The room also had a mini fridge and a microwave in it. Location was very good, right off of Route 13 and I-57, very easy to get to. Staff was friendly as well. Hopefully the remainder of the upgrades will get completed soon as well. The furnishings in the room are outdated, and the carpet definitely needs to be replaced. There was a bit of an odor in the room, it seemed to be coming from the carpeting. The breakfast selection was limited, biscuits and gravy and a waffle maker, some cold cereal and toast. That was it. No fruit, no meats, and the same food for both days that I stayed. If breakfast is important to you, there are plenty of restaurants within a mile or two of this location. Overall the room was a good value for the money, and I would stay here again, hopefully they will finish the improvements that they are undertaking...

We paid a little over $80 and it definitely felt more like a place you would expect to pay closer to $60 for. Unpleasant odor throughout the motel - almost as if an excess of air freshener was being used to cover up other odors. Breakfast was limited - waffles with syrup and butter as the only toppings, cold biscuits with gravy from a can, a few mini-muffins, a couple of cereal choices (from a Rubbermaid container), and coffee with no cream. Mold in shower and a chair with numerous stains and holes in the upholstery. Beds were comfortable and appeared clean. Microwave needed to be plugged in and clock set before it would work. Carpet in hallway was dirty.

The first thing we encountered when we walked into the room was a cockroach. After that some other roaches and the final.straw was a lizard behind the bed. We left the hotel and ended up not staying. We also did not receive a refund because we booked through Expedia and I have no idea how to go about that. I will not make that mistake again!!

Absolutely disgusting condition. Everything felt grimy, the air was moldy and damp. Big water stains on the ceilings, bugs and rust in the bathroom. Don't stay!

Water spots on the ceiling, dirty rug smell, air conditioner didnt help. Scared to use bed comforter. You get what you pay for. But I paid 100.00 bucks! Thats not cheap! Changed rooms too. It was aweful.

Sheets looked like they were never changed. Blood spots on sheets. They did move me to a different room with sheets that again didn't look like they had'nt been change from previous guest.

This is a very clean property. Received full housekeeping services 3 of the 4 nites we were there. Breakfast items pretty limited but for the room rate it was fine. There is a McDonalds next door. Staff friendly and accommodating.

I don't think anyone had actually cleaned the room before we arrived that evening. There was no tissues in the receptacle in the bathroom. The room had a bad odor (it was the pet friendly room) but no one had bothered to sanitize the floor or any of the surrounding area. We did not bother to eat any of the breakfast items (not after my experience with the condition of the room. The night staff told me of a lady who had stolen a bed cover and the consequence of that (as though I looked suspicious for that kind of activity). The hall way was old, badly worn and needed some serious cleaning. We had stayed at a Super 8 in Beloit, Wis. the night before and already formed an opinion about the Super 8, their prices charged for the conditions of the rooms and especially the service and introduction I received at this unit.

Didn't like the group of shady looking men loitering around the parked vehicles behind the facility, so I had to park up front, which appeared safer. The hot water from the faucets was WAY too hot; scalding hot; so I had to be careful. One of the two queen beds in my room (Rm 113) had a pronounced sag in the middle of it and should be replaced (didn't use it). Other than these things, it was adequate. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was edible. There were shady characters coming in and out of the hotel through the night until 4:00am. Walls were paper thin so we could hear loud televisions from rooms on either side of us. Room was nowhere near worth the $110/night we paid.

Worst experience ever. Hotel in major need of update. Construction crew boss in the hall at 4:00 AM banging on doors to wake up workers. The ceiling in my bathroom was unfinished drywall screwed in over what appeared to be water damaged ceiling. Floor warped. Air conditioner did not work. I checked out after first night but had to pay for 2 nights because I booked with Expedia.

The gentleman that was working at 1:30 a.m. was so kind an helpfull. We arrive much later then we expected. He got us in quick and we had a nice room ( we booked 2 beds). The room was clean, beds comfortable no odor concidering we were in a room that allowed pet. We booked a room for our return trip home. Hope the same gentleman is working.

We just left the Super 8. Stopped there overnight on the way north. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Our room was comfortable and clean. We can highly recommend the Super 8! We would absolutely stay here again.

I will never stay again. They ran my card for 3 nights on 2 rooms had to fight with them to try and get my money back over 300 dollars. And I wasn't the only one another guest had the same issue she call the police!!

Staff is awesome,even offered to give a ride if Uber didn’t show up,by the way Uber didn’t show up. We just walked to Mtn Dew park. Good people vibe's at Super 8.

I found the staff to be very helpful and courteous both checking in and checking out. Loved the location, close to many dining options and the Interstate. Street was a little inconvenient, really close to a major intersection with lots of traffic and a service station close by. Can't say I enjoyed the FREE breakfast. Not thrilled with the tv chanels either, couldn't get my two favs. BUT, if I ever go back to that part of the country, I'd stay there again.

Getting to parking lot is mildly difficult. It is right next to a truck stop and a 24 hour wrecker service so I used my headphones for noise canceling at night. My room was clean, water pressure was nice in the shower and staff was friendly.

Disappointed that there wasn't any milk for breakfast meaning the cereal or oatmeal couldn't be eaten. There was no fruit or muffins, so the only option primarily was a waffle. There was a hole in a wall of our room which wasn't concerning, but it should be repaired.
