Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in an excellent location for a walker, and the fenced backyard was super for the dogs. Easy parking was another plus. The house had some charm, too. My main complaints were that no one policed the yard before we arrived, and it was full of dog feces. We had to clean it up before our dogs could go out. Not my favorite way to start a vacation.Also, the kitchen lacked basics like a can opener and a corkscrew, and the chairs were so uncomfortable, we had to put towels on them to use them. The kitchen also was so tiny that we had to run the dishwasher every day because there was no place to dry dishes or prep a meal. Kitchen deficiencies, of course, might be a non issue for those who plan to eat out every night.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The accommodations were just as shown in the pictures. The location was easily walkable to countless great restaurants and attractions. We loved the convenience of the off-street parking. The fenced-in courtyard was great for our family and dog.

Loved the house and was all that I expected- the neighborhood was very quiet for such a touristy area. The owner needs to update pics of the back outside area - and do a thorough cleanup inside the fence. There was poison ivey growing everywhere and where the leaves had not been cleaned up at all this season, squirrels and neighbors cats dug holes and buried feces in them. The dead tree with the 3 inch thornes near the back of the fence needs cut down. The pics of the back area currently online was the final determining factor between this location and 2 others. We still enjoyed pur stay and feel we got our money's worth but was certainly disappointed in the back area.

This is a small but interestingly decorated unit. It’s generally comfortable although the couch in the living area has probably seen better days. The location is fantastic. A short walk to downtown, river walk, shopping, excellent restaurants and the city’s many parks. The back yard is small but good for a dog or a quiet evening. However we were there during mosquito season and could not spend any time outside. Our main complaint is that upon arrival many of the dishes were dirty as well as the cabinets where they were stored. We notified the management company (Lucky Savanah) and got an email response apologizing and promising to take immediate action. They did nothing and we never heard from them again.

Our first night there we found that the heat. Wasn't working. We called and they had a technician out within a half hour and he changed.out the thermostat fixing the problem The house was well appointed, comfy chair and couch in the living room. Beds very comfortable. House was immaculate. Courtyard for dogs was much nicer than pictured with shrubs, etc. Would stay again! aand couchand couch in

My family and I spent a week in Savannah while my daughter competed in the USATF Junior Olympics at Savannah State University. While many of her teammates stayed in nearby hotels, we decided to take a chance on a rental home in an unfamiliar neighborhood and we’re so glad we did.This charming two-bedroom, one-bath home was a pleasant surprise. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of everything we wanted to explore, it offered both comfort and convenience. From the cozy furnishings to the 1,000-piece puzzle that made it feel like home, every detail contributed to a wonderful stay.I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area just be prepared for that signature Savannah heat!

The facility appeared much larger than the 800 square feet. We enjoyed using the private courtyard for a late afternoon adult snack. The kitchen has all the tools needed to prepare a light meal. Bed linens and towels are of high quality. We used the alley parking and front street parking. Really enjoyed the house which was built in early 1900's. Definitely would go back.

The location was perfect walking to historic sites while enjoying quiet and peacefulness of not being in the middle of all the bars and activity. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Parking was a big concern for me but we had no problem with street parking although the spots were available out back as well. I will say the decor has changed a lot since the photos were taking but I enjoyed the updated and it was a pleasant surprise (but worth getting these updated). Only con for me were that the small twin beds are very firm and weren’t comfortable for us.

Cute and clean home, comfy beds and everything you need. Only complaint would be a lamp you can turn off and on by the master bed would have been nice. The lighting by the bed has a switch across the room so you have to get up to turn it off and while the fan light has a remote, the bright light isn’t ideal for winding down and reading. Other than that the place was perfect.

A Perfect Historic Retreat on Savannah's Prettiest Street!Our stay at the charming cottage on Jones Street was absolutely perfect, exceeding all expectations. Jones Street truly lives up to its reputation as one of the most beautiful streets in America—it felt like stepping back in time every morning as we walked beneath the massive live oaks draped in Spanish moss.The home itself struck the ideal balance between historic charm and modern comfort. We loved the original hardwoods and the beautiful, secluded private courtyard. Having this quiet retreat right in the heart of the Historic District was invaluable after a day of exploring.The location provided an incredible base for exploring the city's rich history. Savannah's preserved architecture, famously untouched by General Sherman's March, is astonishing. Our favorite excursions were deep dives into the past, especially the visits we made to the historical cemeteries. Strolling through the weathered stones of Colonial Park Cemetery allowed us to feel the city's earliest colonial roots, while our trip to the grand, picturesque Bonaventure Cemetery was a breathtaking look at Victorian-era monuments and the haunting beauty of the lowcountry landscape.We truly appreciated that the house allowed us to live within that history rather than just observing it from a hotel. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an authentic and deeply atmospheric Savannah experience.

Strolling through the weathered stones of Colonial Park Cemetery allowed us to feel the city's earliest colonial roots, while our trip to the grand, picturesque Bonaventure Cemetery was a breathtaking look at Victorian-era monuments and the haunting beauty of the lowcountry landscape.We truly appreciated that the house allowed us to live within that history rather than just observing it from a hotel. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an authentic and deeply atmospheric Savannah experience.

The cottage was beautiful and in a wonderful location. Well maintained, decorated lovely. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed it very much. I completely understand it’s August in Savannah, but could something be done to treat mosquitos in the back courtyard area? There were so many! I would stay here and would recommend to friends. Thank you!

This is a small but interestingly decorated unit. It’s generally comfortable although the couch in the living area has probably seen better days. The location is fantastic. A short walk to downtown, river walk, shopping, excellent restaurants and the city’s many parks. The back yard is small but good for a dog or a quiet evening. However we were there during mosquito season and could not spend any time outside. Our main complaint is that upon arrival many of the dishes were dirty as well as the cabinets where they were stored. We notified the management company (Lucky Savanah) and got an email response apologizing and promising to take immediate action. They did nothing and we never heard from them again.

This property was exactly as described. It is located on a quiet, beautiful tree line street. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable and ample room to sleep four. The cottage was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. We had an issue getting in the back gate, so we called the host and the isucky Savannah. The issue was fixed immediately and the person we spoke with was very courteous and helpful. We were two women staying at the property alone. Parking is in the back alley. To get into the house from the designated parking area, we had to go through the gate into the back courtyard and then enter the house. After dark we preferred to park on the street in front of the cottage. Finding parking on this street was not an issue so it worked out better for us. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would stay here again if/when we return to Savannah. Very enjoyable!

Loved the location, the quaint historic home, and being able to walk to almost everywhere! The only downfall is no wiggle room at all on check in time. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and have always been able to check in a little early. All and all we had a wonderful time! Savannah is a beautiful city!

Family and I were in town for a long weekend. The property was beautiful and the fenced-in courtyard was perfect for our dog. The only issue we found was trying to communicate with the property management. We used the app to message the property manager a question (which we found the answer to ourselves shortly thereafter) but never received a response or follow-up. Great outdoor space to enjoy your morning. SO many birds and squirrels and we even had a mama cat hanging around. Uber picks up super fast at this location. Walking is an option as its very close to everything but if you have ones in your group need a ride - great location. Home had clean linens, towels, extra blankets/pillows, and even travel toiletries. Ice was also ready to go - a personal favorite of mine.
