Easy access from Hy; with neat and clean surrounding. Had most of fast food available at nominal distance as well Grocery stores. Room was quite specious, though some repairer/modification work was going on the the floor where we had our room, it was maintained well as well it has had wheel chair accesses room adjoining to the elevator, I would say its a good plus for those who may need one.

The pool and exercise room was closed no mention of that on their website. My kiddo was not real happy which caused problems. The hotel room wasnt the cleanest the bed was but the floor was not. The area by the refridgerator was disgusting. There was old silverware, used coffee cup lids. About 1 inch of dust and hair. I had to get my sons ball under the bed and it looked like they havent cleaned under it since the place has opened. The bottom of the bathroom door has splintered/swollen wood on it. Definately not too happy after spending 418.00 for two nights and it was my time with my son. If you wanna see for yourself its room 101. King suite..Would be very hard to stay there again unless something changes or happens. Thank you

Close to the interstate but far enough not to hear it. Gas station, pharmacy and other shops close by, including dinner options for those arriving super later. Side entrance for people with dogs with easy access to stairs and elevator. Breakfast was good with wide range of options; waffle bar, omelet, sausage gravy & biscuits, sausage links, turkey sausage, yogurt, muffins, danishes and cereal. No complaints, would definitely stay again!

The pool was out of order. We were not informed at check in. We changed our clothes went down and my family was disappointed. Another guest informed us she was told at check-in that the pool was out of order but another close property would allow the guests to swim there. We drove to that location and their pool was closed as well.

Stayed One night on a stop during a long road trip. Hotel is being reconditioned during our stay, so a bit of dust when we left the elevator. The shower in our room needs a good clean, the mold is a concern. Would of like to be made aware that at 11 pm the event center next door hosting a ball game will shut 20 minutes of fireworks. When it started my wife and I woke up thinking some one was shooting a gun! This hotel was not what we expected.

I found hair in the bathtub that was not mine, it was a completely different color and long. I have short gray hair. The bed was extremely hard, I woke up with back pain and I haven’t had any back pain in years. The room overall was clean appearing and updated in amenities.

Very dirty hotel!!! It's disgusting to be in it. Having traveled on the road for 15 hours and at night there was simply no strength to look for anything else. We were in room 406… The carpet was torn and not even vacuumed, all the furniture (sofa and chairs ) was stained, the beds were tattered, the towels that should be white-dark gray, the bathroom was dirty (it was disgusting for us to take a shower), there was an unpleasant smell in the dining room, the tables at breakfast are sticky, serving tables are dirty, in holders with disposable spoons, forks and knives, food crumbs. Terrible place to stay! One star is given only to very friendly staff at the front desk.

Not quiet. Both sound and light passed around the door. Conversations in hallway were loud in the room. Window above the street kept me awake at night with the sound of vehicles. Shower rod sagging causing very drafty showers. Area around the hotel had good restaurants and atmosphere.

Front desk was very nice and welcoming also quick to check me in. I unfortunately was right next to the elevator which was loud and high traffic. There were some problems with the room the mini fridge was very warm with the way it was stored didn’t keep things cold enough. I requested this at the beginning before checking in. I have stayed here before it seems to be a problem with the storage of the fridge it is too hot and is overheating your equipment. The bathroom door was broke so it had to be propped open with a trash can. There was a Kerrig pod left in the coffee that stunk and the machine needs to be cleaned. There was hair left in the sink and mirror was still dirty.

Advertised that there was jetted tubs. Reserved one but come time to check in the hotel renovated and dont have them anymore. Other than that, it 2as a nice decent stay. Good staff!

Staff was very friendly when I called to let them know we were going to be a late check-in. And when arriving the night staff was just as nice in person, very friendly in the AM as well for breakfast. We did not check out the swimming pool area but I would say it was clean too if the rest of the place was like it was !!

We booked this after traveling and needing a place to stay when we got to our room the coffee maker didn’t work. I called out to the front desk. They said there’s nothing they could do after that. We realize the refrigerator also didn’t work. We called down and told them They said that they could change our room, but it was really late and that would be inconvenience to them then my husband went to take a shower and we had no hot water so finally we called again and they just asked if it was really that big of an inconvenience and my husband got upset and just hung up in the morning when we went to check out and tried to discuss the issues that we had the night before, but then they wouldn’t talk to us and said because we booked through you through a third-party they couldn’t do anything for us and they apologize. Our stay was so bad And that the help was so bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

At 8:45 there was limited food left. No one was replacing empty containers. I shouldn’t have to go outside and pay for breakfast. That’s the whole purpose of booking a hotel with a variety of breakfast options. Their pancake machine was broken.

Some things at the breakfast buffet were a bother, but staff addressed all items they were informed of. Tongs fell apart at the omelets. Hazelnut creamer pump was not operating. Pancake maker was out of batter. Food was very good.
